The surgery went smoothly and quickly. The only thing I would suggest would be to make the instruction sheet on one sheet or at least stapled together. I found that some instructions were on the preparation instructions, some were on the post surgery instructions, and some were on the prescription bottle. Then I found that one instruction was abbreviated and I was thinking this was one prescription and it was another one. Then the mouthwash prescription bottle was a different kind of bottle that I hadn't seen before and it took several trials before I figured out the syringe had a cap on it that you pulled off and then you took off the cap off the bottle and put the syringe into the bottle iand turned it upside down and pulled the plunger out to fill i]t. Another option would be to demonstrate how you used the syringe with the bottle.

Dr. Haghighi and Dr. Rowan are my new favorites. I just came into here a week ago, I'm 21 years old and I broke my jaw at work sadly, fractured it twice and it split with my wisdom tooth. I've never been to a surgical dentist. Or a regular dentist in 13 years. I was petrified you can only imagine being 21 with a broken jaw needing a tooth extracted as well. They really helped me with my anxiety. I'm on day 4 of the tooth extraction and plates and it's healing really well, almost too fast lol. I've had very little pain and I'm dealing with it well. I appreciate everything Dr rowan and Dr haghighi for done for me!

Jerrie was amazing and kind, helping me through my exam prep, x-rays, and everything before seeing the doctor. The doctor also was kind and patient, answering all my questions about the upcoming procedure. Would recommend to anyone looking for a caring professional willing to keep you in the know rather than just explaining the mandated disclosures by rote.

The staff at Alpine Surgical Arts took good care of me when I came for my oral surgery consultation and did a great job of explaining what needed to be done. Dr. Haghighi took the time to answer all my questions. Everyone was prompt, efficient and professional, while also being kind and personable.

Most importantly, ASA has competent and compassionate physicians who do great work while explaining the process fully and helping to allay anxiety. The support staff is also very pleasant, professional and helpful. I've had work done with ASA before and am just as pleased this go around as I was previously. I don't think you would be disappointed if you used this clinic.

Had the best experience! I live in Wa and had a facial trauma on a sat, they wanted to send me to Seattle. That was not going to happen so I started looking for a specialist in ID, I called Alpine and they got me in that Tues! And even tho we had to drive 350 miles one way, Dr Rowan and his staff were efficient extremely personable and a blessing! No surgery needed! The outcome was great! I HIGHLY recommend this Dr and his wonderful staff!

I had a VERY traumatic event over the weekend, I live in WA state. I was told the only place I could go was Harborview in Seattle. That was not going to happen! I started looking in Idaho and found Dr Rowan, not only was the staff helpful and literally got me in on that following tues, they called and moved my appointment up a few hours! My husband drove me 350 miles one way for this appointment and we were extremely happy with the result! No surgery needed! Staff/ doctor and facility top notch! I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Rowan and staff !

It felt very assembly line and when asking for follow up information for my son's surgery, they were very condescending and not particularly helpful. He found their bedside manner cold before the surgery. I will be taking my younger son elsewhere for wisdom teeth extraction.

My experience with the office personnel was great.

Alpine Surgical Arts is in a new office bldg. The staff was competent and friendly. I was Doctor Haghighi to remove infected Molar that had previously had a root canal. Doctors bedside manor was excellent. The procedure was painless and post op went well. I highly recommend both the office staff and Doctor Haghighi.

I had a very painless tooth extraction and, later, an implant. Dr and his Staff took such great care of me during the time of COVID practices. Also very impessed with this whole Office Staff: Precise,organized and so caring.

The lady who helped me at the front desk was not very welcoming or nice. Once I got to the back it was fine and the doctor was amazing. He is the only reason they are receiving a 4 out of 5. He called to check up on me that night to make sure I was feeling ok and to see if I had any questions.

Dr. Bailey has operated on me numerous times. He has done extractions, bone grafts and implants. He has also performed biopsies on possible cancerous areas. He is exceptionally skilled as a surgeon as well as being honest and compassionate. The entire staff at Alpine Surgical are very kind and professional. There needs to be more ⭐️ ‘s for Dr. Bailey and his staff.

I didn't expect to need a wisdom tooth extracted at 72 years old. My dentist referred me to Dr. Haghighi. I asked him if he'd refer his mother to Dr. Haghighi. He said "Yes". I was very happy with the care and concern that Sally and Dr Haghighi gave me at the initial appointment. He was easy to talk with and he took time to answer my questions. The surgery was scheduled for a week later. It is now 3 days after the surgery. The surgery went well. They recommended Exparel and Platelet rich fibrin. I'm glad I did that. I didn't have a lot of bleeding or a pain. Dr. Haghighi called me the evening of the surgery to check on me. i would definitely go back to Dr. Haghighi and refer friends to him.

The facilities were clean and presentable. The entire staff was pleasant and professional. There was a serious effort to make sure that all details of their procedures, and your personal situation, were fully answered. I am not easily pleased but this place pleased me.
