Very rude , lady who schedules with surgeon is extremely unprofessional and needs training. (Claimed she was the manger) asked to speak to her manager to make a formal complaint about her customer service skills and she said she will have them call me. (Yeah right) . Also I believe the 5 star reviews are only here bc u get a gift card for leaving them.

This is how the clinic responded to my review about their unprofessionalism and low standards of care when the dentist did not explain xray findings with me and didn't explain what my options were before a procedure: they sent me a letter saying that if I don't take down my review, they will sue me for libel. I'm being scammed, humiliated and threatened. This is my truth and I won't lie despite their threats.

First time ever calling and speaking to the receptionist to try and schedule an appointment and an extremely rude woman I won't mention her name, anserwed the call with my daughter. She had asked my daughter for her information and my daughter had to repeat her email 7 times which angered the woman even more. The way she communicated with my daughter was extremely unprofessional, I was videoing my grandson and captured part of the conversation. I called back after that phone call to try and schedule my granddaughter an appointment and we were informed that we are not welcomed to that office and that she ( the same woman was the manager) why then is she anserwing the calls and said she was scheduling. Confusing. I was given the excuse that We were unprofessional. I don't know if this woman started her day off wrong or just having a bad day. However that is no way to treat a patient and family. I really am thankful that this happened so as we don't subject my granddaughter to such a negative person. You caused undue stress where it didn't need to be placed in an already chaotic world. I really hope your day gets better and noone else is in your negative path. Your are in the wrong business in dealing with people if you see no problem with the disrespectful way you treat people, patients. Thankfully we have found a much more pleasant and welcoming place that we are looking forward to going with for my granddaughter.

Unprofessional, especially Dr. Khosousi who after I had a tooth filled, charging me $ 300 dollars ,tells me that my best opinion is to do another treatment, I do not recommend it at all, they are indolent people who work for money without respecting the best treatment for the patient.

Huge building on the corner, not sure how I missed it. Parking, is behind the building. Staff was nice and waiting area was clean.

Today was our first appointment with A+ Dental Group. I have 2 sons and youngest Son has autism. He has bad experience in NY so I was very nervous. I told them what happen before and they were taking time with him and explaining every step until he understands. They were very patience with him. He didn't cry not even once. I couldn't believe everything went smooth and peaceful. If you have a child who refuses to go to dentistry, this is the place!!! I found lifelong dentistry for my family.

THEY GIVE YOU A $5 GIFT CARD FOR A 5 STAR REVIEW. DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE REVIEWS. There is literally a sign on the back of the entry door that says that you will get a $5gift card if you write them a 5 star review. They put more effort into keeping a 5 star rating, than actually providing 5 star service. This should be brought to Google’s attention, since they’re literally paid reviews.

I’ve usually hate dentists more than anything, but Dr. Khosousi was amazing and so gentle, he always made sure I was comfortable and not feeling pain. The entire staff especially Berenice who helped me sooo much are so friendly and helpful. This is my dental place from now on!!!!!

I came to this dental because my brother would go here and he recommended it, Dr.Mohamed is a very good doctor and makes me feel very comfortable when I arrive & so does the staff they are very kind and the lobby is clean. This place was great! Dr. K was awesome very gentle. I hate the dentist but he makes sure you feel totally comfortable before he starts any work. I had three teeth pulled and he made sure I was in no pain even had to give me another shot in one side. And after I went home I was bleeding an hour later and was very nervous. I called ,it was closing time but he said I could come down so he could make sure everything was ok. Best dentist experience ever!!!

Very nice receptionists, depending on which Dr. you get, they are either very nice or have an attitude. But the waiting time isn't too long, maybe 5 to 10 mins max, 3 mins minimum. Location is close to where I live, right down the street.

Very polite, the lady at the front gave me cold bottled water and the restroom is clean. I went there for a tooth filling, the doctor was professional didn’t hurt my teeth, I waited for a reasonable time at the lobby.

I went to Henderson office for second opinion and cleaning. I just had panoramic xray that I had sent over. I did not want another set of xrays , they insisted I complete full set of individual xray or would not receive cleaning, I reluctantly agreed knowing it was strictly for money 500$ they billed my insurance. They then refused to do a routine cleaning instead insisted on a 800$ out of pocket cleaning. Wasted my time needlessly exposed me to additional xrays and bilked my insurance co.

My experience here varies upon which doctor or nurse I have. Personally, the wait for me has never been very long and the front staff are efficient and polite. They give out water and the office is very clean and sanitary. I've had a few different doctors and nurses depending on which day I go. Some are rude and others are not gentle at all making for a painful experience. However other experiences are very pleasant. My Doctor and nurse were very careful with my teeth and everything they did was efficient and did not hurt more than necessary. They also had the radio on and we talked about tv shows rather than stiff tasteless small talk haha. I genuinely felt cared for and overall the aura was very relaxed yet professional. I knew I was in good hands.

Friendly staff, quick and courteous. My son had a broken tooth and they fixed it during the covid shutdown when no one else was open.

My survey probably won't change their already stellar rating but I thought I'd want to express my admiration for fantastic front office personnel who are kind and considerate and have helped me a great deal but also the doctor who performed the root canal, Mr. M you rock. Well done guys.

Very pleasant dental office. I see. The cook sushi call Sushi and he's very patient and gentle. I've had many services done here including new Dentures. I was very pleased with the dentures in the work that he does on my teeth.

First visit today and I wish to say how friendly helpful and professional all staff are. The front office staff very efficient--patient with helping make appointment obtain previous dental x rays from another provider and helping us fill out new patient forms. William, Angela and Dr. K did a thorough exam and cleaning in a timely fashion while always being concerned for my comfort. No wait time and considerate staff--I highly recommend! Thank you!!

Its clean, the staff is friendly, the paper work was easy to fill out. They take Liberty insurance and when I made the appointment over the phone the young lady had great customer service.
