Staff was RUDE ! I felt discriminated against ! Did not feel welcoming at all ! Thank god the dr and nurse was very nice but those receptionist are soo rude I am not happy

Just called to reschedule appointments. No problem on the fees. I understand that to many people cancel or don't show up but, to just hang up on me without acknowledging any other concerns is unprofessional. The client needs to hang up first not the receptionist. Some of that conversation should have been plane proper/professional phone eticate. Instead I got hung up on. I don't know who she was since she also did not tell me her name.

My experience today was really upset with the staff but One girl call me back and i appreciate that the other office contact them and the call back and explain thank you and bad days we all have. I really like the doctor he’s really nice and explain all you needs. I wish I have the opportunity to talk to him about it but also they told me I couldn’t because he was busy.

My daughter already had her 6 month teeth cleaning at another dental facility before moving to another part of town in Vegas. I Called Anthem Pediatric Dentistry to schedule an appointment to get a cavity filled for my daughter and the receptionist said they were only going to see my daughter for a consultation! Why would Anthem waist Parents time and gas! I called around and found a dentist who filled my kid cavity the same day! No consultation required!

Completely disregarded my concerns about my son’s dental needs. I believe if my skin color was different I would have been treated differently however the history of ignoring minorities health/dental concerns is rampant and not new in the industry just thought it would be different since the cater to CHILDREN. Very passive aggressive.

First time here. Always skeptical about first time anywhere because you never know what type of experience you’ll have. They put me at ease fast because there service was rapid but quality. I was called back before even finishing the paperwork. The dentist assistant was great. She was very nice and professional. She was great with my daughter. The dentist himself was also awesome. He explained everything to me to a point I didn’t have any questions at the end. I’m picky when it comes to my daughter but this place is great and will recommend to everyone looking for a child dentist.

Both my boys see the Dentist at this office. They are always so nice! My youngest son had trauma to his tooth, just last night (Thanksgiving Night). I called the office just taking a chance to see if they were open. I wanted to just make a appointment for Monday even though it was emergent. The on-call person notified the Dr and he saw him same day. I felt bad because it’s Thanksgiving Weeknd but the doctor and his assistant re-assured me it was OK! They took care of my son ❤️ Best dentist office they are so caring!

Scheduled my 1 year daughter for her first dental appointment, I was nervous but the Dr & staff were really nice, informative & patient with her. It was overall a good experience. I look forward to bringing my kids here for their future check-ups.

Love how compassionate and friendly the assistant and Dentist always are with my son!. He answers any questions you may have, i feel comfortable bringing my son here! The wait times are usually pretty short, everything always runs smooth when visiting!

Most ridiculous thing is having to pay a $25 cancellation fee if you call 24hrs is when your already on Medicaid. Then the girls in the front are not always friendly. Ugh the doctor amazing

Ever since I move to Las Vegas in 2016 I been coming here. Love the place great service the dentist is great with kids. Its far from my house but I don't mind the drive. Highly recommend it.

I absolutely LOVE this place! I had my daughter going to "Absolute Dental" & they really suck when it comes to working with kids. I was then referred to "Anthem", & I don't regret it one bit. They're quick, & my daughter loves coming here. I'd give them 100 stars if I could. Thank you guys for being such an awesome team!

The care my grandchildren get at Anthen Pediatri Dentistry is top of the line. The facility is children friend with lots of art work, it is very clean and welcoming. The staff are friendly and they all treat adults as adults but the childten feel comfortable, because the staff respect each child that walks in the door.

Every time I come here for the last four years they have been over kind clean a children love coming to the dentist and I believe it's because of this place I drive over 30 minutes across town because of this place. I can find a different that is 5 minutes away. But I don't think I'll find one where I would be 100% happy and my children's would be 100% confident.
