Concentra Urgent Care

Came in with 3rd degree burns from in job injury. The staff acted accordingly with getting me immediately into a room, getting me comfortable as possible and getting immediate care. The doctors are fantastic!

The wait time was long. It took 2. 1/2 hours for physical and drug screening. The medical services were fine once I got back there

Very professional personnel, through exam. Concerned for well being of health. All COVID protocols observed.

I would have given it 4 stars, but I asked the Dr if he could be my primary due to my severe cardiac and spinal arthritis issues. He denied my request. Seeing that I do not want to leave my life up to various uncommunicating providers, I'd rather not be seen there. Life is too precious!

Such a great place!! Very friendly and quick (for an urgent care facility).

The doctors are great! So is the therapy. The only problem I had was that I had an appointment at 2:45 and they didn't see me until 35 minutes later.

Had to wait for well over an hour to be seen for a routine screening due to too few workers.

They don't really even deserve 1 star. I've been there 2 different times for 2 different jobs and the wait was horrible. First time my appointment was at 1pm was called back at 3:30 waited in room for a long time. Got out at 5pm when they were already closed, they had to unlock door to let me out. Second time went at 8:30 waited till noon and got out at 1:30pm. You could show up first thing in the morning and the wait will still be 2hours or more.

Went in for a DOT physical which is never taking me more than 20 minutes. I waited five hours! Got there at nine left at two. But wait there’s more! Needed information for my personal doctor, lost the information three times! All in all I have made it to 3 1/2 hour round trips, spent six hours in their waiting room, and made over 15 calls trying to get them to send the paperwork to my employer! 21 days later my employer calls to tell me they still have not received my DOT physical information and my medical card expires in two days! Total incompetence! I avoid at all cost!

All staff were kind and attentive to my needs. Everyone had smiles as if they were happy with their jobs. As a healthcare worker myself, that means a lot to me. Everyone treated me well and all interactions I witnessed were professional and friendly. Thank you for your excellent care No offense, but I hope I never see you again (except maybe at a restaurant or something) ?

I was told the wait was going to be 45 minutes to an hour. Instead i waited almost three hours before being called back. They got all ky documents messed up. It was a disaster. Terrible experience.

terrible wait time. the last time i went was today, i’ve had an actual appointment, still waited over 30 minutes to be taken back, once i was taken back i waited another 40 minutes. what should have been a 30 minute appointment was nearly two hours… not to mention the room was freezing cold. no communication on when/who is coming. awful place.

I’m pregnant and went here for some minor issues with congestion. The staff told me I had to take a COVID test, wait for results and then be seen, which is ridiculous. I don’t have COVID I’m just suffering from allergy and needed some advice on what medications I could use. They turned me away. If you want to be seen with no issues, go to Peak Vistas Convenient Care, they’re open 1-4 for walk-ins Monday-Friday. I went to Peak Vista and they saw me with no issues and no unnecessary COVID test.

My appointment was at 3p.m. I wasn't seen until 5:10. The walls in their building are incredibly thin, thus I heard the doctor instructing the staff to hurry up and get everyone out. I am incredibly disappointed in the care I received given the nature of my injury.

Very low staff and not abel to keep up with demands, this is reason there's a trucker shortage in America!!

Polite & Professional staff, waited approximately 30 minutes before I was seen. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Nurse was direct, polite, and professional.

I was released back to work with the excuse that work comp doesn’t like to pay they want the workers at work… no way possible I could perform my duties but was released with restrictions and told its on the employer now.. wasn’t given anything for my pain at all and explained the over the counter meds weren’t working as to the severity of my injury I felt like it was no big deal to them after all they weren’t injured or the ones in pain. Front end staff was very nice as was nurses just policy was not

Easy process and great staff. I was there for a pre-employment drug test and there were no drinking cups at the water cooler. Most companies I’ve been to in the past have made it a little easier to hydrate before a pee test. Otherwise great experience.

My wife and son waited for two hours to get a rash looked at, just to have the doctor unprofessionally ask if there is such thing as a child antihistamine. The student atendee present was more knowledgeable than the hired staff. Don't waste your time here.

It was very hot on the day of my CDOT physical.

Waiting time is to long .

My initial visit was for a minor injury I got at work. They were closed on Sunday so had to wait till Monday morning. Went in at open and sat for five and a half hours before walking out. Forced to go to a follow up by my job. I go back in with an appointment at 10:15. I showed up early. Checked in. Sat down. An hour and a half later and I still haven’t been seen. They over diagnose. Be careful.

Is an urgent care not dmv. I spent 3 hrs just for a quick visit for renewal DOT physical. I watched the order as they call other people that came after me and sitting there thinking to myself am I don’t matter?! The urgency of my visit vs others didn’t matter.

The staff was amazing, but I hated the fact that I had to wait 2 hours. Staff was amazing though.

Appointment was supposed to be at 1:30, I always arrive early. Waited in the waiting room till 5min to 2pm before getting called back, and then sat and played the hurry up and wait game in the exam room. I know you guys and gals can do better. I have seen it.

Other than the very few seats that they have and them making it take 45 min for me to pee in a cup. The front desk personnel and girl administering the test were nicer than I could of asked for.

I was seen quickly for a drug screen & testing for tuberculosis for pre employment. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I love the staff here but I'm giving them 3 stars because of the 2 hr wait to get a darn physical this is ridiculous. There's no way you should have a 9 am appointment but don't leave until after 11 for a simple physical.

Don't come here. Take your money and make you wait for hours to just kick you out for a regular test ........ Trash

My experience wasn’t horrible by any means. I have them four stars is because of the 2 hour wait, and lack of seating for the patients. I understand that they were understaffed and felt so bad for the staff. The customer service and Nursing staff however: we excellent! Even though I was a little uncomfortable with the freezing temp and long wait. The experience with the staff would be the reasons that I would return.

I get that the place is urgent care so no surprise I waited 3 hours. My accident didn't happen that day and I was told (after the 3 hour wait that I couldn't be seen that day. I was given an appointment. I asked how close to the appointment time I would be seen. They implied I would be seen at the appointment time. No. I waited an hour. I feel the care was good but having to come back was really inconvenient. I work several jobs and commute by bus not cool.

I went here to be seen because of a really high heart rate and they turned me away because I had medicaid and they didn't accept it. They checked my pulse and oxygen and said if my symptoms were really that bad that I need to go to a hospital. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Not the quickest of urgent cares, but the staff actually does seem to value their customers. Not rude, and easy to work with. Awesome doctor. Be prepared. Coma inducing waiting times.

It was quick. The staff were great. Cool but professional! Had a good visit!!!

Nurse was great but I had to be there 2 separate times . One time I waited more than 3 hours, the next I waited more than 2.5 hours... most of that time spent in the observation rooms! I know they are busy , but I felt like that was excessive.

The people that works there, are very friendly. I will always go there, if I need to in the future.

It took 2 days to be able to get checked out. It only consisted of vitals. All other items in regards to surgery, surgeons appt notes, and any other doctors documentation i had to show what i had already occurred. After all paperwork was shown they just said come. Back in a week. So we shall see how it goes tomorrow 04/13.

Came for DOT physical. Waited a while but was well worth it. Super nice staff. They did an excellent job. I Highly recommend them.

Soon as you approach the counter you’re greeted by 2 nice ladies. Very informative . If paying out of pocket with cash bring the exact amount on hand (would be helpful if had different bill variations) Came in for TB skin test . I was in and out although they had a full of house. You can tell the know how to prioritize visits. When I came out the room and back out to leave almost everyone that was in the waiting area was already called back to a room . Nice friendly atmosphere.
