I was trying to set up as a new patient. I was provided a link to register and complete a "New Patient Questionaire" that is required for my appointment 4 months in the future. After registering I requested help for the questionaire that was never provided. The man told me there isn't one and to call the Doctor office. I called the Doctor office and reached a RUDE woman who advised me to learn to do things on my own If this is how they treat patients why does anyone go here? Their reviews are horrid and it is clear why.

went to the ER for a possible head injury, nurse had me sit in a room for 5-10 minutes and said i was fine but they needed a physician sign off on me, i then sat in a random chair in the hallway for a hour and a half then the doctor came over to me, touched my throat and had me follow her finger with my eyes and ended up with a 2500 dollar bill. this place is the reason people dont go to the hospital.

Went this morning to get my throat and ears checked. My throat is on fire ears are killing have had problems with my ears all my life. I go and get triaged by the nurse and she starts being so rude questions why I didn't do this or that etc. She tells me basically that I should have not gone and that I'm taking a spot for someone else. Granted yes I have come in contact with 2 people with covid but thats not why I was there I was there for my ear and throat pain. She came me the choice to be seen and get tested or just go home. I've never encountered this amount of rudeness at this hospital ever it's always my go to.

Went to the emergency room because of serious leg pain, waited, and waited on a uncomfortable chair, finally I see this female doctor and starts feeling my leg and tells me it's varicose veins and nothing she can do but refer me to a specialist, I ask for an ultrasound, she says nope ,,Guarantees she is 100 percent sure .I go home and a week went by and the pain is so intense it's affecting my sleep.i end up going to the Eliot and had an ultrasound and it's not varicose veins but 4 separate blood clots. Never go to the cmc again ,all set.

Had my son at Mom's Place back in September of 2021 and I cannot say enough fantastic things about this entire team. From start to finish, I felt well cared for, safe and at ease. Delivering a child is a scary experience, but the medical team helped me through every step of the process and made sure I knew exactly what was going on during my induction. No words can express the gratitude I have for the staff that works here. Special thanks to Adili Shay MD, Amy RN, Jenn A RN, Shannon RN, Christina RN and other staff members!

I went in to the ER for a non-covid urgent condition. I was in and out in 4 hours! During our covid "peak", I think that is incredible! ALL of the urgent care clinics were booking out to PM the next day. I couldn't get in touch with my PCP after 2 hours on the phone. My condition can become life threatening if not dealt with promptly. From walking in the door to walking out I saw nothing but professional, wonderful, hardworking staff. They were friendly enough but definitely kept moving to help the masses. They still maintained a positive attitude despite being overly taxed during the covid "peak". Great job guys I can't say enough great stuff!

Went into the 'Mom's Place' at 5:30am (during the ice storm) for my c-section that has been scheduled for 2 weeks. Told have no rooms available. Was offered a gurney behind a paper thin curtain with no privacy. Nurses made it very clear that "labouring" women planning to give birth vaginally are 'prefered' and given rooms first. If I still wanted the (medically necessary) c-section then I would only be provided the gurney until a room became available, if at all, essentially being left in the hall behind the curtain post-op. My husband would have to wait outside by the elevators since the family waiting room is closed and my newborn will have to stay in nursery unless being fed. Was given the choice to stay with the gurney or leave, they didn't care. So now I have nowhere to give birth and both my health and my baby's are at risk. Thank you CMC for your wonderful staff denying me my planned and necessary care.

My sister is a patient in this hospital right now and she is immobile due to a stroke. They “accidentally “ moved her into a room with a Covid patient exposing her to Covid and have not moved her out for over two hours. We are contacting a lawyer because this facility is currently endangering her life and she can not even move to get herself out of that room.

We just had our first baby on Saturday evening at Mom’s Place. My wife is a nurse in Boston and her expectations and standards a very high. We were both extremely overjoyed at the level of service and the level of car we received. The staff and nurses were very professional and knowledgeable. Nurses responded quickly to our calls and the entire team on duty made us feel extremely secure that mom and baby’s health and well being was their top priority. They made us feel comfortable, answered all our questions, addressed our concerns and made us feel at home as we welcomed our son. Delivering babies is their business and they’re are the best at what they do.

