Dr Luong did a fantastic job with my new teeth. I did my research online seen abbey dental for years. The entire staff is wonderful.

We went online to look to have crowns done for my husband. My husband had 2 crowns and everything went well great price and amazing staff. We traveled from Laughlin. Now I have a snap in upper and all 4. Bone graph and some crowns in the lower. Everything is so good. I highly recommend this place

Really good service at a reasonable price. My wife had a crown done there in cooperation with Matthew Cox DDS Endodontist, and both places were excellent. I would go back if I had dental work to be done.

Got a next day free consultation appointment over the phone. I come in, lady takes me into a room and says the doctor will be in shortly. He comes in asks me to sit on thr chair then proceeds to ask me what I needed. After I tell him, he simply leaves and does not even look at my teeth. Another gentlemen comes in and adds up the total costs of each procedure then says are we paying cash, card or financing. I told him I just came in for a consultation so he says okay well let us know if you would like another appointment and just left. 2 stars because it was free but doc didn't even have one look and didn't recommend anything. Best of luck.

Lengthy process but so worth it

Anthony, my treatment planner was amazing. The facility is very nice and modern. The entire staff was quick, professional and friendly. Anthony was extremely attentive and polite.

Where to start. Began with tooth pain on tooth number 19 (molar) around March 2021. Went in to have x-rays done, free consultation great. Turns out I needed a root canal, was expecting that, and I know dental work is not cheap that's fine. Agreed to the procedure and it took almost 6 months to complete the root canal on tooth number 19. Go on vacation in October for 10 days, the completed tooth with the root canal developed an infection/abscess and there was pus, pain, and terrible taste/odor in my mouth. Come back from vacation and my first stop is Abbey Dental. The root canal failed, okay fair sometimes these procedures fail, there are always x-factors when performing work with tools. The big problem is now I'm being recommended to a specialist because they are unsure how to proceed. A little bit scary if you ask me. Take what I say as you will, but I would not use Abbey Dental in the future. There are better more honest dentist establishments in Las Vegas, I used Abbey Dental because they were somewhat cheaper than others, I learned my lesson.

When I called to inquire about having a new crown installed, I got a very professional person to answer my questions. He explained to me that along with the $395.00 crown there would a temporary crown charge of $95.00 and a $63.00 debris removal charge. I was also told that the procedure normally takes two visits, but it could possibly be done in one visit. He had an afternoon opening that day, so I took it. The ladies at the office were very efficient and I was escorted to an exam room in minutes. A doctor arrived soon after for a quick examination. As he left, he said a consultation manager would be in to see me. During the explanation of the charges, a $295.00 tooth buildup charge popped up. The $395.00 crown was now going to be $848.00 and they couldn't do the procedure until almost two weeks later. When I decided not to proceed, he upsettingly said, "Fine", and walked out the door. After sitting in the chair for a few minutes, I assumed I was was supposed to leave, so I did. I know I wasted about fifteen minutes of their day, but I wasted about ninety minutes of mine.

I have spent years struggling with dental/gum issues and knew I needed full mouth extractions. I did some research and decided to schedule an evaluation with Abbey Dental. This whole process was overwhelming but felt really good about the available options. My initial point of contact was with Jamee who I worked with to start the process. She is always helpful and has been my go to person for questions in the financial/insurance process. Always quick to respond and gets issues resolved. My final decision was the bionic smile and June 10, 2021 was the big day. I was extremely nervous and scared. Phase 1 was removal of teeth and temporary denture. Four months later Phase 2 was placement of posts. Dr. Ostler and Jennifer Castillo (Oral surgery team), are wonderful. Dr. Ostler was very informative about the process and helped relieve most of the anxiety I was feeling. Every visit with Dr. Ostler is pleasant and he always appears happy which is very calming. Jennifer Castillo, the soul of an angle, was always there for me. No matter the time of day or night even the weekend she was there for me and all my questions and concerns. Even at one point when I was experiencing some issues, she had to contact Dr. Ostler, who was on vacation to resolve an issue. That was impressive! Feeling very grateful for the care and concern they both provide. I also have monthly visits with Dr. Crow for denture fit until I get my final end product, Bionic Smile. He is always cheerful and funny. He puts a smile on my face every visit. March of 2022 will be the big day. I’m sure the end result will be just as positive as the rest. Overall Abbey Dental has been very good to me. Their whole staff has been wonderful. A very professional, organized and happy environment.

