We had the bad experience here of being denied care because we're on state insurance. We saw Dr. Debbie for years and then moved out of the area. When we returned and sought dental care here, we were rejected due to insurance. So basically my kids don't deserve continuity of care because we're low income.

I am absolutely amazed by the level of care Dr Craig Grandgenett provides his patient. He has truly gone above and beyond.

Two words—the best. This power couple has taken care of our family for 20 years. They are both patient, kind, thorough and conscientious. In short, they are everything one could ask for in a medical professional. You will be hard pressed to find a more qualified and friendly staff from top to bottom. We all actually ENJOY going to the dentist and that says all you need to know about this dental office.

Dr. Craig Grandgenett did a wonder job at a filling I needed redone. Part of it broke and he fixed it in a very timely manner. He’s very professional and wonderful surgeon! I highly recommend if you need a dentist please see him and his staff. His staff are always so nice and attentive! When my son was younger he saw Dr. Debbie Grandgenett. She was great with Him. Since 2013, I have been being cleaning my teeth in the Grandgenett Dentistry clinic. I will continue the cleaning. This has become a part of my life. I would like to specially thank Dr. Craig, Lindsay, Tina, and all other people helping me in the clinic.

I had to find a dentist when we moved here 5 years ago. I expected to try a couple before I found one I was comfortable with. This was my only stop. Dr. Craig does great work and the staff is great. I trust his recommendations. Everything is explained so well and I appreciate that I never feel pressured to have procedures or purchase products.

The staff go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. Craig and Debbie both take excellent care of are whole family. They let you know of options if you need them and always have your best interest at heart. I couldn’t think of taking my family anywhere else!

Dr. Grandgenett and all of his staff are the best! They have taken someone who would have done absolutely anything before going to the dentist into a person who actually enjoys the experience...even through a root canal!!

I broke a tooth yesterday. Got right in first thing this morning. Dr. Craig and Kylie gave me the option of a temporary today and come back later, or to go ahead and fix it. I had time so they repaired the tooth. Great job by great people. Thanks.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Craig and his wife Dr. Debbie! I have a very long dental history and Dr. Craig was my saving grace through it all! For someone who was TERRIFIED (and frankly for good reason) of the dentist and of dental work, Dr. Craig has made dental appointments a very positive experience. His staff is also phenomenal! Very calming and welcoming! We do not live in Ames, and yet we travel to have our routine cleanings, work, and anything else dental related done. We trust he and his wife whole-heartedly (which after a bad experience take a lot!!!)! We are very blessed to have found them!

Actually a pair of family business of sorts, Dr. Craig and his wife, Dr. Deborah are both dentists.There's one side of the building (left) for adults, "Ames Family Dentistry" and the other side (right) is pediatric care for kids "Ames Pediatric Dentistry" mostly run by Dr. Deborah. Being young (and old) enough I've been on both sides, pediatric and adult. They have tv screens you can watch during, normally Nickelodeon for kids and news for adults. For dental care, it has always been well-done and professional. So for adults or kids, it's a great experience either way!