Make sure to Never Mention recreational drug use to these folks. It will be on your permanent record. If you should show up as patient a year or two later, expect to be treated like a junkie. Your family and friends will certainly enjoy being patted down ny Security on every visit. It's too bad big pharma and the medical community created the opiod epidemic, so that now any mention of past drug use will land you the Watch list. So disrespectful to the patient, and by association all your friends amd family are now suspected dirt bags...

Hospital isn't horrible nurses are awesome, but when you go there you feel that it's only money this hospital cares about. Barebone benefits for workers and less than competitive pay strains these hard working people while the Company board gets their nice bonuses. If you have an option, I would suggest visiting a hospital that will treat their PATIENTS and STAFF correctly. Upper management is not concerned for your well-being, but how much money they can get from you and your insurance company.

I was in the CMC emergency room for over 3 hours. I went there because I have asthma and was having trouble breathing. While at the hospital I wasn't put on oxygen, I was hooked up to some kind of heart monitor. No one checked on me for the 3 hours I was there and when they did come back it was to tell me my heart was fine. By that time I was so drained and tired I just wanted to go home and didn't have the energy to argue about my treatment - I will never go back!!

I was brought here by ambulance from a car accident that wasn't my fault & sustained multiple injuries. I was left in the hallway for over 2hrs before intake with OBVIOUS head & face injuries! I will NEVER RETURN TO THIS HOSPITAL! I WOULD RATHER DIE ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD! NEVER EVER AGAIN! Do yourself a favor & seek care elsewhere! Anywhere has to be better than here! In fact I went to another hospital (Lahey Clinic Beth Israel) & found out I had more fractures & issues than CMC, their CT scan & their physicians said! Very inefficient & dangerous care imo!!!!

My boyfriend and I were headed to the emergency room for an issue with his tooth. I’m not one to Complain or get into confrontation but the lady in triage was not very friendly and or patient friendly. The minute we walked up to the window where she was located (I forgot my mask and my boyfriend had a cloth mask on) the first thing she said to us was “First of all you need to put one of these masks on!” And shoved two masks through the opening on the desk. I didn’t say anything to her but I just hope that she gets talked to about her attitude and how she speaks to people. I don’t work in the medical field but I’m sure people deal with some tough patients but when your dealing with sick people and people worried about loved ones, acting and speaking to people in that manner isn’t professional at all. She not only talked over what my boyfriend was trying to ask her but the patient after my boyfriend as well. She’s very rude and unprofessional. All in all the nurses and staff were very nice and friendly and took care of my boyfriends tooth issue. Thank you!

Brought my family member there for a suicidal issue and the doctor had the audacity to explain to her that there are more serious issues going on like gunshot wounds and over doses. I’m so disgusted by this place. It’s truly beyond words. Also, does anyone have suggestions for a suicidal person, like a treatment facility? We’re beyond desperate at this point and the hospital was our last option ?

Sharing my horrible experience with this hospital 12 years ago I was taken to catholic medical center by ambulance. Hospital kept me purposely although registration as well as entire nursing staff knew that my treatment coverage with Elliot hospital was active at that time & requested to release, instead hospital staff kept me for no reason. I end up with $12.000 medical bill for 10 hours useless service against my will but in fact it was ELLIOT HOSPITAL miracle to save my life within the same week. I am on monthly payment plan for the last 12 years. Constant emotional harassment from billing department sending the bill to collection even though I never missed any payment. Collection department refuse to takeover such debt because there was no late payment. some of the check never cash purposely to put the pressure to hurt me emotionally. I will request anyone getting into Catholic medical center be careful before singing any paperwork. Never look at the caring staff watch your bills which will haunt you for the rest of your life. Catholic hospital never treated me instead generated huge bill. I will be having “Open Heart surgery” this month. Catholic medical center I will be paying my monthly payments as I promised for those useless services for that night which I will never forget.

