I had my first and last experience with Atlas resell. I bought a couple of Midmark chairs because of the description and pics. When they arrived they looked like they had been thrown around and run into with a forklift. I contacted the company and did not even take them off the pallets. They arranged for return. I waited a month for refund and then received 40% of my money back. After reaching out to them I was told there is a 15% restocking fee and I had to pay for all the shipping. Doesn’t seem fair for misrepresented items. My advise is be very careful before you buy anything. I would be more than happy to send pics of chairs when they arrived. Just DM me Dr H

I have been purchasing equipment from Atlas for years. Most all of the items are described accurately and represent great value. On the few occasions when there was an issue, i.e. item was damaged in shipping or a part missing, which rarely happens, Kathy in the Customer Service Department took care of it promptly. Nerea is also great to work with. As we expand and upgrade, Atlas is my go to.

We ordered a chair from them from ebay. The chair was listed as fully functional. We received this chair on March 10, however, the foot pedal was cut from the chair, our technician was not able to test the chair. After we finally received the foot pedal, our office was shut down due to the pandemic. After we reopened, our technician found the chair was not functional at all! I contacted their customer service, their rep Kathy initially told me that they would find a functional control board, if not they would buy a new one and ship it to us. She also said that they would pay to labor to repair the chair. However, her story and attitude has changed since, and now she is simply playing delay tactics. They has multiple this type of chairs listed on ebay, it should not be hard to just pull a control board from those, or simply to order a new one. A very dishonest company. Stay away!

Purchased an implant motor from them on ebay that was advertised as functional and in good working condition. THEY LIED. The unit powers on, and looks like it works, but when you actually set up the irrigation, the spool doesn't work. $1300 for a unit that doesn't work. I contact them to ask for a return/refund as it did not work as advertised. They told me, too bad, you bought it last year and you should have had it tested by an official technician. Unfortunately, I didn't start my new job until February and didn't realize they sent me a BAD unit until now. My fault for trusting this company actually cares about sending its customers working/functional equipment. Once they have your money, they could care less. Stay away from Atlas Resell.

We purchased a piece of used equipment through Atlas as a broker so the item was shipped directly from the selling office. Upon professional installation, we discovered a significant issue that hadn't been identified in the listing. Upon contacting the company they made everything right and followed up frequently to make sure we were satisfied. Though a few extra steps were necessary they made it as easy as possible. Going forward I would be much more confident buying a used item through them as the support after the fact was excellent. If you have an issue after purchase contact them. I did and they resolved all concerns.

My Statim 2000 went down, and I found myself in dire straights! I have dealt with Atlas in the past, and have been satisfied. Since I wanted a solid replacement at the best price, I looked there for options. Sarah was very helpful and patient! She answered all of my questions (and there were many!) with knowledge and courtesy. She also arranged to give me the best price on an already very low-priced Statim 5000. I have not received the unit yet, but I will update when it comes. In any case, I will be contacting Sarah when I have another equipment need in the future! Thank you!

Worked directly with the owner of the company to sell some equipment. After several back and forth emails that took several weeks for response from Atlas I was able to come to an agreement to sell the equipment to them. Shipping boxes and a check were sent to the wrong dental office in another state. The other dental office sent the shipping box and the check back to Atlas. Atlas was then able to send the check to me but no shipping box came to send my old equipment in. I inquired several times and after several weeks I have just given up on selling my equipment to them and will try to sell it on e-bay myself. Too much work and too much time spent on my end. Thinking I may have dodged a bullet if they are this disorganized

Bad company to sell your goods through. They sold my working X-ray sensors for parts when they were to be sold as working sensors without telling me first. I demonstrated to their rep that they were working. I was paid pennies of what they should have sold for, even by their original estimate. Do NOT use this company!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I bought a Pelton and Crane Delta XL10 Autoclave from them. When it arrived the electrical panel was broken off. When I called, the company said I would have to pay for shipping the item and a 15% restocking fee. After paying to have the machine repaired myself it only worked for 4 cycles. Now it is completely inoperable. I have emailed and called the company who has no intention of helping. Buyer beware. I will never use this company again. They sell overpriced pieces of garbage with terrible warranty policies and customer service.

Great place to work and very credible, all except for the hiring manager Candy, she has no quams about talking to you as if you are her plantation slave, and forget about lunch break, you don't get one for the 9 hrs you are there. No temp people ever stay, because Candy is rude to them. They need to hire a new hiring manager, then the employees would stay, and we wouldn't have to play catch up with accounts anymore. Sincerely, The terminally ill employee that tried to make it there.

