In September 2021 I scheduled my follow up appointment to see my neurologist. The soonest appointment was Feb 7, 2021. After waiting for months for this appointment this location did not allow me to wear my p100 respirator mask. They insisted I needed to wear their useless surgical maks. I offered to put theirs on top of mine. I was not allowed in and I felt very discriminated. When I asked to speak to a manager so I don't have to vent in public my medical concerns I was told someone would call me. I've called to ask about this and no one evernswers.

Dr Andrea Bonenfant is great, very fast appointments and caring Dr. Almodovar-Suarez was extremely kind to me during a time I really needed it and he was very transparent in wanting to help and support me. I have had 2 great appointments here.

Administration of this facility is awful. Call center is unresponsive, staff is rude, logistics/interaction with insurers are nonexistent (medicine required for treatment didn't arrive for appt and we were called 10 min before appt to cancel -- as we were pulling into the parking garage). The rescheduled appt ("you'll be put on a cancellation list") was made and canceled without letting us know until we called to follow up (hey, you've received the drug and were going to put us on cancellation list...what's up?" ... "Oh, you were scheduled and cancelled...it'll be 6-8 weeks"). This is life-changing treatment that actually works for debilitating chronic migraines, and the hospital is not making it right.

Wow and wow! 2 stars only because the DR is phenomenal and thorough! If I could give the office staff NEGATIVE 10 Stars I would! They are completely RUDE! I show up for a test that I NEED! They don’t verify my name, date of birth or anything, it is 7:20 in the morning and I walk in and the First Lady says I am closed go down 2 desks, then I walk down and the lady there says very loudly, oh you are the patient on our schedule that WONT WEAR A MASK! I state, no I am the patient who has a medical condition and a letter from cardiology in my chart that states I shouldn’t wear a mask but I will be happy to keep 10 feet apart from anyone and put it on when necessary. She then says do you won’t wear one properly! Ummm, the state mandate states in clear words that you should only have to wear one if you can’t maintain 6 feet distance and I offered to put it on when necessary even though my SATS drop below 95% due to my heart condition. They REFUSED me service even though when the appointment was made this was all talked about. I am also beyond the point of sleep deprivation due to my vertigo every time I roll to the left. I can not believe that a MEDICAL FACILITY can DISCRIMINATE against me for having a medical problem that is documented in their system! What kind of a world is this?????? Plus they still don’t even know if I was the correct patient because they NEVER VERIFIED my name!!!! Needless to say i called cardiology and they were mortified! The neurology department needs some serious revamping of their office staff

Office staff 0/10. Our nurse had the worst attitude definitely will not bring my children here again. Worst Healthcare experience we have ever had.

The office takes several days to return phone calls- nobody cares there anymore. Taking my father elsewhere so he may actually have a chance to walk again. Incredible incompetency-

Dr. Segarceanu is incredibly warm and provides excellent care. The same cannot be said for the office staff. They are a complete and total mess. From the receptionists who take wildly inaccurate messages for which you never receive a call back to the junior college dropout nursing staff who make it abundantly clear that they simply don't care and would rather be doing anything other than what they're supposed to (most likely because they don't know what the scope of their job actually is), you should save your time and aggravation. Go somewhere, anywhere, else.

Dr. Vakili has been awesome with my seizures and migraines. She’s cautious when raising one medicine vs the other because my main seizure medicine causes memory issues and she doesn’t want to cause that. I highly recommend her. She listens to your concerns. You don’t feel like your rushed, that’s why I switched from Dr Logan from Core in Exeter.

I was seen by a male doctor in this practice and he was very thorough and did a good job explaining my disorder to me as no other doctor has been able to diagnose me before

It turns out I had a rare neurological condition that I suffered through for two years with misdiagnosis after misdiagnosis. Dartmouth Hitchcock Neurology not only correctly diagnosed me but got me my life back. I will be forever grateful

The Pediatric Neurology Dept. is very good and Evelyn Stacy is an excellent care provider. She's responsive, caring, and treats our son like he's present, in the room, and talks with him (and us) about how he's feeling and what he's thinking. So many care providers don't talk with the pediatric neurology patient but only the parents - she values his input and obviously, this means a lot to us, his parents.

Darthmouth is generally pretty good, but this office is aweful. Mess up after mess up. Waiting weeks on a prescription.

Dr. Segarceanu & Dr. Bujarski basically saved my mom's life. They were both incredibly meticulous, patient, and friendly. They listened without giving a hint of wanting to rush things, even with me having to translate everything, which made appointments 3 times as long. They answered all our questions and explained their decisions. I'm pretty sure Dr. Segarceanu knows more about my mom than any other doctor, even her PCP ahah.