I would probably never go there again I went there for these severe knife wounds on my leg which they sewed up very good very well I would say and they gave me a prescription antibiotics by lost it oh and I had to walk 10 miles home after I got out of the ER and that's why I lost it cuz I had to carry my bloody clothes with me in the same bag with my prescription and it was night and I got scared so I threw itso I called them back and asked them if they can somehow give me the prescription again and they said oh you'll have to come in again sorry we can't give prescription over the phone is what they told me excuse me also medical advice not prescription advice if I could write it a zero I would also just wanted to add the knife wounds were self-inflicted and they prescribed me no psychiatric anxiety or any kind of medication at all to help me with my severe problems that I'm having which I don't know I'm not a doctor but I felt like that was a bit lacking as far as the care that I received just my opinion I'm not a doctori hope my leg doesn't fall off like seriously become permanently damaged. But hey I don't know if another hospital will do that too but I hope not you know but maybe just for a Medicaid patient LOL I just added that as my own political commentary sorry. Oh and this is the last thing I want to add when I call them I told them that it's red and inflamed and it's starting to hurt also and that was very concerned but yeah I guess I should just walk 10 miles to the hospital is what they think oh well

I have never written a review for anywhere but feel I must today. I am a teacher from RI who was visiting my daughter who lives in Manchester. My husband woke up with terrible pains in his stomach and vomiting that persisted for 5 hours. I brought him to this hospital for some help. I was very anxious being in a state and area that i do not know. The man who was sitting at the window was beyond rude. I was unable to see that he was working with someone and he yelled "get out of here". My husband had testing done and they could find nothing wrong. We were then told that we were there for narcotics. We actually had planned a day with our daughter at Canobie Lake Park, and that we were there for narcotics was lunacy. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. If there is another hospital to choose to go to, please please do. This hospital and 98% of the people working in the emergency room are horrible human beings.

I started to go to Elliot first but saw it was packed, so came to Catholic instead. Severe shoulder and chest pain—started off well, got me back for blood work & EKG straight away. Noticed they weren’t putting anyone in rooms, they were sending us all back to waiting to be packed in like sardines with people coughing everywhere. A patient in the waiting room became unruly & started removing her mask and over and ramming people with her wheel chair, they sent security out who couldn’t control her in spite of her admitting she was only there because she was “really tired.” They gave up and left her with us all. I told triage I was leaving as i no longer felt comfortable and she promised if I’d wait I was definitely next to get my results. She then proceeded to call five more people that had already been triaged and tested, so I then left. Still in pain and still don’t know my test results.

Terrible Hospital!!! My wife spent 4 days at CMC, she hardly seen a doctor or a nurse. She said she’s better off leaving, they packed her up and strolled her out. She asked if she could have her flowers, was told you can only take what you can hold. No doctor consulted, no one tried to rectify issues, just c ya. To a woman who should still be hospitalized.

Had a significant problem with a specialist physician behavior and misinformation he wrote in the patient record while my spouse was an inpatient. We filed our concerns in writing to the facility. Today we received a call that facility policy is that they do not issue formal written apologies nor would we hear from the physician! We had to be content with a CMC mid level administrator's half hearted phone call. Further, the incorrect medical record has yet to be corrected. We have been stone walled at every turn. NOT good clinical practice, patient safety, or human relations. Nor does this behavior fit with their stated mission. We will not be using CMC or the Heart Center physicians again. Written apologies from the transgressor and appropriate corrective action should be the process this facility, owned by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. Has the Catholic Church leaned nothing about proper handling of serious complaints and decency toward others in the last 20 years? Added after receiving the CMC reply below- We have been in touch with the liaison on several occasions; this is exactly the office that is stonewalling. And why should we call them? Shouldn't CMC call us? The 'team' is well aware of us and how to contact us-I think their reply speaks volumes to support my critique.

