They are nice receptionist. But honestly they are always lost they never seem to verify anything they kept messing up several l times . I had to cally insurance do all their work to verify and even them

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Khorshid on Dec 21/21 for a consultation about my loose bridge. He told me the front tooth holding the bridge was broken and needed to be removed and a bone graft and implant had to be done before replacing my bridge. I wasn't comfortable with that diagnose so I went elsewhere for a second opinion. Turns out the tooth isn't broken! Dr. Korshid would have removed my perfectly good tooth! So Unethical! Always get a second opinion! Dr. Khorshid and his staff are friendly and nice, but not ethical!

I have been going to ABC Dental Care for 10 years and they do great dental work. The staff is professional, it's clean, newly remodeled, and the best in town. Mia did a good job on cleaning my teeth and I wouldn't recommend any other dental office.

I have been going to ABC dental for 10 or more years and NEVER had any issues, until their new so called “receptionist” Emily started working there. She is so rude, I can’t believe it. I had a cleaning scheduled & the day before I confirmed. The day of I woke up with a pink eye. I called them an hour ahead to let them know. Emily was not understanding at all and just hung up on me. Whoever plans to start going to ABC dental I would not recommend it. Their hygienist are great, but their receptionist Emily is terrible.

This is the worst place to go they said the co pay was 100dollars but when I called the insurance they told me it was 50 dollars I called them back and then they are very rude on the phone and at the office the front desk they are not very nice and they hung up on the phone and I kept calling than they hung up again and again so I recommended no one to go there

There services really really bad . They charged co pay double..when we call them and complain about this She hang up the phone..

All the employees work at this place is such a put togethers tell you one thing in the front and then when it comes to the end they change everything.

I went yesterday for a teeth cleaning, got treated by Julie, I just want to say that I have never got such a great and detailed cleaning in my life! She was so gentle and really took her time to give me the best clean result. Would definitely recommend Julie is you want a great thorough cleaning. Thank you

Dr. kevin is a fantastic dentist. The receptionists and his assistant, Desiree, could not have been any nicer. Truly an amazing staff and great experience. I had a broken front tooth and they created a crown right there. The entire appointment took less than 2 hours, and I am thoroughly pleased with the results. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Every visit I make, I'm treated with loving and kind expertise -- and my friends and family say the same. We trust Dr. K and his staff, and we never dread going to the dentist. We're grateful for the great service and experience - every time.

Learned they are no longer in network for Aetna this year. Very shady about costs, lots of double talk from Evelyn the manager. When I went back this year, was not given any paperwork about the procedures to be done. Since I went there last year, I assumed everything would be ok. I need a ton of work and I am on a lean budget. I learned from Aetna they are no longer in network, they should have given Aetna the procedures to be done, referred me to an oral surgeon first for the teeth removal. They refunded the teeth extraction but not for the denture which will serve me no purpose if I can't get the teeth removed. They did a repair on my existing upper denture, which is now worse and causing great pain, possibly the infection which is above my tooth and I can feel it on my eye and ear, even going around to my lower jaw. There have been delays and was told that the lab guy did not show up, then they had to get a new one. Evelyn still will not give me a bill of the procedures, even though I asked every time. They have gotten hostile and accusing me of being difficult, all the while denying me paperwork, copies of receipts, even had to ask for antibiotics the last time because they said the repaired denture is not the problem, the tooth is. I am still out over $600 on my HSA, which was only 1000 to begin with. Now I have to start over, I am in such pain that I will have to take out high interest short term loans just so I don't get worse. I am afraid this will cause damage to my eye or sinuses, I cannot take off work as I am the only provider and my fiance has cancer, I feel ripped off. Its too bad, I was excited to get the work done.

Very happy with my experience here. The work was very thorough, and during each part of the appointment the staff explained what they were doing and how to help prevent issues moving forward. I also appreciated the before and after photos they took - it really motivated me to maintain my dental hygiene routine moving forward.

I have been coming to ABC Dental for 10 years and it just keeps getting better. They have very convenient office hours- with openings on weekends (even Sunday!) I can always get an appointment that works with my schedule. The people are always friendly and the care is excellent. They present all the information and options without pressure. I drive up from Dallas and continue to refer my friends. Excellent dental experience.

