Ames Pediatric Dental

I have been going to Dr Debbie since my little sister (who I take care of) was 4 years old (she's 15 now) and have always had an amazing experience from the ENTIRE staff. My little sister loves her so much that she doesn't want to age out. I now take my 2 year old there and have been taking him since he cut teeth. They are always gentle with him and he is so calm with them. My kids don't have the whole "fear of the dentist" syndrome because these guys are awesome!!

We had my 11 month-old son's first ever dentist appointment here today. Everyone was extremely nice, informative and passionate with their work. A wonderful place to assist me in taking care of my baby boy's sweet, toothy smile! Thank you!

We love Dr. Debbie! My kids love going to the dentist--even when they have cavities. She creates such a great environment for kids and everyone on her staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Debbie explains her procedures clearly and presents the options for treatment so we can make an informed choice. I can't possibly recommend her office highly enough.

Dr. Debbie is wonderful! She is kind, patient and soft spoken. Great for children new to dentistry! Her staff is very nice. Our kids have been going there for 10 years and we have always had a great experience. Highly recommend.

Went with my grandchildren. I wouldn't take anyone there if my choice... Rude. Disrespectful. Not patient. Belittling. Mean to grandson. Held him down. Worried about them using an extra cup and picking an extra toy. Wow! Lost business for this family of four kiddos. I pd for the extra toy...

Dr. Debbie and her staff are the best. Took my 2 youngest one to her office and all staff was friendly courteous. Dr. Debbie explains everything she is doing to the children as well as the parents and she makes it a fun experience for the kids.

Dr. Debbie is the best! She takes SO much time and patience with all the kids under her care, regardless of their age or behavior :) She is very knowledgeable. She is trustworthy. She is caring. If anyone has ever worked in pediatrics, you know how daunting of a task this can be. Dr. Debbie makes it look effortless! She always greets us with a smile and kind words, making every effort to ensure her patients feel special. She is soft-spoken and motherly, and my kids are very comfortable under her care. They never want to disappoint Dr. Debbie, so brushing at home has become so much easier! She has a large, open bay, so it's easy to see her interact with kids of all ages and personalities. It is so impressive to watch her with kids that are scared, kids that are ornery, and kids that are running all over the place! And she is calm and kind to them all! I will continue to recommend her to all of my friends, as I have been overly impressed by the care she has given my children, and all of the other patients in her care.

Dr Debbie is the KINDEST most GENTLE woman EVER!! My 3 girls adore her and to see her really show LOVE and KINDNESS to them is so calming! Her staff is wonderful, I don't have enough kind words for this clinic!!! Truly blessed that we found them for our kids!!! I tell everyone to take their kids to her, we talk about Dr Debbie daily!! I want her to be my Dentist!! :) I give this clinic 10 Stars!!!

Dr. Debbie & her staff are AMAZING! Dental appointments can be a scary experience for kids but Dr. Debbie's calm and positive demeanor always puts our kids' minds at ease. They trust her completely and so do we! I often hear them say things like 'Dr. Debbie says it's important to brush my teeth before bed!'. I love that they are aware of their dental health at such a young age. Our appointments are always timely and thorough. And I love the special attention to details that make kids comfortable- sunglasses in case the exam lights are too bright, TVs with age appropriate cartoons, silly stuffed animals, and whimsical paw prints painted along the ceiling (our 4 year old daughter is convinced a teddy bear takes over Dr.Debbies office at night!). Thank you, Dr. Debbie & staff- Ames is so lucky to have such quality pediatric dental care!

We love Dr. Debby (Deb Grandgenett), she is always so kind and patient with both of my children. I've been usings Ames Pediatric Dental since my oldest was a year old, and there hasn't been a single issue in 10 years. All the staff are friendly and professional, they put my children at ease. We were just there today, and my toddler/preschooler was very nervous going in. Within just a few moments with the dental hygienist my daughter was relaxed and conversing - she was totally chilled out by the time the Dr. Debby came in. Dr. (Debby) Grandgenett has always answered my questions fully and patiently, and she just genuinely seems to be a kind person. I completely recommend Ames Pediatric Dental to anyone with children in Ames!
