My experience with Boise Bench Dentistry the last three years has been nothing but positive. Staff at all levels are friendly and skilled. They truly care about their patients.

Patient, knowledgeable, approaches treatments pragmatically with less invasive, less severe treatments first instead of jumping to more expensive, involved solutions as a next resort. Her office staff is professional, courteous, and understanding with scheduling conflicts which is critical to me as my best intentions for making an appointment aren't always realizable. My family is thankful we found Dr. Jill and her team. The beautiful, reassuring mascot doesn't hurt a visit either;-]

Dr. Jill and her staff are amazing! They are honest, friendly and gentle. They even have a therapy dog. I love that I can trust her with my and my family's teeth. I hear so many things that go wrong with other dentists. That is not the case here. I highly recommend her.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Jills for almost 10 years. She and her staff are very knowledgeable and they truly care for their patients. I look forward to seeing my hygienist every 6 months. I have A LOT of anxiety about the dentist and have struggled to find a good fit where I feel at ease. Upon reading reviews, I decided to give Boise Bench Dentistry a try. I am so glad I did. All of the staff were warm and welcoming, immediately putting me at ease. They showed concern about my anxiety and asked a lot of questions, and took things slow to help me feel more comfortable. I listened to staff interacting with other patients upon their departure, and heard things like “Say hi to your family for me” and “I hope you have an amazing holiday”- it may seem trivial, but it made me believe they connect with and care about their patients. Dr. Jill laid out several treatment options, and introduced me to one of their future therapy dogs (you can actually reserve the therapy dog for your appointment time, and he will be in the room with you to comfort you during procedures). Dr. Jill was friendly and warm, providing just the right amount of education to help me feel informed. The staff asked questions about my life outside my dental history and made an attempt to build rapport- something I feel was missing at other dental offices. If you’re looking for warmth, hospitality, competence, and the feeling that you matter as a patient, I whole-heartedly recommend Boise Bench Dentistry!

I am not a big fan of dental visits, but BBD made the cleaning experience awesome. I needed a follow up visit for dental work (timely scheduled)...by far the best numbing (injections) and drilling experience I have encountered...They make me hate going to the dentist a little LESS now! Thank you!