They do no return any phone calls or give any information in a timely manner. I had a partial denture break a week ago. Iv called 10 times left multiple messages and heard nothing. I have a wedding to attend tomorrow. When I went in for an appointment today they could not get it back to me on time for the wedding. The entire appointment was handing over the broken denture, nothing else. But that took a week to happen since no one would pick up a phone. The person scheduling is very nice and helpful, no one else has been.

Lot's of ads promoting $98 extraction. These are not accurate. They only extract teeth if your getting an implant. Misleading ads equal shady practices in my eyes.

I had to get some awful veneers replaced and decided for the whole smile. Just got my permanent crowns on my front teeth. They are beautiful, smooth, and brought tears to my eyes to have good teeth for the first time in my life! I actually came to Abbey Dental for a second opinion and they were cheaper than my dentist with insurance. Still numb and sore in the picture but believe they will be great! Plan on getting more work done so I’ll update then.

I have been coming to this place over 5 years because it’s the best . The best prices the best staff. I won’t go anywhere else.

Dr. Mohlman is the best, he was very gentle with my tooth extraction and took his time explaining just what was being done as he worked, which I really appreciated

We google best dentists is vegas got the number to Abbey . We had went to a den8on rainbow and i freaked out they did not make me feel comfortable. So we came into Abbey for a second opinion which was free. I spoke with Jamie ahe went over all the prices i paid cash. Had my teeth removed under sedation that was amazing very relaxing. Im very happy with my new teeth Dr Crow is one of kind old school dentists my kind of guy. Highly recommended Abbey Jamie and Dr Crow ? ?

Dr. Luong is an incredibly talented dentist with an outstanding commitment to patient satisfaction. Having had numerous crowns from other dental providers over the years, none of them have ever had as much attention to detail as Dr. Luong. I honestly couldn't be happier with my procedure and the final product of my new crowns. I can't speak for other dentists in the Abbey Dental practice, but I highly recommend Dr. Luong. I'm very happy to be his patient and will be using him for all my future dental needs.

This is the most friendliest and courteous professional place I have ever been in. I appreciate everyone in there. I have had surgery and I have had no problems with it I am in the middle of a healing process and they are taking care of everything needed to be taken care of I give them five stars 100%

WARNING ⛔️ Stay clear from this place read all the negative reviews all the way back they all have the same complaints because they are all true hard sell at the beginning no quote print out that’s so you can’t get a proper second opinion. Please don’t fall for all the positive fake reviews Front staff are clueless always polite but clueless appointments are always an issue the work quoted was 12k for 4 lower implants and full dentures well she has had to return 4 times to get the dentures correct first way to small then to big them the top needs to be redone. Dr Crow is a real nice doctor but God knows We need a nice dentist who knows what the hell they are doing. It’s been 7 months and we are still waiting on her dentures to be done. Hard sales with extremely poor follow though. Additionally my wife’s left lower lip has not had any feeling since the implant humm. Stay clear

Careless staff. On my screening visit they cared nothing but about my cash or credit. My “screening” took about 15 seconds (look inside my mouth; no X-ray, nothing) and then came a (sales) man into the room who wanted me to spend $4K at the spot without much of explanation. Just wanted to point out that nobody really even checked my dental condition or asked how I’m feeling, and I came in with pain and infection in my teeth and I had to leave as I was disgusted by the approach of the employees.

I called first and spoke to a gentleman on the phone just to get info about implants and procedures, he said to schedule a appointment to come in and they would go over everything once I was there. “Ok”. He also asked about how I was going to pay and if I need financing, that they have financing available. I wanted to pay cash. Went to my appointment today, the front office ladies were spectacular! Filled out my forms and they took me back to see the doctor. He came in, not a long wait. He looked at my teeth and came up with a plan and told me what he suggests. “Ok”. He leaves and the lady that talks about the money came in. The price of everything is on a board in your face so it was pretty self explanatory. This is the first time I have ever been in a office to discuss implants anywhere. She asked me how much I’m going to put down today…..I said nothing this is the first time I’ve ever been in a office to discuss implants and I needed to know how much this would cost me. She then stopped talking and said I will be right back….10 minutes went by and she never came back. I got up and left. On my way out I told the lady at the front desk that the finance lady was very rude. I did bring $1500 with me just in case but the way she treated me was awful. I then went to the better business bureau and looked up possible complaints just to be sure….before I give anyone cash….I suggest everyone look at the listings it the BBB before continuing. How disappointing.