This place should be ashamed of how they are handling themselves. I had an appointment for my daughter today with Amoskeag and the normal parking lot to get into that section of the building was closed down. No biggie, we can just park in the garage and get to the office walking through the building…. WRONG!! We were physically removed by security just for walking into a different part of the building and not the part that was CLOSED!!! I have never been more humiliated than having hospital security remove a 12yr old girl, because she wasn’t in the right office, even though the normal entrance was closed and the only way in was threw the main building. You made me sick child be embarrassed in front of a bunch of people, just to walk all the way around the building on the outside to have to then sneak through the shut down entrance to go to her appointment. I am appalled and disgusted you would even allow someone like that to work at a hospital where there are sick people and children that need patience more than anything. The doctors at Amoskeag were AMAZING and so apologetic for something they didn’t have any control over!

I when to the ER room for a health concern. I spend the night and had a produce done. From check in to check out, I found everyone to be polite, courteous, and cheerful. All showed professionalism and self confidence in there work. Highly recommend this hospital for any of your needs.

I have been to CMC twice, it took them 2-3 hours to have anybody check me out the first. The second time I came in with heat exhaustion and needed an IV or fluids, they did nothing to help me. They put me in a bed and nobody came to check on me for 2 and half hours. I had 20-30 nurses or doctors pass by me. I don’t even want to give it a one star because this place deserves 0. I should not have to pay for anything because they did nothing for me

Went here to try to get help with my pregnancy. The intake lady told me I don’t have a choice in epidural or pain meds and they might give them to me anyway. I’m believe in 100% holistic lifestyle and pushing pain meds trying to create more junkies they can profit off of DISGUSTS me. I will not be having my baby with these people. I will not take ANYTHING that I don’t believe in. Terrible place full of fake kindness.

Went there today for a colonoscopy, being 70 years olds, I was very nervous. From the people greeting me at the door to the nurses, techs, and doctors, I could not be happier. I was admitted to CMC for suicidal ideation last year, upon arrival they stored my personal items away including my wallet with around $500 cash in it. Once I was transported to an inpatient facility and went over my personal belongings I discovered around $400 cash was STOLEN. out of my wallet and I was left with a little over $100. I was LIVID and these people did NOTHING to compensate me. I called with complaints and was told I’d get calls back that they couldn’t handle the matter at the time. Never heard a word back from these people. IF YOU GET ADMITTED MAKE SURE THEY DONT TAKE YOIR CASH IT WILL BE STOLEN. GRIMEY NURSES ALL AROUND 0/10 STARS. DISGUSTING FACILITY.

The worst hospital experience I've ever had in my life. This was my first and my last visit in my life by this circus run hospital. There is absolutely no care by staff in the ER. I'm not going to explain my medical condition over a public platform. However, I will say how unprofessional the staff were during my visit. The ER was full. I was brought in by ambulance so luckily I did have a room right away but there were so many people in the waiting room and all I could hear were the staff complaining about all the patients, including the ones waiting. They were all laughing and joking about how they can't wait to go out and get drunk because they have babysitters on a weekend. Woopty-do thanks for announcing it to everyone. Also thanks for announcing what patients have what conditions for everyone to hear. Super unprofessional and I have been in this field for a long time. I will make sure next time I'm dying to go to another hospital even if it takes me an extra 30 minutes to get to it. I promise I will never return. If you want GOOD CARE, go somewhere else. If you want your private information to be KEPT private, go somewhere else.

