Our entire family has been going to Blaisdell Family Dentristry for over 30 years. The entire staff is knowledgeable and kind. They have helped our kids as they were growing up, and now we have taken our parents and aunts there as they have gotten older. Everyone in our family has always been happy and confident that everything was done well and that good recommendations were made for some needed oral surgeries. Blaisdell Family Dentistry is a rare combination of top-notch professionalism and down-home friendliness. From the front-office staff, to the dental hygienists and the dentist Craig Blaisdell, my experience has been positive. I started coming here as a result of a friend’s recommendation. Now I recommend this place whenever someone asks and even recommend it to people who don’t ask if it fits into the conversation. The front office staff welcomes me when I walk in and is accommodating if I need to rearrange my appointment. The dental hygienists ask pertinent questions and keep great records and notes as they give me updates on my teeth/gums/mouth issues that reference what they’ve told me in prior visits. I have no idea how they remember so much about me and my wife but being able to discuss things in addition to just the dental issues makes for a pleasant, low-stress experience. I’ve had a couple of hygienists throughout the years as they appear to have low turnover, at least from my own experience. Luckily, I have good teeth/gums so I’ve seen Craig Blaisdell as part of the regular dental process and not for major dental work. My wife has had major dental work and has told me I will be in good hands when I get to that point. So that is reassuring.

Blaisdell Family Dentistry is the best dentist office I have been to in the treasure valley. As someone who has dental work anxiety, Dr. Blaisdell made my experience calm and as enjoyable as possible. I would recommend this office to anyone who ask.

I have been a patient of Blaisdell Family Dentistry since 2001. When my husband and I travelled for work and moved to Valley County, we changed dentists, but upon returning to Boise in 2019, we returned to Blaisdell Family Dentistry. Dr. Lynn was my original dentist for quite a few years. Loved his banter and smile. Now, his son, Dr. Craig is my dentist. Both are just super. Both are understanding and accommodating of my "dentist fear." They are patient and communicative. As well, I love the extended team. The fact that most technicians have been with the Family for Years speaks words! Personable, caring and professional. Front desk gals, you rock! Linda and Kathy keep you updated.

I found out fast after not entering a dentist office for fifteen years how a very professional dentist office was ran. Upon entering the office greetings and smiles were abundant, appointment times were punctual. Dr,.Craig and his assistant were spot on what was needed to be done but not pushy at all wanting to do what my desires were and stay within my budgets. They got insurance quotes for me so I knew exactly what my cost would be before hand . In my opinion the hygienists and technicians were some of the best . Dr. Craig was very aware of keeping his work reasonable but meeting my needs. His only shortcoming was telling some humorous jokes that definitely needed some practice!

I've been coming to Dr. Blaisdell's office for more than 20 years and even though I've moved far across town years ago, I will still drive to his office due to his service and services. I originally found him when I was new to town after graduating college and needing a dentist. I took a recommendation from a friend and I've been going to Blaisdell Family Dentistry ever since. What I appreciate the most about Dr. B is that I feel that he's genuinely had my best interests and outcomes in mind. He, and the wonderful staff, strive to know me as a person, take interest in what I do, and to pick up that relationship every time I'm in his office. He's always treated me more than fair and I have come to explicitly trust his judgement over our time together (and we've been through a lot!). Dr. B, Dr. Craig, and the entire staff are excellent at what they do and they make my dental visits something I actually look forward to. I'd give far more stars if possible.

I decided to come to Blaisdell Family Dentistry for a consultation after another dentist completed some (terrible) work and I was having ongoing pain (from fillings and occlusion). Before blaisdell, I received a consultation with one other dentist at a different practice who told me that he did not see any issues, I really felt helpless and knew my insurance was not going to cover any additional work. I would 10000% hands down recommend Blaisdell. I saw Craig and he was so understanding of my situation. He took the time to listen to my issues and then educated me on why I was having those issues. We are now we'll on our way to having me back to baseline without pain. Not only that, but to those who don't have dental insurance or if your dental sucks (like mine), their costs are very affordable and a lot more fair than the other two locations I have tried. Lastly, they really do try to book you into their schedule knowing you're in pain. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING.

Our 8 year old son had just over half of his front tooth knocked out last night about 8pm and he needed emergency dental work. My wife and I have received our dental care from the Dr's Blaisdell (a father/son business) well over a decade. I especially enjoy the collegial atmosphere they have built with their team of assistants, hygienists and front office staff. I feel like they have made me a partner in my dental care as opposed to a patient to be "worked on". Recently, I need a crown to repair a cracked molar. I never loved a dentist, dental and office staff as much as I love this practice. Our family has been with them for 14 years. Finding a dentist or any professional can be difficult and time consuming. Blaisdell family dentistry made this experience the best.

This is, without question, the best dentist's office I've ever been to. The front office staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. All of the hygienists and assistants are patient and kind and the doctors themselves are caring and thorough. At any point in my care plan they have guided me on options, pros and cons, what to expect, and how best to plan for future care needed. There is never any pressure or "upsell" of services. I had broken a crown and am in the process of getting an implant done through this office. They were able to fit me in for an impromptu checkup after the initial break to make sure I wasn't in pain and the doctor himself even called to check in on me personally after the extraction. If you're looking for a place that will value you as a customer and patient, this is it.

