The entire staff from receptionist, assistant and Dr. exceeded my expectations!. As someone who DOES NOT like anything about getting my teeth worked on I will say the experience I had with Advanced Endodontics was GREAT and IF needed(hopefully not...haha) I will definitely go back to them for future services. Dr. Kang and staff were excellent!! They were ALL very professional, very thorough, and made sure I was comfortable or didn't need anything throughout the entire process. GREAT JOB and THANK YOU to all involved!!

Super friendly and informative. They made me feel very comfortable and helped calm my nerves before my procedure. Everyone in the office was helpful and answered any questions and made sure I knew everything that was going on.

They were able to get me in the same day on a referral from my dentist for an emergency root canal. Not only was the office/treatment room clean and comfortable, but Dr Kang and the assistants were extremely welcoming and professional. I truly appreciated the explanations of what the procedure would entail, the concern for my comfort and also the professional and very polite manner in which Dr Kang engaged with the assistants. I love our regular dentist and have no plans to change, but knowing that Advanced Endodontic Therapy is out there as an option is a welcome relief! Update: I returned to Advanced Endodontic as I was referred by my dentist for a root canal re-treatment. Dr. Kang did everything in his power to save the affected tooth, treating me multiple times to clear the infection. I am so thankful that it worked! And I could tell that he was happy with the result as well. The office also helped me to organize payment for the procedure with a payment partner, which was really crucial to our family. From the actual procedure, to the incredibly professional, polite, informative staff, to the amazing facility, we are very blessed to have Advanced Endodontics in Omaha.

Dr. Fimple and his team are true professionals. No one wants to have endodontic care, but when you need to, this is the best place to do it. They offer sedation for procedures so that you are calm and comfortable. Dr. Fimple has the best patient empathy and you instantly know that you're in good hands and that he cares. The staff has followed up to check on how I'm doing and they've been available to answer any questions before and after the procedure. Absolutely the best!

Very friendly staff, Dr. Kang is excellent. Prcedure was painless, they really take the time to talk you through everything before they start. The headphones are a nice touch!

The staff here really makes the patient comfortable by clearly communicating necessary information from the time an appointment is scheduled to the steps that will occur during the procedure to after-care instructions. Very professional! Dr. Kang answered all my questions and I was completely pain free within hours.

Dr. Walden and Nancy did amazing work! They were patient and told me throughout the process everything that they were doing! Also they have headphones and Pandora which is great! Furthermore, they did a lot of work for the root canal and showed my the X-rays after and it was great! They got me out of excruciating pain too! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

I had a root canal procedures with Dr King He was very thorough throughout the process. It was a prolonged process that took longer than expected. He did not rush he did a fantastic job and did not take any short cuts to get completed in the allotted time frame Head phones were supplied to take some of the “dentist” noise away.

As an average to above average chicken, who fears all things dental, I can say that this place is great. They were all incredibly sweet and wonderful, and were perfectly gentle during the procedure. I’m currently letting another tooth rot so I can come see them again! (Okay not really, but if I needed another root canal this is where I would go!)

I have been to Advanced Endodontic Therapy a couple if times and I appreciate how professional and kind everyone is. I've had a couple of challenging issues that Dr. Kang has helped me with and I trust his skill hands down. I especially value the fact that he takes time to answer my questions and make things clear and has taken extra time to follow up on previous work to make sure things are still going ok. I hate dentists offices - I get tension headaches before I even get through the door. But this place is so welcoming and calming and trustworthy that it's almost a relief to go and know everything will be taken care of well. The staff and doctors are very nice, meticulous in their work, and so very pleasant to work with!

I had a root canal today. Dr. Kang was VERY thorough explaining how everything was going to go and how root canals work. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The 2 assistants I had were extremely friendly and hospitable. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The receptionist was equally as accommodating. I broke my foot and needed to let my ride know how long the procedure would take. She volunteered to call her 20 minutes before they were complete. Great customer service! They made a stigmatic procedure very easy. Thank you to all of you!

I would highly recommend Advanced Endodontic Therapy. I was dreading my root canal, but they made me feel super comfortable and relaxed. The process was clearly explained and the post-procedure directions were easy to understand with proactive scripts for prescriptions you may/may not need. I have looked for 3 years for a good place for advanced dental work. Allow me to say Dr. Jacob Fimble is THE best dentist I have come accrossed. He has a fantastic team of staff. Not only the service is professional, informative, proving you your cost information based on your insurance, but the little things they do to make their patients comfortable and at ease: a warm aromatic towel to wake you up on arrival; a nice lip balm so my chapped lips won't be more chapped after procedure; and Dr. Fimble will explain every detail he is performing in your teeth which is very helpful for me to know what is going on in my mouth. He made me not scared of the dental work. I am fully amazed and happy about what I experience here. I want all my advanced dental work done here. They are so good at what they do!

Professional and pain free.

The Advanced Endontics staff explained thoroughly the procedures prior to beginning the process of my root canal. Then when the infection was more advanced than it was indicated, the doctor told me what to expect and how he was going to continue. I felt secure in the process and the talents of the entire staff. The follow-up has been exemplary and I have been treated with respect and had my questions answered with detail.

Everyone was professional, detailed, and focused on just you during your visit! The only draw-back is having to pay the entire patient fee upfront instead of being allowed a payment plan. Thanks to everyone, I am doing great now!

Dr. Fimple was very professional and completed my root canal quickly and painlessly. I did not need to take any painkillers afterward and even though he gave me a prescription for an antibiotic, I had no swelling and did not need to fill the prescription. It was a very pleasant procedure top to bottom. I heartily recommend Advanced Endodontic to anyone needing an endodontist.

The morning of my appointment I had pain even brushing my teeth. This is a Very clean professional setting. Was treated very well. Only took tylenol & ibuprofen for the rest of the day, and no pain even after the feeling returned. Would recommend this place to anyone needing a root canal.
