Emergency Dental Omaha

Place is a scam. The First Lady who took my pictures was sweet and engaging. No one else listened. I drove 2 hours on a Saturday in extreme pain because one of my teeth cracked about 2 weeks ago. They advertise in house financing with little to no down which is LIE but I thought would be perfect because they don’t accept my insurance which was fine because this was genuinely an emergency. They require 50% down so if you got an emergency and they don’t take your insurance be prepared to pay quite a bit. When I explained what the website said the rude lady trying to get me to fork over $1400 didn’t listen to what I was telling her. I just drove 2 hours in extreme pain because one of my teeth chipped. I had to bluntly say I’ve been taking Tylenol and ibuprofen for two weeks now and they don’t work anymore and I need something done today but I’m not paying $1400. I was then told to wait until Monday and go somewhere else. I literally laughed in her face and kept telling her repeatedly that I am not getting anything done here. She then said “well I’ll be waiting upfront for your answer” no I just told you my answer multiple times but you people are money hungry. She even tried to get me to call my friends to get money from them over the phone. Never have I seen someone so money hungry after being told no multiple times. I ended up calling an urgent care that had a dentistry and they only charged me $200 for the crown I needed. Go somewhere else if you have an Emergency. This place needs to re-evaluate their in house financing for those insurance they don’t accept and for those in emergencies because 50% is the most ridiculous thing Ive ever heard.

Horrible! Charged me $580.00 said that was total cast. Then summited to my insurance for another 750.00 They were overpaid and never refunded my money

Dr. Piper and his Assistant Wendy were wonderful. I came in for an emergency appointment due to an accident. I chipped off half a tooth, pulled the other front tooth down and fractured a third tooth. The two of them made sure I was comfortable, informed and provided me with temporary teeth until my new ones are available to be put in at the end of the month. I am very grateful for their service especially on the last day of 2021.

To start, the staff I spoke to on the phone seemed very knowledgeable as well as friendly. Ana from the front desk was courteous and professional. My cleaning was done by Brandi who was very thorough as well as quite adept at making me comfortable. It was the gentlest cleaning I’ve ever had actually! Dr. Tobler and the assistant Kristina did a professional job especially considering they had more than just myself to give services to. Considering how quickly I was able to get an appointment to have work done, it was worth the longer wait. All the staff make you feel at ease!

Kristinas was awesome... My mouth still hurt but she made she I left smiling ?

I spent more than 4 thousand on getting my crown and refill on some of my molars. It's pretty expensive and I'm not very happy. They told me to go to a different place (the lab) to get my crown color and it didn't match... it's a bit off color (whiter) than my normal teeth... but I decided to not make it a big deal. I also got 2 of my wisdom teeth pulled out here by the same dentist. My dentist is straight forward and he does the job alright. I would rate him 7/10. Why 7/10? because he didn't sew my open wound when he took out the 2 teeth. He said "I'm not going to sew it up because food is going to be stuck there" well I went home and I was in SO MUCH PAIN because the food gets inside the hole! I went back on mother's day and he gave me this special syringe to rise off everytime I eat so the food doesn't get inside the whole- which is very annoying. I did have my 1st 2 wisdom teeth pulled out by this old old dentist who recently retired here. No pain. He sewed it up perfectly. No food stuck in my teeth. It healed by a week. He was gone so I saw this younger dentist and I must say he's not the same level (7/10 for him but the old man was 10/10) One thing to know if you come in here... customer service is BAD. The dentists are alright. The dental assistants are extremely delightful but the ladies in the front desk are mean (especially the manager name Audrea). I'm only 22 so she didn't care about what I want to say and she was on her phone while talking to me- how rude! Perks of being a manager I guess. Also, do not join the care plan. It is not worth it. Save your money!

Spent 3 hours in there. 2 1/2 were in a room alone and kept being told it would only be a few minutes. Took a ton of pictures of my mouth for the Doctor to not look at them at all, and no one even asked where my pain was until I pointed it out at the end. Ended up leaving without treatment because they wanted to charge me even more, and he wouldn't even listen or believe what I had to say in the first place. What a complete waste of time.

Called up cause I broke a tooth and I am a 100% disabled veteran called cause they said they have in-house financing I need a tooth pulled the day after Xmas you think they would help me nope I talked to one lady who was really nice but said I had to wait for some one els to talk to 45 minutes on hold she tells me if I can't put $500 to go and die grate customer service. I maybe in pain but you are riping people off 500 down. And 3k in payments for a tooth that you haven't even seen yet. Guess I will live in pain. Till va opens up tomorrow. I wouldn't suggest anyone go here ever.