Outstanding experience. I was in desperate need for a piezo scaler as my existing one failed after years of service. I was not prepare to spend thousands of dollars on a new unit, but was lucky to discover Atlas. I was able to buy two used units for 1/3 the cost of 1 new one. They expedited the shipping and got it to me in time for my Monday patients (I ordered it on Friday). I was a little apprehensive due to some negative online reviews, but decided to take a chance and was very pleased I did. Customer service was excellent and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I would absolutely do business with them again. Incidentally, I found out later that they have many very positive reviews on Ebay and other areas besides Google.

After a longer than normal wait to set up a pickup, due to a miscommunication, Alec turned things around, was super fast to respond and get things moving again. Extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Atlas. I had a lot of old equipment to sell and instead of selling everything individually on ebay or craigslist I thought it would be easier to sell everything through Atlas. I was quoted a decent amount for all my equipment. 7 months later I have received a tiny fraction of what I was quoted. There always seem to be "unexpected" costs causing my payouts to be lower and lower. Huge mistake working with this company, I ended up getting next to nothing for my equipment.

The shipping department needs some help the pallets the chairs came one were so badly damaged that it was stacked on another pallet. One of the chairs was all torn apart the upholstery was just thrown up on the chair and hanging lose. Other than that the chairs were a good buy for our company. Will buy again Thanks Ken

Horrible company. Bought a Cavitron and an xray censor that didn't work, and an IntraOral camera with NO SOFTWARE! When we called them, they tried to tell us that we needed to pay a 15% restocking fee on EACH product.... Blamed it on everything and everyone else.

Worst buying experience ever. Bought a KODAK PAN machine. Came with cut cables no PCI board. NO SOFTWARE. When installed xray tube was blown changed micro processor board. Still does not work. Atlas Dental blamed it on the shippers people who installed the machine. Terrible company. If you want to get a good xray machine go to renewdigital. Search for them on google. I should have stuck with them. Great support good ethics, not like ATLAS RESELLERS. PLEASE BEWARE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOU HARD EARNED MONEY.

Unprofessional is probably the best word I can use to describe my experience with this company. To start, they called me to set up an appointment to see equipment that I was looking to unload. Not only did they not show for the first appointment, but when I called and schedule a second appointment, they no showed for that as well. I have left several messages for Steve and he has not returned a single one.

WARNING: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ATLAS RESELL MANAGEMENT. THEY ARE DISHONEST. I purchased a piece of durable medical equipment (an exam chair) from them that turned out to be non-functioning from the time of installation due to a mechanical problem. It was NOT damaged in shipping or storage. They represented the item as being in "good working condition." ATLAS RESELL customer service representatives refused to take the item back, hiding behind a 30 day return policy that they never disclosed to me. ATLAS RESELL MANAGEMENT declined to repair the item or provide any type of partial refund or other solution to mitigate my loss. They even refused to provide a return address! I am out $3100, and you could lose big too if you decide to do business with them.

Selling my Scan X unit was a very easy and pain free process. The representative (Steven) gave me some really good tips on how to take photos of my items I planned to sell and how to give a very good description of my unit. After about 2 weeks I received a shipping box, I placed the Scan X unit in the box, it was then picked up from my office and shipped to the buyer. That was it! I got my check thirty days later and I am happy. Thank You Atlas!!

Please find my email that I wrote to Atlas Resell Management that demonstrates their very prompt handling a refund for an obsolete intraoral scanner that we could not get manufacturer support. This fact was not evident when Atlas sold us the scanner. However, they did stand behind their return policy. We should have checked out the mfg support policy prior to making the purchase. Dear Atlas Resell Returns Dept: Thank you very much for promptly processing our full refund (including shipping fees). Your company has always been great to deal with. My sons and I will highly recommend your company to our colleagues. Feel free to use us as a reference for any of your new clients. I am still in possession of the oral scanner. Has the consignor decided what he wants to do with it? It could be shipped directly back to him or we will discard it at his request. Please advise. Paul Paul L. Wow, awful company. I bought a panoramic from their site and apparently it had already been sold. Inventories change and I can understand that. When going over my accounting for taxes I noticed that they did not return the funds to my card. Email after email, call after call and they did not return the funds. It was only after I got the credit card company involved and threatened legal action did they return the funds. Talk about a sleazy slimy company. Right before I realize the payment issue I bought cabinets and they came in awful shape and unusable AND I tossed them in the dumpster. They agreed to credit me $150 on over a $1000 purchase and I have yet to see the credit. They mostly sell junk so beware.