We went to abc dental in early March of 2018, my stepson for his swollen wisdom tooth that needs extraction, wife needs a denture repair. They fixed my wife's denture and checked on stepsons tooth. My wife's denture was fixed on the same day, and we were told that she's elligible for a new denture for only 300 a pair and the 50 cost of repair is free. We agreed and she was fitted with a new denture. Weeks later, we got the abc denture they're nice at first, but after a few days of wearing them, she noticed that her upper lips were folding upwards when she speaks and when she smiled, her upper teeth were showing because of the gums being so thick or something and she had an awful smile that was also obvious enough for her friends to comment on.we went to abc dental after a week of wearing the dentures, they were not happy that their denture is being returned and that they did it the right way and my wife's old denture didn't have the right but. My wife's old denture gives her the right smile, with abc denture she doesn't even want to smile because half of her upper lips folds upwards when she opens her mouth. Anyway she was fitted again and abc will make an identical of my wife's old denture, we then left the abc denture. A July 3 appointment was cancelled, the last minute,re scheduled for July 10 , when my wife's showed up for the appointment, she was told the appointment was cancelled again. It was rescheduled again for July 16, and was told to bring her old denture for the next appointment. Realizing that the manager was referring to the abc dentures as the old denture, she commented that the old abc denture was left behind at the time when we came to back because the denture did not fit well, this is now becoming an argument the manager the assistant and the front desk were adamant that they didn't have the denture, my wife is insisting that we left the dentures because they're defective, she felt being kicked out of the office when the manager said go home and find the dentures. When I called my wife on her way home she was so upset and was crying while driving and telling me about the incident, we still searched for it, not finding it, I called abc denture to tell them that we don't have the dentures, the same argument they dont have it we have to produce it before we get the new one the have, till finally manager said the dentist would ultimately make the decision and I was told that they would call me when the dentist comes back from his emergency, that was a week ago. I have filed a complaint with culinary dental insurance and will file with bbb next. This is stupid if not comical, why would we take home dentures we dont need, we went there to have the denture fixed, why would we go home with it, we dont need it. For the sake of argument, why would we not return it if we have it we can't wear it or sell it. Abc dental misplaced the denture because their denture dont have names like other dental company have. We were never called or text of our upcoming appointments despite having 3 phone numbers from us. I'm not sure if its sop with dental to not remind customers but I would like to have a confirmation reminder on my dentist and doctors appointments which I get anywhere else but not abc dental. My stepson on the other hand did not get his tooth extracted till we went to a different dentist, July 10..2018 ..4 months after we started going to abc, it's just sad that we didn't leave abc 3 months sooner. Abc did all the minor works ignoring the obvious, we were told that they will give us a referral to go to another doctor, referral came in June but not for a root canal not for teeth extraction, this made me look for another dentist. Dr Ann rowe , she extracted the tooth in less than 30 minutes. After 4 months my wife's dentures Is still in limbo and it seems like we're being ignored by abc dental. They just dont care... I'll keep you posted

I did a consultation with xray for multiple teeth implants that were quoted for 20k. I paid $150 for the xray and wanted to have the result be given to me. The manager told me I cannot have them as these xrays are ABC dental's property. She even told me that I need to pay an extra $300 if I want the copies of my own xray. NEEDLESS TO SAY, THIS DENTAL OFFICE IS OBVIOUSLY VIOLATING HIPPAA AND WILL NEVER EVER MAKE BUSINESS WITH THIS OFFICE! BEWARE! Im going to be back to get my xray. If they refuse to give it to me and/charge me unreasonably, I will contact the State Board!

Dr. K is a very good dentist who takes care of his patients. His attention to detail is impeccable. From the time you walk through the door the staff greet and interact with you. Try Dr. K and you will be happy you did.

While on vacation I had severe tooth ache and they were able to take me in not only the same day but earlier than the original appointment they set up. Very professional and compassionate. Helped alleviate the pain and address the underlying issue. Only wish they were closer so I could use them all the time.

2 years ago-I lost one tooth a long while ago. Recently tooth next to the missing one cracked and became unrepairable. Before he started the procedure, Dr K clearly explained how it would be done. In one visit Dr. K extracted damaged tooth, inserted two implants, and performed a procedure to increase thickness of the my jaw bone. No pain during the procedure, virtually no pain afterward. The entire process was completed in six months.

I was fortunate enough to secure a same day appointment, walked in with a gap in my front teeth and a crown in my pocket. An hour I walked out with no gap and an empty pocket. Painless dentistry at moderate cost. While there are other places I'd rather be, at least it was a worthwhile experience in a positive atmosphere.

The receptionist are so rude and unprofessional. Since the first day an insurance representative explained them about my benefits, today they Did charge money for my cleaning, I asked them to check with the insurance and they refused to do it, I requested for a refund until Confirm with my insurance, the receptionist yelled and laughed at me treating me to make more charges to my credit card, and instead giving me a refund She double charge it. I requested to talk to the Dr. Kevin khorshid and he refused to talk to me. Receptionist and the Dr. Kevin as Well, don't understand my insurance plan and even tho a insurance representative already talk to them and explained my benefits they still want to charge me money. The way I was treated was totally wrong, make sure you know your insurance benefits plan if you don't want to get robbed.

I haven't gone to the dentist in years and when I finally had an emergency I booked an appointment and found myself in an extremely nice dental office with lots of nice ladies and a close knit team. When I met the dentist she was very nice and took her time explaining what needed to be done. I plan to use this dentist for all my needs!

I was having a tooth problem since months but I didn't get time to check it by a Doctor.. Recently when I visited Las Vegas, my friend referred me to ABC Dental Care..