It was a good experience. I waited a long time but there was only one dentist on duty and all his assistants. The staff is very friendly. It was an actual emergency so walking in and needing a tooth extraction and getting all done in 6 hours is acceptable to me. Especially since Im From out of town. I'd definitely recommend and I'm sure I'm coming back.

This was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The whole staff treated me kindly and like an adult, they didn’t make me feel bad for my long hiatus from dentist visits (which has happened in the past with other dentists after missing ONE appointment, let alone several years), and they were clear with me on what I could or should do for my dental care. Dr Tobler was easy going and didn’t ask a bunch of questions with his hands in my mouth (haha) which made the appointment move a bit quicker as well. The dental assistant Wendy was really kind and sweet as well. As someone who gets anxious about going to the dentist, I’ll say this was the first time that I left the dentist not dreading going back for my next appointment. Plus, they are open until 9pm most nights which is super helpful on my schedule. Give these people your business!

Everyone was super nice and informative and made me feel more relaxed about my tooth extractions. I didn’t feel anything and they talked me through the whole thing. Very friendly and highly recommend

Nice staff and their weekend hours are a savior for anyone with a busy schedule and bad dental situation. The work was done well and the follow up appointment for my crown was quick and easy. No complaints.

I had a lot of pain called for appointment told me to be there at 6:00pm filled out paperwork was taken back did X-ray Dr Belling and Marisa were wonderful as am such coward assured me everything would be okay very well satisfied l drove down from Schleswig lowa I highly recommend this dental office again and that is why they are 5 star quality Thank you again Judy Gress

The staff was able to get me in within a few hours of my call. The staff were calm, professional and friendly. They were able to resolve my problem without much pain.

Just got an abstraction and it was quick and easy they all are professionals. The doc is going to make sure your comfy.

It was really easy and fast. Me and my Mom were out in an hour of being there they were very fast and efficient. The staff was kind and they even have a T.V. in every room to watch while you are there. Our Dentist has been taking very good care of our teeth for the past few years and has been really kind to us as well thank you Brandi!

Lindsey made me feel vary comfortable during the precedure. And Maria was awesome scheduling my 2 days of care.

Need a place for a dental emergency, like a broken tooth? on a Saturday, during a Husker Game? They are open for ya and will take care of the problem like they did me. They took their time with xrays, gave me options, etc and took care of the issue for me instead of having to wait til Monday .?

Out of town and in severe pain from issues with an old root canal. Called me back 2 hours before they opened and scheduled me right for 9am. I was in a room as soon as paperwork was complete. Lindsey and Dr. Belling were great and very knowledgeable.

Needed my wisdom teeth pulled and they got me in and out ASAP, didn’t feel a thing, everyone was so so so nice to me both times, only issue is I went in last night and had to leave without getting them pulled due to financial reasons so they prescribed me pain meds and I only got 6 pills for every 4 hours and by the time I had gone back to get my teeth removed I only had 3 pills left for AFTER my teeth were removed and they refused to prescribe me anything more, don’t get me wrong I understand the precaution and worry about over prescribing opioids but half of my prescription was already gone before my teeth got pulled, currently sitting in bed at 11pm bawling, in excruciating pain, 5 hours after the procedure with 2 pills left for the whole rest of my healing process. I’m not looking for a fix, I’m looking for pain relief.

Super fast tooth removal, definitely 10/10!!

Dr Belling is amazing!!! I am one who was so terrified of coming to the dentist since childhood!! I had to come in for a molar extraction and was literally sweating, anxiety was high and it felt as if my heart would explode out of my chest!! His team thoroughly explained what was going to happen and proceeded to topically numb me before any other work was done, then the numbing shots.. everything was so perfect.. I felt some pressure but absolutely no pain!! Nothing!! He has an amazing bedside manner and is not forceful in how he does things!! For anyone scared of going to a dentist this is a place to come to and you will literally change the way you look at going to the dentist !!

Had severe agonizing tooth pain. Went in and Wendy and dr.tobler took care of it

I scheduled an appointment at a different emergency dental place in Omaha and they cancelled on me a half hour before my appointment. I live an hour away and was already over half way there. I called these guys immediately because the pain I was experiencing was unbearable and I couldn’t wait any longer. They had me come in right away to see Dr.Tobler, which was pretty late in the evening since it was a later appointment at the first place. The dental assistant was extremely informative and great at keeping the mood light. Everyone was so kind and for the first time ever in a dentists office, I felt at ease. Definitely the best dental experience I’ve ever had and if I lived closer I would go to them more often. Thank you for taking care of me!
