It’s horrible place starting from staff to a communication with patient went once and I will never do again. Every time I call I be waiting on hold just to ask for something. I will give it a 0 not even 1.

Do not go here. When we first went there there was a woman at the office complaining about how they hurt her, and wanted to know what they were going to do about it. My granddaughter went there and they destroyed her mouth. They try to do a filling and she Couldn’t eat on one side of her mouth for two weeks. When she went back to for them to correct it, we left, and she had a big piece of plastic that they left between her teeth. They can’t get anything right. This should be called a teaching dentistry. No one knows what they’re doing and each room is filled with 5 to 6 people coming and going while a filling is being done. Very unprofessional

Everyone here was SO kind and helpful! They make you feel comfortable and confident in the treatment that they have planned out for you! LOVE THEM!!

This is the worst possible choice for a dental practice that you can make. There is nothing good about this place unless you like a provider to only want to take your money. These people are the bottom of the barrel and have no concern for being reputable or treating their customers with consideration. Every aspect of their operation I give poor marks, reception, hygienists, assistants, the dentists, the oral surgeons and especially the office management. ALL FAIL! Zeros across the board!! Don't use them. Don't bring your children here. Go to another practice. They do not consider what you want but only give you what will make them money. The doctors speak poorly in broken English and do not listen to their patients. They talk down at them. That is why they focus on children because they can treat them poorly without them knowing what is proper care and good service. I found the assistants inexperienced, poorly skilled, overweight, and disrespectful of your comfort, needs & space. They will not hesitate to waste your time and treat you as if you do not matter to them. Their attitude is, "we have plenty of customers to feed our coffers. We don't need anyone in particular." If you don't agree with their very expensive treatment plans they will tell you to take a hike, and good luck getting your records. Their biggest positive is they speak Spanish. You would do better in Mexico. They do not respond to email requests or accept negative criticism. The practice is so big and spread out from all the kids they crank through there that it is uncoordinated and ineffective at sharing information accurately. If you use this place you WILL have regrets and you will feel like part of the lowest class of people because that is the quality of service you will receive.

Dr Namveita is absolutely amazing! she has renewed my confidence in so many ways!!!! I was so afraid to be 33 with dentures- but they look so real and for only temps! AMAZING JOB! Defiantly recommend

Do not bring your children here or yourself! They are so unprofessional. I rescheduled my kids appointments from one Friday to the following whoever I spoke with never saved the date so when I called the day before to confirm it there was no appointment saved! That is VERY inconvenient when you’ve waited over a month & some to book an appointment for TWO kids. They have people answering phones who don’t speak any English so of coarse everything gets messed up. Asked for a manager & I was on hold for over 25 minutes until I hung up & got my kids into a different dentist. DONT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE.!

This place is a joke I called for an appt told them I would have to be sedated my anxiety is bad the lady on the phone barely spoke English. And kept saying yea yea okay okay and to find out they don’t even to sedation.. what a waste of time all employees should be on the same page and know what the place they work at offers what a joke ! Get some employees who speak English and understand English !!!!!

I am very pleased to have come here. The staff here all work good as a team. From the moment you walk in the front desk staff greets you and is polite. Dr. Delphine Severe saw my 7 year old child and she was so caring and nice to her. Dr. Namrita Yadau and her team Monica Noel and Deangelis were Amazing as well. They go above and beyond to take care of their patients. They are always on the go. Dr. Namrita is very knowledgeable and caring. You can tell she enjoys her job. Thank you all for hard work. I will continue to come here.

My 5 year old daughter went there for a check up on her teeth. A female dentist (I don’t know her name) she said that my daughter had 5 cavities that were beyond coming back from. Like possibly could need a silver cap maybe. So she said she will need 5 fillings. They told us we should do one that day. So we started that process. 45 min later with the gas and the numbing shot they weren’t able to complete as the dentist said my daughter was moving too much.... So they referred her to a different place to get the 5 fillings done. We went to referred place they used the same X-rays and said there was zero need for my five year old to have 5 fillings. They only saw one that needs a filling not 5! If you bring your kid or anyone here and they give you a diagnosis I would get a second opinion 100%.

