I can't even get through. Wait 20 minutes than 30 minutes noone answers. I went to urgent care twice went to the emergency room because the meds they gave me at urgent care ran out and my pain came back. Tried cancelling a appointment but couldn't even get through. I was told to go to my primary for a follow up but can't get anyone to answer the phone. This COVID is bull we are going to die from other illnesses because our doctors aren't even seeing anyone .

This urology is a joke. I went there and the doctor saw me one time then the referred me to another urologist that was not covered by insurance without my knowledge and then when I went to get the reason why they then put through a complaint of lies to get me out of there office 100%

We have been seeing Dr. Glatz for over 2 years now and she has been nothing but amazing. The entire cardiac team, receptionists and all, have absolutely been wonderful and very comforting during the highs and lows. Very grateful for them all and all they do!

Had an appointment cancelled. Called back multiple times and never received a call back. Waited on hold multiple times for over an hour to never get anyone. Finally today after waiting on hold for 2 hours someone finally answers and tells me they can’t even schedule an appointment.. how can a doctors office not schedule an appointment or at least leave a message saying they can’t in a message while you have to wait on hold for hours. On a positive note we love Dr. Olsen and is the only reason I haven’t stopped bringing my daughter to this place.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! Long hold times...The receptionist was one of the most inconsiderate people I’ve ever talked to.... She would not make me an appointment. Gave a lot of excuses as to why and finally told me either switch my PPC or call another branch. SO I DID! Lebanon’s location had wonderful and pleasant receptionist, made small talk, seemed to care about my needs/ preferences and made me an appointment within the month. No weird policy’s about PPCs or appointments. Would highly recommended you kick Manchester to the curb and make the extra drive to Lebanon.

I have been a patient at DH for about 6 years now and my patience has finally ran out. I have a Primary care physician who I can never see due to her busy schedule. When I come in for a physical exam and lab test for medical school requirements, they ordered the wrong test, which cost me more than $500. Further, they kept saying that the test my school asked for doesn’t exist and finally admitted that they were wrong when I found that test at another lab. Don’t ever go here if you are looking for genuinely and caring patient care!

The receptionist is one of the rudest people I’ve ever talked to on the phone. I’m sorry but if I need something, you’re supposed to help out.

Absolutely terrible service. I have called 3 times within the past few months and was told to leave a message and wait 4 days for a response. This is not the kind of care I want from my PCP and I’m sorry but you make the time or hire the staff to deal with scheduling. I have never had this happen before, absolutely terrible.

The receptionists that I have met over the last 4 months are all incompetent. With 3 kids and one with special needs who goes all the time, my records are NEVER entered correctly. I always tell the receptionist who then gives me attitude the information is wrong... We did this last time and they all act like the work for the president and how dare I inform them of such. Get it together. I work with the public also. Your relationships start with the front desk.

Dartmouth Hitchcock clinic is great the doctors and nurses are nice I never had a problem here its very convienant i never have to wait long & they usually they can fit you in for apts. Also I love that they have a walk in clinic if your sick & need to be seen right away they have this option. Also its a clean & friendly environment i also take my daughter here to pediatrics & I have no complaints.

My sister went here for her care. After meeting a very fun and attentive doctor named Almodovar, she found out that this would not be her doctor for long term care. My mother and sister struggle to understand the concept of seeing a doctor for local emergencies only. He went above and beyond and helped her with letters to get her into school. The staff in the office are not caring or "modest" to say the least. One woman had breasts out of her shirt which is not appropriate for office attire. One of the nurses (man) is very funny. All I can say is "THANKS"! to Dr. Almodovar for making my sister laugh when she goes there (seldom).
