I was a patient for 2 years and when I really needed Gitas help she didn’t help at all.. Horrible service and rude staff…

I've been a patient with adult care clinic for almost 7 years. The staff and doctor are very nice and always very thorough and understanding, without question has saved my health in my later years and I would recommend to anyone with pain or chronic health issues ? to come here for a variety of reasons, that have met my needs and careful, personal attention. Gita truly knows her profession well and has all the experience. I live a better and safer life, that is the result!

I LOVE Gita and her entire staff. They are so welcoming and compassionate. You can tell Gita loves her job and cares deeply about her patients and their well being. I have never had such an incredible experience with a doctor. ♥️

I have been a patient with Dr Sharma since she opened the clinic. She has been so companionate and so helpful when I had hardships with the ups and downs of life. She’s a likable person and a great physician.

I absolutely love this place. I have been helped so much that my life became manageable. Gita is so caring and always finds the best way to help. Raj has been a huge part of this process and is always happy to help. If you are feeling pain and feel hopeless this is the place to go.

Gita is an amazing doctor who cares about her patients completely. There is a long wait to see her but it's because she is always willing to assure that she is thorough with each patient she see's. I would recommend this clinic to everyone who truly wants help. She is exceptionally wise and very caring to her patients. She is worth the wait every time.

I found adult care clinic on the google. I called many clinics for my Suboxone treatment. Most places do not take Medicaid. I found some clinics but long wait to get the appointment. Adult care clinic was able to get me scheduled with two days. I was informed about the wait time because they were trying to work me in. I was treated very well by their staff. Gita took the time to explain everything. She is very straight forward about her expectations from her patients. She went over the addiction contract with me, urine drug screen rules and office policies. In the past I have never had any doctor explaining any of this to me. Usually my visit with the other addition doctors were very short and I was never allowed to ask any questions. Gita asked me many times during the visit if I had any questions. I am very thankful that I found this clinic. They have helped me more than I was expecting it. I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you.

I recently had to make the frustrating charge of finding a new Dr to prescribe subutex and after multiple inquiries I was lucky enough to find Dr Gita at Adult Care Clinic. Not only do they accept my medicaid but she's freakin awesome! She actually cares and is straight forward and no non sense. The staff there are incredible as well

It’s been great going here. It’s been over 2 years and I love it. Gita is the best. It’s scary getting ready to change your life. And in the beginning the smallest things make a difference. They were all very helpful in giving me the attention and help that I needed. Absolutely recommend going here

What a great place to go when your ready to change your LIFE, The minute I called I had a sweet lady Answer and she was amazing at making me feel comfortable, she talked to me like i mattered because I called previously and had a guy answer and was very rude but Nicki made me feel great she helped look up my insurance and scheduled me the very next day Call and ask to talk to her also Dr gitta and her nurse was so kind I highly recommend going here.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR PRIMARY PRACTICE. Staff is incompetent, only good worker there is Mason. He was very patient, helpful, and followed up with me. While they say they take your insurance, BEWARE, as some of their services can get sent places out of your network. I didn't get my results until over a month after my appointment and NEVER received any billing updates until I had to call and verify with my insurance company. The doctor there was not at all personable and I mentioned some concerns I had and was shut down. If you're a doctor, your responsibility is to care and address your patients concerns. I waited around for almost 30 minutes AFTER seeing the doctor to have my blood drawn and the nurse was very unprofessional. The only reason I am giving two stars is because Mason was great to work with.

These guys saved my life. A year ago I went there right out of jail for Suboxone treatment and they saw me the same day. Through MAT treatment and the proper medications I’m a completely new person. I owe these guys my life

I would not recommend this place to any one.My daughter went there and she was treated very unfair. She questioned the owner who supposedly is a doctor and she couldn't even answer her question. They didn't follow HIPAA regulations speaking loudly with doors open and when asked for a copy of her medical records they refused to give them to her which again is against HIPAA ACT of 1996.These people are very difficult to work with.

All staff showed sincere dedication in helping me with my pain. I felt very welcome. Thanks

Great clinic but closed on fridays so if you have to move an appointment that’s scheduled on Monday or Tuesday don’t try to call Friday cause you won’t get through and they have a 48 hour appt change policy so you apparently have to call Thursday or you’ll be charged a cancellation fee. I tried calling today to change my appt and got a message with no voicemail. Other than that, they do a good job.

I was addicted to pain killers and meth amphetamine when I heard about Adult Care Clinic at first I went there to get things to help with my addiction to aid my addiction but the drug test I was submitted to uncovered my behavior and wen I i talked to Gita in our byweekly meetings I seen that she actually really cared about what was going on in my life I didn't think anybody cared about what I was going through but she proved otherwise and expressed how important it was for my health to stop my addiction speaking with her made me realize I was tearing my life apart and the happening in my life was also proof they showed me they actually cared about my well being and to this day continue to do so today I am over two months clean and I owe a big part of that to the treatment and care provided to me from there services so thank you Adult Care Clinic I wish I could go on about how much they helped me but I will express my experience in future post thank you Robert John Mestas

Kind and compassionate people. This is one of the hardest things to deal with and the good folks here have the knowledge and skill to help along the road to recovery.