The staff make everything easy to understand. They also showed me ways to prevent my gums from bleeding. Turns out I was flossing wrong. They have discount program I saved alot of money.

Billing is impossible to understand. Having Delta insurance total out of pocket for two simple fillings was $536 after insurance. Reason for this: you asked for white filling. There is no white fillings in my mouth. I didn’t ask for that. I try to get someone to explain, mission impossible. Be very careful. Not recommended.

Steer clear of Omar Alani, the oral surgeon. He was incredibly condescending and refused to perform my daughter's oral surgery to remove her wisdom teeth after making us wait for 45 minutes. He didn't believe that she was in pain and said she needs to wait a year for the roots to grow so that the teeth would be easier to remove. We already had a consultation with an oral surgeon at their sister location in Lawrence who recommended the teeth be removed. We had to reschedule with that surgeon. We will not be returning to the Manchester branch.

How do You pull teeth and NOT have an On call Doctor? My daughter went in to have 1 tooth pulled. They ended up pulling 2 and stitched it. Well My daughter has been Bleeding Dark red blood and There is NOBODY to speak to about This?? Shame on You! EDIT: My daughter needed a Blood transfusion after this Idiot Hacked into her Jaw. She’s got a Huge infection on top of that. This Dentist is Not fit for this Job. I see a lawsuit in the Future.

I love Children and Family Dentistry and Braces. This is my favorite place to bring my teeth. They always make me smile for a while. The front desk staff are so kind and talented. No other office can compare to the team here, who’s talents exceed all expectations. They deserve glittery stickers and a pizza party for being so amazing. Definitely go here.

Every time we come for an appointment there’s a problem. Today I get a call asking if I want to reschedule my daughters appointment not because I missed but because they had her in at the wrong time. Not the first time. Then they say it’s okay they can get us in still at normal time with no delay. Here we are waiting over half hour in room without even starting service. Last time it was an hour and half. It’s unacceptable especially to happen so frequently .

Had an onlay from a previous dentist which costed me 1200$. They removed it thinking they could just replace with fillings and charge you for it. The reason I got an onlay was because fillings just weren't good enough. Long story short I still can't eat hard foods on my left side and I just wasted over 1000$

WORST dentist I’ve ever been to or taken my children to!!!! The front desk is terrible and rude and the attitude and lack of empathy is out of this world. They love to talk about the clients in Spanish so you can’t understand. NEVER on time! NEVER on the same page with dental treatments. No wonder this place has the reviews it does and the terrible rating. DO NOT waste your time and come here! EVERRRRR

Parents do not bring your children here. I brought my granddaughter in for my daughter who was working. The minute I walked through that door I knew it wasn't an inviting atmosphere. My granddaughter needed a cap replaced due to the wrong size put in before, they put a mask on her and she says she can't breath the woman working beside the doctor tells her stay still they then give her novacaine forcing her mouth open all while my granddaughter keeps saying she can't breath so I finally say something and the witch beside the doctor gives me a look to which I return the favor miss witch then exit's and another girl comes in. The novacaine finally kicks in and my granddaughter is calm again they then put a cap on and take an x-ray and low and behold it's the wrong size again so the doctor says we'll make a other appointment I said no you wont you're not putting her through this again, she's numb do it now so she sets up puts the same bib my granddaughter had on that was taken off that still had blood on it then she grabs the cap and it disappeared I looked on the floor and that's where the cap was, she dropped the damn thing on the floor for a minute I thought she was going to use it but told the girl working with her to make more cement or whatever it's called. Finally after being there for hours she was done. That was the last time my granddaughter stepped foot in that place. She's now at a place she loves and where the staff is wonderful.

The hygienists and dentists are nice: I won’t detract from that. But, this place incessantly runs behind. I’m saying for an 11 am appointment to not even begin the procedure until 12:40 is excessive.

Always are considerate and take very good care of my children. Been going there for many years and still the best for children.