Tonight I was taken to the E.R. via Ambulance due to the extreme nature of my pain and as per orders from my OBGYN. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN AN E.R.!!! I dislike the emergency rooms because of the drama and the fact that you get locked away in a room for hours with no medical attention and all i could do while I was waiting was ball my eyes out, I came there because it had felt like I was In labor for Three Days. I came there because I was In SO MUCH PAIN that I couldn't handle day to day life, this is how I know something is very wrong. (Just as a reference point I work cleaning a giant old mill building and I can manage to clean, vacuum and mop 5 large flights of stairs With a migraine &vomiting, so I san deal with a Lot of pain and push through it.) 1) The girl at the front desk was the ONLY person working there that treated me with compassion . She DESERVES A RAISE ASAP! 2) My nurse enjoyed arguing with me about my pain, and I guess she was a mind reader with Xray vision. Saying she was rude to me doesn't even begin to describe my situation.by the way, after my painful ultrasound she wouldn't get me so much as a tylenol. 3)The P.A.C. was a man and was nice at first then also become rather rude and judgemental...rattling off a list of AS NEEDED medications I have and can take..AS NEEDED. So in his eyes, the message I was receiving was "you have plenty of medicine, get out" that was the Vibe from him. He and the nurse were both judging me all the while wasting MORE TIME. When I was asked what type of medication I got I the past at the ER, they told me they don't use it anymore. So after that, not even so much as a tylenol. If they had spent MORE TIME GETTING TO KNOW ME IN PERSON INSTEAD OF JUDGING ME about my prescribed medications, something COULD have been done to help me. After several hours of crying from Atypical pain, I decided I'd rather be at home crying alone In my clean, drama free house. Carefully, I removed my IV stint, even had a bandaid in my purse , I put pressure on the spot and got dressed. Walked out after 5 hours of a whole lot of NOTHING. I got the ultrasounds which is all that really matters (bc that is clearly the location of my pain). Thank you to the wonderful Radiologist! At least Two people tonight displayed compassion to me.

Worst hospital around. I was taken my ambulance due to an obstructed kidney stone and had to wait hours before getting anything for pain. Then, the IV wasn’t in correctly and I never got pain relief. I suffered for many hours without help, and was talked down to the entire time.

My husband, 78, was brought in by ambulance, confused, low bp, heart, kidney and lung problems. I am his medical proxy and POA. Was not allowed in to be with him or answer questions. The girl with all the tattoos checking people in would not let me in and was rude. Told me to wait in the car I couldn't stay in building. Said she would have nurse call me. Waited in car from 7 till almost 10:00 before anyone called then told to go home. He was admitted to ICU in critical condition..Doctors are great but ER front desk personnel in ER don't care. Talked with Patient Liaison, we'll see if anything improves.

I went to CMC to the radiology dept. at 9:45 today for a 10:00 appointment. The receptionist was extremely professional and personable. I was taken into the CT scan area at 9:50 by another very personable woman. She was very professional and I was out of the building by 10:00. I would return to this department any time and would highly recommend radiology to anyone.

I had a great experience in the ED and on the med surge floor. I had an ear infection which quickly turned into something more serious. I had been seen by three other places in the previous 24 hours (two urgent cares and one other ER) and I was brushed off by all of them. When I finally decided to go to cmc it was my last ditch effort to advocate for my own care. Beth in the ER was a lifesaver. She not only took me seriously, but was so compassionate while doing so. She cared about listening to my concerns and making me comfortable. It was such a relief to finally have someone actually care about helping me. My ER nurse Christine was also amazing. They were so busy and a lot of people there were very sick but despite all of that they still did a wonderful job and never made me feel like a burden or unimportant. I was admitted and transferred to the med surge floor and had amazing doctors and nurses. Dr. French was my main provider and he was extremely compassionate and kind. He was very informative, down to earth, and genuinely seemed to care about all his patients. Everyone I interacted with seemed to be doing exactly what their calling is in life, helping people. No one seemed burnt out or at least if they were they did not let it compromise their compassion and care for their patients. In the medical field In general (especially during the pandemic) that can be hard to maintain. Thank you to everyone who helped me become well again.

It was great right up until discharge. I had a major surgery which required extensive pain management and outpatient medications. Didn't give me anything to bring home. Messed up my prescriptions (weren't signed and DEA numbers didn't match up) so I was effectively sent home with nothing for the pain. Had to chase down nurses and doctors to get it fixed.