Geda has helped my family for years. I feel I have beat my addiction thanks to the clinic. I have 18 months sober and have created the life I deserve. I don't believe I could have done it with out their help. Thank you immensely!

I absolutely love this Clinic. Such phenomenal people they made me feel so welcome. I will never forget my first day Coming to the clinic. I was so vulnerable & so scared to start my journey in recovery. They reassured me that they would be with me every step of the way and they have done a phenomenal job in helping me stay on the right path. (Almost 2yrs) I have finally got my life back with being on Suboxone now and not chasing a high. I can now be the wife and mother I couldn’t be while using. I owe my life to Gita she is such a good Doctor I never once have felt judged or looked down on by her or anyone at the clinic which is a big deal when trying to recover from addiction! Thank you all at Adult care Clinic for helping me on this Journey I could not ask for a better team to have my back.

This is a great place to go the staff are very caring and friendly. The doctor is very understanding and doesn’t judge you or look down on you. She specializes in addiction treatment and meets your needs. The clinic offers substance abuse treatment and I have never been treated as well as I was treated there. The wonderful staff at Adult Care Clinic helps me get through my chronic pain I unfortunately suffer from severe spine,Head,neck,arms shoulders hands and foot pain. and they help me get me out of it! Charlie is so wonderful!!! she’s about to have a baby (I’m not sure what we’re gonna do without her )I sure can’t wait to see the kid. and Gita is just lovely,!!! and her husband runs the place like a champ I’ll give the place a 10 out of 10 recommend it to anyone.

Great service, very friendly staff, knowledgeable, caring and concerned, has helped me control my pain and my ability to function without increased medication, ( I’ve actually went down in medication) great group of people, would recommend anyone to receive services with them. I would’t even give this clinic one star but it make you leave one to comment. I totally agree with all of that bad review that are being expressed on here. when I was a specimen collector at this clinic just a few times to cover the other collector. The times that I was there the doctor had patients scheduled at 9:00 am and the doctor didn’t get there until 12:00 pm and then when she did arrive her and her husband would go into the break room and got in to and argument about her being late, same day the MA didn’t come into the office until 2:00, so all the patient got to sit there and wait for them and if they walked out they would have to pay a rescheduled fee even though there was no one there to see them. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTORS OFFICE I’V EVER SEEN...

Most unprofessional clinic I've ever been in! Worst time management ever they'll have you sitting and waiting for hours. And even longer if the MA doesn't like you. At least half of these good reviews on the clinic are because the Dr and the MA went and made the patients go and give a good review to cover up the bad ones...

I love dr Sharma she has helped me with my pain for 6 years now and I think shes completely professional

Ive been going to the clinic for about 4yrs. Gita cares and she will take her time and talk to you .I enjoyed visiting with Gita....She hired ( Charley a girl} who is a chatter mouth. says one thing and does the other. their only half truths. She embellishes the truth. I would love to stay with Gita but Charley and her lies have made me stop seeing Gita and going to another. It would be only one star if the review included her staff {ONLY ONE, CHARLEY} all the other are very kind.

Ok. Origional review- Great staff, they are helpful and understanding as long as you follow the rules and respect them, they will be respectful to you. Being a pain management clinic there are certain rules you have to follow, it just comes with the territory. Dr Warren (Dr chocolate on u tube) is a kind man and truly wants to help. He always seems to be on the cutting edge of new ways to help with pain. Including ozone therapy and cbd topicals, before its rediculas scheduling. }:( Dr Warren was the first Dr I had that actually listened to what I had to say. I have a quality of life now that I thought was completely out of my reach. I am thankful to everyone there.

You have to free half of your day for your appointments here but it is worth the wait. I've been in and out of many clinics quickly where I don't think they even knew my name. Going to Adult Care Clinic is almost like being at home. Her medical assistant/manager Charlie greets you by name every time and asks how you are doing, she even says "what's up". She is very friendly. I am a younger patient seen for addiction, Gita is like the mean mom I never had who gives tough love and Charlie is the stern but kind aunt. I love both of those women very much. If you're looking for a couple of women who work hard and care, this is a good place for you. I wouldn't have gotten clean if I didnt have Gita and I wouldnt have gotten to see Gita if it weren't for Charlie calling me over and over when I bailed on my appointments. They saved my life

Great clinic, friendly staff and the best pain provider I ever had.

