Amateurs! This office has gone downhill. Consistently rescheduling appointments at the last minute, due to their schedule conflicts, completely inconsiderate. They just don't seem like they know what they are doing, anymore. Proceed with caution. We will be searching for a more professional and robust dentist practice. This is not it.

I’ve been going to Alpine/Rainbow Dental for 30 years. The staff is always friendly, and Dr. Hagen is a fantastic dentist he has always explained procedures, and why I need to have something done, or if I can wait. Thank you

Alpine Dental is the best, Dr. Einerson was so great to talk to and the front desk lady Derenda was so kind and I especially enjoyed that assistant Stephanie she was great you can guarantee I’ll be back!

I and my family have been going to Alpine Dental for 30+ years now. We've always gotten great service and we've been happy with our experiences there. The hygienists that I've seen, Steve & Nomi have always done a good job with the teeth cleaning also. Highly recommend Dr Hagan and his staff. In this time of Covid-19 they're doing everything possible to keep their patients and themselves safe.

I have bounced around dentist offices for years, never finding a place I felt comfortable with. Alpine dental has been the exception. They are kind, courteous, and are helpful when I have questions. I live thirty minutes away from this place and am more than willing to make the trip. The dental staff makes every effort to make you feel comfortabele. Love love love this place!

I have been going to Dr. Hagen for almost 30 years. The front office people were very courteous and Dr. Hagen always did a very professional job. In 30 years I have NEVER felt pain no matter the procedure. they're terrific.

Our family has been going to Dr. Hagen for forty years. We find their staff to be friendly, starting with the front desk and continuing on with the hygienists and Dr. Hagen. Dr. Hagen is very knowledgeable.

Alpine makes it easy to go to the dentist! I've been going here since I was a toddler, and my entire family still uses Dr. Hagen as their dentist. He is thoughtful and thorough. Explains everything with detail! I can't recommend him enough. After reading other reviews, I saw that people weren't happy with Lindsey at the front desk, I'm shocked!! She has always been so sweet, kind and willing to help. Bills have always been timely. Cleaning prices are extremely reasonable, & they come with x-rays. I hope this review helped!!

Wonderful experience with everything. I had Dr. Hagen and Tracy and they were wonderful! Talked me through everything! Everything was numbed before extraction and we did two teeth while I was here! Very affordable and very reliable. Very happy and friendly faces.

My family and I have been going to this dentist for over 10 years but after speaking with the manager, Lindsey, we will NEVER return. She is rude, condescending and unprofessional. She started off the call with “I’m confused by your question.” Weird, everyone else in the office understood the issue considering I called 5xs to question why you charged my account without my permission. The Confusion is I thought you owed me Money as you said I had a credit balance so why did you charge me? And if I did owe you why was there no invoice sent and you just randomly charged my account (keep in mind I was told I had $0 balance). Lindsey said no one told them to stop ACH charges going forward. Didn’t know that had to be told since I was told I had $0 balance. Not sure how she’s in the position because she definitely lacks customer service skills. She even hung up on me. If you’re this stressed with your customers maybe you need a new job Demesha Marion

Do not use this office unless you like being billed 3 years after services were rendered! Terrible billing practices here! Will not be paying because insurance would have paid but they never bothered to bill insurance!

HMMM does not surpise me about all the bad reviews about billing. Lindsey and Denise is horrible and dont have a clue what they are doing. They tell patients inconsistent information and the turnover is horrible. DONT GO THERE

Stay away from this office. Lindsay took over after Susie left and she is pulling a scam saying money is owned on old bills that don't even exist. She cant even produce an itemized bill, probably because it doesnt exist. She has lied when she says she has talked to your insurance company too. She has done this to 2 of my family members already and it is a nightmare. She is rude and will not return phone calls.

I usually don’t give bad ratings for any service but I am very upset this time. I have been a patient at this office for nearly 6 years and even after moving out of state I visit this dentist whenever I am in Omaha. I never had any problems with them till now. I always have had dental Insurance and I always pay of the amount I owe. I never leave any balances. But this time when I visited them in October 2019 I was told I have a balance due from 2018 which was never conveyed to me. They never sent a statement via mail although they say they did. They never gave a courtesy call or even drop me a message. They submitted my bills to the wrong insurance in 2018 and it got denied. They didn’t even contact me once in 2018 after insurance denied my bills. Now after one year they give me a bill of 1K and say I have to pay it. I talked to my insurance and they told me that the time to submit 2018 bill is over so they can’t do anything. I have been talking to the dentist office and my insurance for the last 3 months trying to work something out. Two weeks back I told them I will pay them the balance if they can send me a detailed list of the services and their cost so that I can raise a grievance with my insurance. They said they will send but I never got it and today when I call they say that they sent my bills to collections!! Very Unprofessional and very very upsetting. I will never go back.

HORRIBLE ,experience with Lindsay W. -Front Desk. After 15-20yrs I am going elsewhere. My 18yrs old Son Waited in waiting room for 2.5 hrs . for his "Cleaning". As a Minor -I gave Lindsay W. a Verbal Consent. 1hr. Later my son said Now she wants Written Consent. Did It. After 2.5 hrs. My son Left. Appointment schedule 2months in advance due to His Busy schedule. School, Band, Sports, DECA , College Visits. Time is Precious. This family of "5" would NOT RECOMMEND. (I Hate to even give them a Star, But Google is requires at least 1)

Very horrible service. The front desk reception lady Lindsay was so rude to me. And was not someone willing to help me. The service I was used to getting after go there for over 20 years now what's not the same. The receptionist name Lindsay refused to call my insurance like they used to do to see if I qualify for a mouth guard. She also refused to let me speak to anyone else that work there to see if they can help me. She had the nerve to say she was going to call the police on me because I asked to speak to someone else in the office that can help me. She wanted to call the police on me because she did not want to do her job. There was other workers came up to the front while she was speaking with me. None of which said anything to me. They could have offered their help. I was surprised the after going there for so long that I would be treated this way. I wasn't aggressive I didn't cuss her out I just asked you to do her job. And she threatened to call the cops because she did not want to do her job and call the insurance company. So after her threatened to call the cops. I said okay can you just send my medical records to my house because I'm not going coming here no more. If I can't be treated with dignity and respect you will not receive my money anymore. Since they change from rainbow Dentist to Alpine dental the service is really went down. I don't trust anyone with my mouth who can't treat me with respect and the dignity I give them.

Horrible business office! They do not have their s---- together. My scenario: I have two dental coverages. They accept both. Last services I receive are Jan 2019. Apparently, there's a balance due from 2018, even with two coverages, but they never send a statement via mail. They say not a word during the 2019 appointment. They never give a courtesy call. I attempt to make an appointment today and am told that there's a balance for which they sent to collections! I've never heard from them, either! The business manager is rude to me and tells me she knows nothing about my previous billing before hand, either, and not to raise my voice at her! Are you kidding me!? Incompetent business manner. Unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and seek out services with an office that knows what they're doing on the business side. These people are a joke!
