Another dentist in town recommended expensive procedures for my children that were not necessary and could have been harmful. I am so pleased to have received a second opinion from Dr Bourassa. We found him to be very knowledgeable and practical in his approach to dentistry, as well as very thorough and great with my kids. I could not tecommend him and his kind staff more!

After searching for a new Dentist, my first call was Artisan dental with Dr. Nate as they call him. They had a cancelation and within an hour and a half i was talkin with Dr.Nate. he gave me options but said he had time right then with no pressure to do the root canal. Super down to earth guy most meticulous professional and focused pain free root canal.The staff girls were super professional and very nice and knew what they were doin as well. They said they loved their boss. That's a plus for me when the staff praises their employer . First time in months after another dentist left me in a bad way with a bad crown, that i am eating like a honey badger again. Best experience yet .

Just found out my daughter has seriouse dental problems that where never mentioned at any of her exams in the 3 to 4 years I took her to this dentist including a baby tooth holding down 2 adult teeth. All of this and more could have been found with a simple exray I know my insureance was paying for.

My mom was a hygienist so when I moved to town I was nervous about having someone else clean my teeth. Tonya did an amazing job and the office has a great relaxed feel to it.

I needed tooth removal, bone graft and implant for a crown. Dr. Bourassa was excellent. The care and technology he uses allowed him to do an implant that was difficult based on the width of the bone. The office staff is equally as friendly and adept at answering questions . This is a highly qualified, professional office. Thank you for the great care!

Dr. Nate's office is not only newer and clean but most importantly the people are friendly, willing to listen, and are willing to take the time to explain and answer all of your questions to make you feel at ease with your treatment plan. This was my first visit to Artisand Dental and I was impressed how well they treated my son. He unfortunately had not seen a dentist for years and is in much need of some care, however, despite all of that they were very nonjudgmental and willing to take the time to set up a plan to get him taken care of without making him feel uncomfortable. As for me his mother, that made me very very happy. Not only do a lot of health professionals these days not take the appropriate time with patients but it also seems a lot of them can be very judgmental. I felt very at ease with Dr. Nate's approach and They have certainly retained us for dental needs from here on out. I would and will be recommending them to all of my friends and family.

Artisan Dental provided me with new faith in dentistry. The staff was great from the waiting room to the dentists chair. They were able to get me in quickly, accommodating my schedule for both a check up and follow up. They were attentive while I was there and helpful with any questions I had. I recently moved to the area and was referred to this practice by a friend. It was a way better experience then the dental office I had been going to since i was a kid. The office was new and clean and seemed very modern. They were organized and got me in quick. I was happy to find a place that made me feel very comfortable.

Nate was funny and professional, and he has all the hi-tech stuff. The 3-D X-ray machine is so cool! He explained everything in laymen's terms and showed me exactly what was going with my chompers. It definitely makes a trip to the dentist a much better experience. Highly recommended!

I've been going to Artisan Dental since they opened, and I've always had great experiences. The front office lady is very welcoming and knowledgeable, and Dr.Nate and the hygienists always get their work done in a timely and professional manner. Would absolutely recommend this office to everyone I know!

I was very happy with the Dr. But I will say the receptionist was extremely rude with her comment about my 3 younger children and how after I suggested I was going to take them outside while the Dr worked on my daughter. She made the statement about how they could not have them in the o ffice. I was offended. My kids are good kids, but they are 2, 3, and 5 so we're playing with the 1 toy the office had for children. I will be back but I feel this was completely unacceptable. I work with the public and if I was to treat a family like that I would be fired.

Today I was complimented on my smile. Dr. Nate is the reason why. November 15, 2012 I went to see Dr. Nate for a filling. This was before he was on his own. It was late and as he was finishing up he leaned over and asked me if I needed to be anywhere? I shook my head no and he said he was gonna "fix me up a bit". If I recall correctly he was testing out a potential new hygienist so I didn't think much of it figuring he was going let her do some cleaning or something. The gift he gave me I am forever thankful for. I had since my adult teeth came in a condition known as tetracycline staining. "Tetracycline is an antibiotic that kills many types of bacteria in the body. Tetracycline is most commonly used to treat urinary tract infections, genital infections, acne, skin infections, and infections that cause stomach ulcers. This drug can cause many side affects including gray colored or gray-striped teeth. The gray stains caused by Tetracycline penetrate deep into the tooth enamel and into the dentine below the enamel. These deep stains need an experienced cosmetic dentist to reduce their appearance and restore the natural color of the teeth." I had always been ashamed to smile, especially as a child and throughout school. No one understood the way my teeth looked was not from lack of care. So that night I spent a few hours in the chair while Dr. Nate worked on me. I remember him saying to the hygienist and me "this is why I am a dentist... when we have a chance to do things like this" He looked at me directly and said "I think you are gonna like this". They removed the glasses and let me sit up and he handed me a mirror. I saw for the first time in my life the smile from within me reflecting back. It was for me a life impacting change. He changed my life for the better and did so at no charge. If you need dental work - clearly I support him and you should too. He is more than a Dentist. He is an Artist. See for yourself. Dr Nate is professional and a joy to be around. The facility is clean and modern. I read a few of the 1star ratings and am baffled, seems hard to believe those people are talking about the same place?!

I haven't been to the dentist in years but remember it being very uncomfortable and stressful. I switched dentists and decided to give Dr. Nate a try. I felt immediately comfortable in the beautiful, clean office. It didn't give me the creeps in the way sterile hospital environments normally do! It was pleasant. The receptionist and hygienist were very friendly and professional and I relaxed in the chair over the hygienist's confidence. Doubt or worry never crossed my mind. Dr. Nate himself was highly professional and light hearted and I'm so glad that I made the switch ☺️.

WOW! I just called to make an appointment for my daughter. I expressed concern over her current (new) dentist not letting me observe her cleanings. They make me stay out in the lobby. I like to quietly monitor the dental visit from the corner to make sure no shortcuts are being taken. I don't get in the way and my child is never distracted by my doing this. Also, as a parent, I don't want my young daughter alone with an adult, especially a man, that I am unfamiliar with. Better safe than sorry when it comes to kids right?! WELL, the woman on the phone shamed me for being uncomfortable with this and said they do the same thing. I politely expressed concern about my child being left alone with a stranger. She rudely insulted me and my choices, quickly gave me the name of another dentist, went on babbling about how I need to find someone else, and then HUNG UP ON ME! SO RUDE, so condescending, what a disgrace! I have never been to any other dentist that won't let a parent watch. It's never been a problem. It's super creepy and unprofessional to not let a parent oversee their child's dental care when they want to! You should be ashamed to insult a parent's concern Artisan Dental! I don't think Dr. Bourassa would approve of your treatment!

You have professionals that are great in their profession and you have those who aren't. He should be cleaning toilets for a living. His bedside manners and professionalism doesn't exist. Working with the general public is not this guys forte. If you enjoy your kids coming out extremely upset on numerous occasions, then this guy is for you.