Long wait times are a legitmate complaint, I have been a patient there for many years, in the last 7 months the clinic has made huge changes and progress. I was seen there recently and saw even more positive changes. Between their MA/receptionist, Charlie who greets you by name and asks how your day has been and treats you like a human... And the provider, Gita who truly cares and spends her time with you in the rooms (cause of long wait times) the time spent there isn't time wasted. On multiple occasions I have seen some of their addiction patients go in in a complete panic and probably high on meth, unscheduled and desperate for help. One time specifically this woman went in hysterical about her boyfriend beating her up and stealing her medications (she looked like she had been beat up) and she was immediately pulled into a room. No matter how busy it is, Charlie and Gita will find the time to help them and won't send them away without help. This clinic has it's pro and cons but it is worth it. I must say, those two women in that clinic are strong willed, have strong personalities but truly care and I must mention, they are beautiful and easy to look at.

Worst clinic if you care about your health or time. Gita is unprofessional and should not be licensed in my opinion. My husband was seen by her, worst experience I have seen in my lifetime in a Medical practice environment. I pray the DEA shuts her down before she ends up killing patients.

Dr. Warren has lost his medical license due to patient’s overdosing because of his negligence he walked away from the practice in September dropping all of his patients without references or their records so it’s impossible to get into a new doctor without those beings and the PA Gida bills your insurance and then refuses to give you your prescriptions unless you pay her $100 at the appointment and she breaks HIPPA & if you call her out on it she will refuse to treat you. They have no legit doctor they’re practicing under they are using his TIN which has being pulled by the DEA while he’s under investigation & they filed multiple charges I would run hard and fast away from this clinic.

I just dont understand how this pain clinic exits & how these Dr's. are certified.

If there was an option of (0) stars to rate this (UNPLEASANT, WORTHLESS) place It would be more then my pleasure to rate it as such!!!! Gitanjali Sharma most (DISRESPECTFUL Dr) ever !! I hope the state does close this worthless place as the clinic Its self says so

My boyfriend was treated here by dr warren. Dr warren was very knowledgeable and seemed to know exactly how to help. He recently left the practice to pursue other opportunities. What makes this practice deserve a 1 star is no matter what, it's a 1-3 hour wait. I've personally accompanied him to several appointments and each time I did, we waited no less than 2 hours. Sometimes more. Appointment was scheduled for 3:00, he checked in early at 2:30 becaus he likes to plan ahead in case they need paperwork or anything. Here it is 5:00pm and he still hasn't been seen.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!!!! All they care about is making money. Make sure you take the entire day off work because your wait time will be anywhere from a minimum 2-4 hours. Oh, but if your late 15 minutes or need to reschedule for a valid reason (family emergency) regardless if it's more than 24 hour notice, they will charge you $50. If you don't pay or refuse to pay the late fee, they will terminate you from being treated at their clinic. I had a 9 am appointment earlier this month and Gita Sharma APRN-BC didn't get into the office until noon. After she got there, she immediately went to the front and tafoed to her receptionists about what she made for breakfast and clothes. WHAT A JOKE! She has no respect for others time. I'm never going back.

Gita is a very caring & knowledgeable doctor. But the wait time is horrible. I spent many hours waiting. A couple of times after waiting what seemed an eternity, she waltzed in like it was normal. One time she actually ate pizza & some clients, laughing & joking while i sat in the room in pain & horrified at this behavior. Yes she is very good at what she does. Worth the wait if your patience & have nothing better to do with your day. Sorry but I do!!!

I like Dr. Warren otherwise I would rate lower, I was patient long b4 he was here, I was banned by the big receptionist for not having a ID to be seen. Considering the medications I was put on long b4 this incident, is very discerning as a patient being bullied by this woman, and caused me severe life trauma. Doctor Warren abandone

Dr. Warren is a good friend of mine and these false accusations against him are funny & ridiculous and so far off from the real truth. Sounds like maybe your upset Bc you wasn’t successful in manipulating him into giving you whatever controlled substances you were taking last time? How about stopping to think that He probably left because people like you were depressing and negative to deal with and drove him away. I know for a fact that he hasn’t lost any of his privileges or his license and If he still wanted to deal with you or insurances he would. And tell me How do you criticize and blame someone for going away and setting up and practicing in a better and healthy direction? You should Be happy that Adult care clinic is still there to even take care of you bc most likely they are the last place that will. And FyI all patient records belong to adult care clinic, not him. Defamation of his character or Gita’s is just criminal. I find your ignorance, childish but forgive you bc it’s most likely your addiction talking.

This clinic is an absolute joke!! I saw Dr Aune with AUNE FAMILY MEDICINE. He was renting space in that clinic. My doctor had nothing to do with Adult Care clinic. These people stole my insurance information and billed MY insurance for them. How can you bill for a clinic I didn't even be seen at?!! I got an outrageous bill as did many of Dr. Aune's patients. They tried to get me to pay them money that was not owed to them. I'm sure there will be an insurance fraud case. Also, the fact that they wanted Jessica out of the office is insane! She is the greatest ever. I find it funny how the owner of this clinic is writing a review for himself to make his fraudulent clinic look good. You dumbasses aren't ever going to get a dime from me!