My husband had to check in with pencil and paper, writing his personal information down. The pencils were all mixed together, with no indication of sanitized or dirty. As he was doing this, a gentleman exited from behind the doors to the ER and into the waiting area. My husband and I were motioned to sit down in the waiting area and wait after sliding in his check-in sheet. While sitting in the waiting area, a few seats from the other gentleman, we heard him on a phone call clearly say "I have covid, just tested positive". Upon hearing that I was in shock, I figured surely they would keep their covid patients isolated from their other patients, they're directly exposing anyone who comes into the emergency room for anything non-covid related and for no reason. The one place you expected your health to be taken seriously and the correct precautions to be in place, is the one place during this entire pandemic that we have been knowingly exposed. As I was talking to my husband the nurse came up to us and said to me, "You could have covid and I wouldn't know. He is 6-feet away and waiting for his ride". The lack of empathy, customer service, or just genuine understanding of our concern was shocking to me. Also, saying that I might have covid is very different from someone just testing positive. I responded by saying that as a hospital they should have a protocol in place to separate the covid patients from the non-covid patients. His response to me was absolutely unacceptable. He said, "You have to wait outside anyway, you can get the fresh air that you want out there." At this point, I was very upset but my husband couldn't close his eye and it was midnight, we didn't want serious long term damage to be done to his vision if he delayed any longer so we went ahead anyway. While getting his vitals taken from this same nurse, Matt, he was told by the nurse "I have been doing this for 9 months and haven't gotten covid yet." How condescending and passive-aggressive when he is supposed to be taking care of you. My husband was wearing a KN-95, which is the Chinese standard for N-95 masks. His mask is more protection than a standard blue surgical mask. The nurse told him to take his KN-95 mask off to replace it with their blue surgical mask. My husband declined this and the nurse made him still wear it over his other mask. However, the fact that a medical professional would encourage a patient, with other covid patients nearby, to remove the mask that is more protective, is asinine. The icing on the cake that made us decide to leave and not get treatment was when the nurse had told him to wait in the waiting room for the doctor to call him. When he was told to wait in the waiting area, where the covid-19 positive patient was still sitting, my husband politely asked if he could wait outside. The nurse said, "they're not going to come to look for you outside." My husband then tried to compromise stating, "Can I just wait by the double doors outside and you can wave me in when they're ready for me.". The nurse replied that by saying "You can wait in the waiting room on the other end of the room but not outside because they won't look for you.". My husband was trying to socially distance and stop the spread and was basically told that he can't do that. He then said he doesn't like the protocols in place and won't be seeking treatment and left. We are very upset, disgusted, and shocked at the chain of events we went through tonight. We will be getting covid tests in 3 days in case we contracted the virus at this hospital and we will never be returning.

No separation of Covid from non Covid patients (we were told to wait in the triage area within spitting distance of someone who was confirmed positive) and when we addressed this fact, the staff member was extremely rude to us. For a medical institution, the procedures being followed to keep everyone safe were laughable. We walked out without being seen, we were so disgusted by the negligence.

I am a cancer patient. I went to CMC last night under the direction of my surgeon to have tubes removed from my abdomen. I showed up around 8 PM and was rudely greeted by a paramedic signing me in. I asked if there was any accommodation for immune-compromised individuals and he looked at me and said condescendingly "no, we have nothing for you, go wait in the lobby." my girlfriend and I went into the lobby confused as to why this man seemed irritated over a very logical question due to my condition. We sat in the lobby and got called back in for vitals by the same man. He asked why I was there and I told him I needed my tubes removed from my stomach. This man looks at me, snickers, and rudely says " I'm pretty sure we don't do that here". I told him I was there under the direction of my surgeon and he says back " well I don't know what to tell you, you can go sit in the lobby again". After being treated like this as a sick patient in need, I started getting upset... We once again sat in the lobby until I was called into a room with a woman who I assume was either a nurse or a receptionist. She asked for my information and why I was there. I told her the reasons for my visit and my girlfriend handed me my insurance information. As soon as she saw my girlfriend she very rudely told her she cannot be here and she needs to leave, without even explaining why. At this point, I had had enough and asked why. She looked at me, used a condescending tone, and said "because we are in the middle of a pandemic..." I then looked at her and explained I have been fighting cancer for the last 2 months and I need her for mental support as this is incredibly hard for me to do alone. She looked at me again and looked almost offended that I had not accepted her reply. She then looked at me and raised her voice slightly saying that nothing is going to change and that my girlfriend needs to leave. As soon as she raised her voice at me, I raised my voice and told her she isn't going to talk to me in a degrading voice and I asked for the charge nurse. She then escalated the situation by raising her voice at me and saying "you want to see the person above me?! You want my boss?!" I said yes... While this was all going on my girlfriend and another patient waiting in the lobby could see I was starting to get emotional and had mentioned I might be treated better at Elliot and to try there. We ended up leaving to go to Elliot. Being treated like this in a hospital with a staff that is supposed to be caring about the severity of my condition and the hardships that have come with it. They instead chose to be passive-aggressive and condescending the entire time I was there, treating me as if I was subhuman. I can not in good conscience ever recommend or return to this hospital after being treated like this.... I'll never understand how anyone could treat sick people the way I was treated when we pay a premium for this care.

