Dr. Thomas reshaped my veneers that I had originally gotten done from a different dentist that I didn’t love. What I really liked about Dr. Thomas is he really listened to what I didn’t like about my veneers and knew how to correct them. He understood that people have their own individual taste and style and is willing to cater to peoples personal likes and dislikes rather than just doing what he thinks makes a smile “perfect.” I didn’t want perfect teeth, I wanted my teeth with a color correction and my last dentist didn’t quite understand that. Dr. Thomas shaped my veneers exactly how I told him I wanted them and I now LOVE them. They felt way too bulky before and now they fit my mouth and smile so much better and it feels like me. I had regretted the decision to get veneers at first but now am so happy I got them done and eventually found Dr. Thomas. I would have gone to him from the very beginning if I had known about him. He’s very talented and genuinely cares about what his clients want.

Thank you for my new smile! When I was younger, my orthodontist had recommended having my lateral teeth bonded as they were a bit too short and small. I had thought about doing this for some time though finally decided I was at a point in life where I could get things taken care of. Dr. Thomas was very patient and took time to listen to my concerns. He offered various options to address things that bothered me about my smile. At one point, I had asked a follow up question after completing the SmileVirtual Consult (so convenient!) - Dr. Thomas personally emailed me back the next morning. He made it clear that he was flexible regarding the different avenues we could take and invited me into the office so we could explore our options. I was blown away at how such a small, subtle change could make a big difference. I ended up choosing to have two, Durathin veneers placed (which allowed me to preserve as much of my natural teeth as possible - no tooth structure was removed, only minimal prepping of the surface). The process was smooth, from start to finish, and his staff are so friendly, responsive, and kind! I'm so glad I chose Dr. Thomas for my cosmetic dental work - the results are very natural. I love that things still look my smile, just a bit fuller and more balanced. You're in good hands with Dr. Thomas and his staff!

I can’t even begin to tell you how much I love Dr. Thomas and his staff. This place is a godsend. I did a virtual consult just because I wanted an idea of what he could do and he honestly hit on every single thing I wanted to change about my smile without me even telling him. After my second appt when he did my prep and put on my temporaries I got in my car and just cried. You can’t put a price tag on that feeling. I haven’t stopped smiling since, I probably look a little insane at this point but I don’t even care. Also Christina (prlegitimately had me cry laughing during my appointments, she is absolutely amazing at what she does and making you feel soo comfortable.

This is the best dentist in Utah. Every one is respectful, friendly and helpful - they go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and that the work that is done is thoroughly. They have a beautiful office in a great location. They are also extremely affordable!! They will work with you on payment plans or in-house plans if you don’t have insurance. I went in for my cleaning and discovered I had three shallow cavities - Dr Thomas and his amazing staff got me in the next morning and had them handled in less than 20 minutes with no pain (no numbing needed). Very affordable (it cost a family member $410 for one filling at another dentist WITH insurance - it was less than $400 for a cleaning and three fillings at Dr Thomas with the same insurance). Highly recommend! I have also had Invisalign done with them and couldn’t be happier. Dr Thomas will take the time to make sure you are happy.

I was a brand new patient and they took me in at the very end of the day to fix my chipped tooth for the weekend! ❤️❤️ My new tooth looks really good. Can't even tell I smashed my face.

Dr. Thomas and all of the staff are amazing!! I started off as a new patient last spring for regular cleanings and then did Invisalign. I had an 18 yr old crown that I've never liked how it looked and I get extra anxious about procedures. The staff listened to me and understood how to make me comfortable. Dr. Thomas replaced my crown and now I like both sides of my smile. Doing Invisalign with his team was very easy and I love my smile even more! Dr. Thomas and his team are so friendly and really want you to be happy with your teeth health and smile.

I had an injury to my front tooth when I was 10. To make a long story short I had crowns on my front teeth replaced twice in 30 years. The last time I had them done, the crowns had white streaks showing through them, because the dentist I went to was trying to cover up the dark post of my implant. I was devastated, and lost hope that anything better could be done. When I came to Dr. Thomas’s office, I knew I was in good hands. His staff was friendly and very organized. Dr. Thomas himself is extremely kind, attentive and knowledgeable. He replaced the crowns, and the results are bright, streak free crowns :) I am very happy with the results, and recommend Dr. Thomas to anyone who ever considered cosmetic dentistry.

I've been coming to this dental office for years and all the positive reviews are correct and accurate. Dr. Thomas is personable, approachable and professional as are his staff. He keeps his office clean and well maintained. The photos of the office personnel are current, minus Shayla who left only recently. The windows face a parking lot that is lined with trees and there's almost a zen feeling to the level of restfulness that the view brings into the room. The atmosphere is relaxed and the manner of care is like that of a peaceful family setting. I can only imagine the good doctor takes care of all his patients as if they were family. You can really feel comfortable here knowing you're going to get the best care available. I've been to several different dental offices in this valley and there is no comparison. Dr. Thomas is the best around!