I wish I could separate this review into 2 parts: the medical staff and hygienist are amazing and 5 stars are not enough! The office part is the complete opposite- they overbook appointments, have you sit and wait over an hour past your time even if you let them know they are late, when you talk to anyone in the office they just ignore you... and let's not talk about billing! I've been overcharged so many times and was told by the billing person that she isn't used to private insurances or coverages so I did the research and showed her the policy only for me to end up paying over $200 for their error and then took me 5 months to get them to issue a refund for the overage. In all, the office and management are a mess but unfortunately they are the only dentist office in my area offering the services my family needs including orthodontist and x-rays. I loathe the office but absolutely love the dentists and hygienists.

my daughters Back in november on the 11th one of my daughters was in for the orthodontist. they said they put through a request for braces to my insurance. i recently called my insurance 2/4/2020 and no request has been made, the same for my other daughter from december! im concerned what the issue seems to be because for one daughter it has been 3 months and the other has been 2 months. everytime i call the orthodontist is never in and no one can seem to answer my questions they push me off and say the ortho office has to answer my questions. i spoke to the office manager and was told i would get a call back from the orthodontist and have yet to get a reply, today i call back 3 days later 2/7/2020 for the office manager and she is not available. WHAT IS GOING ON HERE!? Am i going to have to find a new orthodontist?

When I initially called for my wisdom teeth to be pulled I was told they could do it and it would be an emergency appt . I go in the next day and they didn’t take me in until 40 mins after my appt time . After sitting me down I was then told they don’t pull wisdom teeth at their office and they can just do x rays today . Mind you I was running short on time because my 3 kids were at home waiting for me . I was very upset that my wisdom teeth weren’t even getting dealt with however I still wanted x rays . At the end of everything I was ready to go when I noticed they spelled my last name wrong on all the sheets and had to re print and re sign everything . This was a horrible experience . Will not return

This place is a joke ever since my daughter started with her braces it’s been one thing after another. One time in the middle of getting work done the lady gets up and goes pays for her food she order and never comes back my daughter sat in the chair for 30mins waiting till this lady To comes back nope never came back had to have some other lady finish my daughters adjustment . While I did like that we were in & out in almost no time, I really didn't like being told that my daughter should wait until she feels pain from her wisdom teeth coming in before making an appointment to have them removed, when before someone else told us that we could schedule their removal pretty much any time.

Great place. My kids have been patients for over 3 years and we have not had any problems. All staff are amazing and great with kids. Definitely recommend it.

I love this dentist,they are polite, understanding and careful with the children. I love how they always try and talk to the kids to let them know what they are doing. Dr G and His assistant Sue were amazing! My son broke a tooth the day prior and they were able to not only get my son in first thing in the morning the next day but we’re also to get my other child in for a regular cleaning. After finding out they needed a couple cavities they were able to do all that on the same day too! I have never been to a dental office that was that convenient. Both of my children were extremely nervous and Dr. G did amazing time call Ming their nerves and took all the necessary steps to make sure my children were comfortable. They did an incredible job communicating with me as far as what was going on. The professionalism was above and beyond. I personally am scared of the dentist but after coming here I think I actually just might go back. Great job to the entire team!!

I never do this but I’m not impressed with the orthodontist that did a consultation on my daughter today. She has a very very loose tooth and he had tried to pull it with his fingers and kept trying to do this even after she would make it known that he was hurting her. It disappointed me that he had no sense of empathy. The orthodontist needs to be more mindful! I honestly understand why he would think it would come right out but he not only tried multiple times but he just couldn’t seem to let it go and the entire time my daughter is on the brink of crying and kept saying, ow! Ow! Ow! He never got it out and eventually just let it be but it was not handled in the correct way at all and I will not be taking my child back even if we decided that she was definitely getting braces.

Great for the kids as a dentist but the WORST for orthodontist.. Zero flexability..and people skill! Always late taking people in for appointments IF you get checked in at all.. Awful experience with the orthodontic side!

Kenny, one of the techs has always went above and beyond to make sure that my son William has been taken care of. Whether it was changing an appt or getting us in for a last minute appt for a bracket repair. I have considered transferring care, on more than one occasion, and it is Kenny who has kept us here.