We have been patients of Dr. Craig Blaisdell for several years, after a bad experience with another local dentist. The care we have received has always been stellar for both ongoing maintenance/cleanings and more complex procedures such as crowns and implants. He and his staff are all personable, caring people who go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Their office staff have worked with our insurance providers to insure that procedures are covered as much as possible, and do their very best to be flexible with appointment scheduling. I would recommend them as a top-notch family dental practice in the Boise area!

They are amazing here. I have been going to Blaisdell’s dentist for a couple years now and had a couple cavities filled and other work done by them. They are so great. I have a huge fear with needles and don’t do well with shots, and they are so good I don’t even feel the shot nor do I feel anything during the filling. Super fast! Very comforting. They are very good at what they do! I have had bad experiences at other dentists but I have never had a bad experience here. I enjoy my visit every time. I highly recommend. Thank you Blaisdell!

I hated going to the dentist because it always hurt no matter how much Novokain etc they used. When I came to Dr. B he simply said hurting was not an option and he would find the solution. He gave me a lot of shots and finally found it, a rare nerve that grew into the wrong spot. Where other dentists just said "that's the best it'll ever be", Dr. B found the nerve. Tired of your mouth hurting? Come see Dr. Blaisdell.

Moved here 2 years ago needed to find a dentist I had been going to my last dentist for over 20 years. My Daughter and Son in law started with Dr Blaisdell and Kim the Hygienist great office and staff. Now if they could start cutting hair I would have it made haven’t found a good place for that yet ?

I wouldn't trust my teeth with anyone else! I've been seeing Dr. B and now Dr. C for about 20 years and have amazing teeth because of it! In the instance when I did need a root canal, Dr. B came into the office on a Saturday evening to remedy the situation. Love my hygienist Kim and one of my first hygienists, Sandra. Everyobe treats you like family and as a result, my parents and sibling and their families also entrust their care with the Blaisdells!

If I could give Dr. Craig Blaisdell and his wonderful staff ten stars, I would! Prior to discovering "Dr. Craig" at Blaisdell Family Dentistry, I hadn't been to the dentist for over a decade. Needless to say, my mouth was a hot mess! I was very fearful (and embarrassed) to even step foot into a dental office again, but I knew I couldn't put it off any longer, and I needed to do something. After a friend recommended Dr. Craig, I set off for my first appointment with fingers crossed that Blaisdell Family Dentistry would be a good fit. As it turned out, I was absolutely taken back by Dr. Blaisdell's warm, friendly disposition, and his display in utmost professionalism and knowledge. I immediately felt at ease. Dr. Craig is an excellent listener, and he understands those who fear dental work, and the importance of pain management when appropriate. He and his assistant, Patty, did a thorough examination of my mouth and came up with a comprehensive plan to save my smile. Over the last year, they've done just that! I am SO happy with the work he's done and I get compliments on my smile constantly... I am so very grateful for the qualify of his work and their caring expertise! My girlfriend was involved in a bicycle accident in which she chip 2 teeth, cracked another and put a huge gash in her lower lip. We called 4 emergency dentists, of which Dr. Craig was the only one to return our call. He met us at his office and patched her up like a champ. We'll always be grateful, great work!

Dr Craig is great! He is very down to earth and easy to talk to. You can tell he genuinely is concerned about your needs. What brought me an has me coming back and switching my whole family over to his practice is that he explains all options available. His staff is terrific!! They are so kind and accommodating. I feel right at home when I am there. The Atmosphere is professional but yet laid back. Lots of humor and banter abounds. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone.

I recently had one of those must do situations. I went to Blaisdell because an aquaintance told me they were "good guys". I just completed my third crown and could not be happier. From day one they put me at ease and explained what was happening every step of the way. They are very friendly in a relaxed atmosphere, which in turn helped me to be more relaxed (I have always had a fear of dental work). These people are great. I feel a lot better looking forward knowing I have found a Dental group I can trust and no longer fear going to the dentist.

I have been a patient at Blaisdell Family Dentistry for approx. 15 years. I had been terrified of seeing a dentist and was in need of a LOT of work. It has been an amazing transformation not only with my teeth and gums, but my attitude as well. I required a lot of hand holding and strong medication in the beginning. Now I am finally able to go to the dentist without sedation or strong drugs. While I still could need medication for any "big jobs" I might need in the future, I am now able to get the normal teeth cleanings with just nitrous oxide and the gentle hands of Sandra (perhaps the most patient dental hygienist in the treasure valley if not the entire state!). The entire team has made me feel safe and welcome. From the ladies that greet me and welcome me each time I walk in the door, to the staff in the back that swing by to ask how I am doing, I feel important and part of the family. I honestly believe that I would have never made it this far with out Dr. Blaisdell, Sandra and the entire team. Not to mention I still have my teeth and they are all healthy!

They treat you like family and make the visits as if you are not at the dentist, the Blaisdell family is just that. The whole staff are the best in the valley in my opinion. Try them for yourself and you will see what I am talking about.