Dr. Thomas is a gem. I have been wanting to have my teeth fixed for years. My front tooth was dead and brown. I heard about Dr. Thomas and looked into him. After a consultation I knew immediately that I could trust my two teeth to him. I now have my new teeth and I am in love! They look so natural. Dr. Allan paid attention to every detail and made sure the teeth were going to be perfect. Before I got the perminate ones I was stressed (hello my two front teeth)! However, as soon as I saw the new ones I was extremely giddy. Perfection!

As many others have said, the staff is a mess! Everything from terrible communication to inaccurate billing. Among a list of several other annoying issues, my insurance was billed for a procedure that was NOT performed. When I called and confronted them about it their response was, "Your insurance didn't pay it anyway, so it doesn't matter." I'm sorry, WHAT!?!? In addition to being completely unethical, isn't that also fraud? Anytime I've needed to contact them to ask about billing issues or find out about something prior to an appt they are impossible to get ahold of. Do yourself a favor and keep looking - this office will royally waste your time!

Dr. Thomas and his team were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all options. I appreciated the fact that they were transparent with their pricing which seemed very reasonable as well.

The best dental care I think anyone could ever receive. I have been a patient of Dr. Thomas' for almost a decade now, and every single experience I've had with him has been amazing. The staff members are so sweet, engaging, and fantastic at their jobs. Teeth cleaning- easy and enjoyable! Invisalign- made my teeth perfect! Wisdom teeth consultation- friendly and instructive! This weekend I chipped one of my front teeth pretty badly and Dr. Thomas booked me the moment their offices opened on Monday morning. Even though they had no availability, Dr. Thomas stayed late to repair my tooth so I wouldn't have to suffer the whole week. He honestly loves the work he does and it shows! They're the best. So happy I'm a patient of Dr. Thomas! Cannot recommend highly enough.

Dr Thomas and his staff are very great at what they do. I had some serious and long running gum problems which they solved easily where other lesser dentists had failed. I can't say enough about the general atmosphere of friendly competence their whole team creates from the moment you are greeted when you walk in the door, to the cookie and convo you have as you pay your bill and walk out the door.

Through childhood and the majority of my adult life I have had everything from bad to down right horrible experiences at various DDS practices and because of that history my teeth were in rough shape and I had pain all the time. That is until now; A friend referred me to to Dr Thomas early this year (2017) and between he and his wonderful staff we worked out a treatment plan to address the many problems I’d been dealing with. I can’t believe that I actually look forward to my visits now instead of having panic attacks over it.

UPDATE I had previously given a 5 star rating for Dr. Thomas office. However, after today's encounter I have rescinded it. I am not happy with the accounting personnel, Briana Our billing is more than $195.00 off from what our EOBs from dental insurer state. I'm not the only person to mention inaccuracies with billing, see other reviews. We are about a month off since my husbands visit and we have yet to receive his bite guard. Dr. Thomas's accountant, Briana, refused to send the bite guard on account of non-payment. Stating insurance did not cover the bite guard, when in fact the bite guard was processed and paid on the dental claim that was sent to our dental insurer. Very very dissatisfied with the services at this office. My husband is in need of his bite guard, which seems like it will never come.

Great experience! Im in the area temporarily and when I chipped my tooth I was in a hurry to find a dentist. Happy I came across this one! He’s specialized in cosmetic dentistry and did a great job, can’t even tell when you look at my teeth! The girls scheduling were also great with responding to emails quickly and scheduled everything quickly and easily. Everyone in the office was super nice and procedure was done quickly. Deff recommend!

I began to see Dr Thomas in 1993 when I was in my twenties and admittedly he and his staff served me well. Late Summer 2016 I paid Dr Thomas $3495 to utilize Invisalign trays to rotate 1 tooth in my 16 year olds mouth. Shame on me for signing up with someone who did not have orthodontia training; however in my defense our long history led me to believe he would "do right" by me. I thought Dr Thomas would serve two purposes; move the teeth such that cosmetic work could be done to optimize the "smile" in the end. When the tooth failed to rotate he actually said to me, " I don't have to move that tooth because I am going to fill in the gap with compound." That very same day he had removed the anchor bracket to do his cosmetic "mock-up" and never put the bracket back so he terminated our program prematurely eliminating any probability that the tooth would rotate. So there you have it; as long as ZERO conflict, Dr Thomas and his staff are great. The office did write-off the last $300 of the orthodontia bill but apparently that was such a hardship for the practice and the strip mall he owns they sent my records and fired me from the practice. So; yes all can be well with them as long as you are quiet and keep paying to fund humanitarian missions.

Dr. Thomas is a great dentist! He is always up to date with the very best equipment and latest dental technology. He and his staff go out of their way to be friendly and to make sure I'm comfortable from start to finish. Finally, Dr. Thomas has proven to be capable of dealing with extremely difficult dental issues. I whole-heartedly give my endorsement to his practice.