Verry frustrating experience today. Was told by my doctors office i could go to any of the urgent cares, tell them my symptoms and get a covid test. Went to 3 of them and got turned down by every single one. After i got turned down from the first one becuase they were past capacity i called the Hookset n.h. location. they told me if i made it there by 5 i would get tested. i made it there 10 minutes later at 4:45 and got turned down and told they stopped testing over an hour before. Seems to be a lack of comunication between departments. So i drove around from goffstown, to hookset then to bedford for nothing.

This is the absolute WORST hospital experience I've ever had. I visited the ER and was treated with complete disrespect despite a poster behind the Dr saying CMC treats people with kindness. I was mistakenly given a covid test twice and have yet to hear the results. Their policy is to never call you if it's negative. The people were very rude and would openly complain about patients and their conditions (which violates HIPAA) in front of others. The ER nurse took many tries to get an IV in and blew out the vein on my wrist. I'm still in pain a week later. Traumatic experience.

My sister was taken there by ambulance. The person at the window was quite rude. I knew she hadn’t gotten there yet cause I left before the ambulance did. I had ALL her information everything! But was told I couldn’t go back. I get the covid I honestly do. What I don’t get is being told Don’t give me an attitude! REALLY? What if it were your family member? Wouldn’t you be worried? Wouldn’t you be concerned? No compassion what so ever!! If I could give them zero stars I would. Was told to go sit in the car and someone would come right out and tell me what was going on with my sister. 2 hours later after sitting outside someone came out. And told me I had to leave. Came back home and haven’t heard a thing. NOTHING!!! Why ? Is it that hard to keep family members up to date??? I wish Elliott hospital was on lockdown. Would of had much better care. I know why people say bad things about CMC!! Never AGAIN !!

If I could give them zero stars I WOULD. I have a loved one in the hospital during this awful COVID time and asked them if they could call me or have the doctors call me with updates. They promised me they would and ONLY ONCE did. Then when I call the “nurse” could not even understand nor hear me. I had to call a different department to have them transfer me to a nurse who could hear and understand and she did with no problem. I had to call them 6 times prior before that. I’m just so disappointed. Don’t call yourself a “hospital” or bother working in one if you need someone to speak to you with one word or letter for every 10 seconds.

I had a really hard time coming out of Anesthesia and the nurse that I had stayed with me all day and never left my side and kept me feeling safe. By far the WORST hospital to deal with. My 79 year old grandmother, has been rushed to the emergency room today for the third time within a two week span. They have run multiple tests and kept her in the hospital and each time they’ve released her the same issue has continued. Obviously they aren’t doing their jobs correctly and running the proper tests and measures to ensure my grandmothers safety and health. The other two times she was allowed someone to accompany her as she does not understand what is going on. This time around the staff member sitting behind the glass was extremely rude and wouldn’t even allow us to Speak or ask her a question. She immediately told us to go back to our vehicle. We then asked to speak to the emergency room director and when he spoke to us he gave attitude and also refused to allow us into the room with her. My mother has DPOA for my grandmother and they still refuse to allow her in. They had security come out to speak with us as well. The emergency room director came out 30 minutes after being asked for the number to the higher up to give us the complaint line with no actual person to speak to. When taking pictures of both of these gentlemen they held their hands up, got hostile and told us we could not take photos it’s illegal and immediately stopped speaking with us to go back into the hospital.
