The staff was so accommodating and made my visit very comfortable. Dr. Sheets was very thorough in her exam and made the entire process easy.

I was very surprised how friendly all the staff was. I felt like I was visiting with her or friends. They were very professional and do go out f their way to explain everything that was truly able to understand so I didn’t need ask any questions. What a wonderful experience! From the start: from the staff helping make the appointment, to emails telling about the upcoming visit and how to find the office, to emails with details about road closings. During the appointment I felt heard and not rushed. (That's a rarity during medical appointments!) I was asked if I had questions and given materials to take home, along with a business card to call with questions. I will have additional followup with the office but instead of being nervous, I look forward to going back. How many doctors can you say that about?

Great experience

The Dr and staff were great. This was the only thing that gave me a good night sleep, finally.

Next time be honest and tell people when their insurance has stipulations that have to be met and that they are not in your insurance Network don’t wait till the end of the appointment and then charge them. When I get a dental appliance it will not be with you.

I was fitted with a mouthpiece for my sleep apnea. It is so simple to use and not nearly as obnoxious as a CPap machine. All the staff are so nice and pleasant to work with.

I have been a patient of Advanced Dental Sleep Treatment for the past six years and have only good things to say about Dr Roubal and his staff. I tried a CPAP for my moderate sleep apnea and did not tolerate it. I have found much improved sleep with the oral appliance and most importantly I no longer awake in the middle of the night with my heart racing, a frightening experience. I highly recommend Dr Roubal and his entire staff.

Love this! I have had sleep apnea for years; tried CPAP, acupuncture and pills. Nothing had worked long term. I have had continuous nights of great sleep with the appliance…and couldn’t have asked for a better team to help with the process.

Advanced Dental Sleep Center has been a blessing to me ever since I found out I had sleep apnea 8 years ago. I had no idea why I was waking up gasping for air and waking up in the mornings with headaches that felt like I had a hangover, even though I don't drink alcohol. In any event, this Center led by Dr. Roubal helped to understand the problem and helped me with a cure by using a dental appliance rather than a cpap. Its not for everybody but for me it was great. They have an excellent trained staff that are very helpful and respectful of your needs. I highly recommend this center if you suffer from snoring and morning headaches and foggy thought process.

Dr Roubal and staff were knowledgeable and explained things well. And when the oral appliance did not work as expected their guarantee kicked in and alternate treatment was provided at no more out of pocket expense to me. They have been responsive to my needs and they continue to help me work through all of this with understanding and support.

Experience was ok. Didn’t like the nearly $4000 price tag seemed rather high. Taking a different alternate route. That’s within my budget.

Great people I am very satisfied with my oral appliance

It simply didn’t work for me, but the annoying thing is when I asked if there’s any fee with Medicare and supplemental policy, I was told none. What they didn’t say was that after the 90 days are over, when you come for adjustments, that’s $80 a visit. It probably says that in the fine print of the wordy contract, but I would have appreciated the verbal honesty when I was considering trying it, which I didn’t get. It was too cumbersome for me, not some small appliance by any means. But since Medicare is involved, I can’t pursue a regular CPAP for five years unless I pay for it myself. Jan Schulz