Absolute worst dental office ever. Recommended to my dad he went for a free consultation and they treated him awful like he was at a car dealership trying to close same day sale. He wanted to compare prices and see what was best for him and when they realized they weren’t gonna close him same day the manager and assistant manger just left him standing in the room with no direction if they were even through or not just left him standing there. Very unprofessional would NEVER recommend to anyone.

I called around to different dental offices and I also had a few friends that had dental work at abbey dental. This place was much cheaper than made regular dental office. Got an appointment right away. Karen greeted me with warm smiles. Mathew took care of the prices . Dr Mohlman did my new front crowns today Maria helped deliver my beautiful smile she is wonderful. She made sure I very comfortable she explained everything. I very happy with Abbey Dental this place really know how to take care of people they real care about me. ????

These people pulled my mother's teeth out and made dentures that didn't fit. Now she's lost so much weight and can't eat. Doctors have aged out and don't know what they're doing. They have the nerve to ask for a good review before finishing the treatment after the first visit. Don't waste your time or money.

I have a worst experience at Abbey Dental. I came from Washington to Vegas for the root canal treatment and fix crowns. Doctor started the treatment, took 3 hours and couldn't able to complete the root canal. At last, He told me that he can't treat further so he referred me to another specialized doctor. Now, there is no immediate doctor available nearby for the treatment. My canals are completely open and close with temporary filing. It's like ticking bomb. I need to take painkiller till I get an another appointment. Don't fall for cheap or less price. I had my previous RCT at Dallas so I can firmly say that they are unprofessional and lacking specialize knowledge.

Says they offer emergency services have a loose tooth that I got when I slipped and wacked my mouth wanted it pulled out until I could get back home to get the implant I will need from my regular dent. They said they They said they won’t pull the tooth without replacing it with an implant. Should say that on the website

Came to abbey for my third opinion. Did some research. Made appointment got set up for crowns. Dr mohlman is good dentist. Wonderful staff.

I googled the best dentist with best price. I called made my appointment glen got me in right away everything went smooth. I needed second opinion I got the same treatment for half the price. They helped me with financing for me a payment of 83 dollars month. Natalie was great. Dr mohlman was awesome. No pain with the shots And my temporary looks like the permanent. Definitely recommend Abbey Dental . ?❤️

My wife made my appointment with Abbey Dental. I have soft teeth had all.my teeth removed 10 years ago . I had regular dentures. I was never happy with my dentures. I decided to get implants. I had my surgery here at Abbey. No complaints. Dr. Osteler did a wonderful job. Excellent surgeons. His assistant jen was awesome.

Just contacted Abbey Dental to get an extraction done & when I said that i did not have insurance they said we don't have a doctor that does wisdom teeth. Don't be fooled by the Google advertising. They say that they have 11 dentist but not one of them can extract a wisdom tooth. That tells me everything i need to know about how Abbey Dental truly Operates. Read the fine print & don't be fooled by the ads.

Dr. Mendola is excellent. He cares about his work, and he went above and beyond to make sure things were just right. Abbey Dental and I started out a bit rocky, and I was nervous going in for my last appointment. Christina seems a bit pushy but she does her job very well. They made a great team in the end, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Dr Mohlman is a good dentist. I would highly recommend him.

Terrible experience

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I had oral surgery for the snap in dentures. From the very first visit the staff and doctor were very caring and compassionate. The oral surgeon and his assistant Amber are AMAZING! The level of care is above and beyond normal. They explained everything in detail and Amber kept in touch almost everyday after the surgery answering any questions and never missed a call. Amber was even available to answer questions on the weekend. I have never had such amazing care from any medical facility. The price was very reasonable and affordable, other dentist offices quoted me 2 to 3 times as much for the same procedure. I am so happy I found Abbey Dental. They really are the best.

Im a fixed income im 79 years and i need to watch my spending. Mike was extremely helpful he explained my options. I felt confident in my decision. Dr Mendola and Cesi took good care of me. I have been very happy with my work.

I was going to another office and was getting the run around. So my daughter suggested getting a second opinion. So I typed in my search engine dentist who do crowns and dentures . So bionic smile came up I filled out the questions got a call back right away . We went over my needs I got and appointment for second opinion. Jamee was amazing so knowledgeable. She explained all my options. I felt very comfortable. She made sure that it fit my budget. Everyone are friendly. Dr Crow enjoys his job and made comfortable. Great bed side manners.
