A Kid's Place Dentistry

I would honestly give this place NO stars if I could. I wait for a month to cleanning my teeth, but two days before my appointment they called my that they will move my appointment to another week, because they said when they schedule me is not cleaning but treatment, they do not have a cleaning schedule at that time. They should take full responsibility but they did nothing. And the reception lady is laughing and I have to hang up the phone.

I would honestly give this place NO stars if I could. Heather, the ‘Accounting Manager’ is completely and utterly unprofessional. This place will steal your money, and lie to you about what insurance will and will not cover. Calling to dispute a statement I received in the mail FIVE months after my initial procedures, I received nothing but snarky, rude, and unprofessional service. Rather than trying to help, I had to endure more backlash and sass than any other establishment I’ve ever been to (This is my first time having difficulties at any establishment I’ve ever been to). Looks like I’m back on the phone with my previous care-holder to dispute these charges. Thanks Heather, for successfully having the worst customer service in the world. I’ll be sure to spread the word of how terrible you and your business practices are.

I went in for a cleaning and they found a cavity... they were fast, friendly, and able to get me in the SAME DAY!!

This place is terrible. Ortho and general dentistry are both full of issues. They dont know what they are doing with the work, nor with billing. My husband and I both stopped going and they still have messed up info for us, a year later, and keep sending us a bill for something we dont owe. Everytime I call to speak to them, they say they will call me back then blow me off. Whenever I wanted to speak with billing while I was there is was like an hour wait. Even if I made an appointment before hand. They never knew what was going on with my account and continually gave the wrong info. Absolutely the most frustrating experience. And will all that, we both have messed up teeth from them that we now have to have fixed by someone else.

Dr. Garg and Rafael made my son very comfortable on his third round of fillings. They were kind and professional.

This is the WORST place I have ever been to. They charged me more than what I was suppose to and I discovered that after and they are not willing to give it back. First they said I had to wait until my insurance pays them first and I did. Then, I gave them multiple calls trying to know what is going on and promised me many times that they will respond back which never did. I just had a call with them today and they always push me back to call my insurance which has nothing to do with it. I recommend you to go anywhere else before going here. Now, the treatment wasn't the best too. many issues with the temporary tooth.

I love this office. They are great to work and not to mention how beautiful and homey the inside is. I had a minor issue with my bill but I called and Lyndze was able to get it sorted out with my insurance. She is is also very professional.

If I could leave zero stars I would!! Called on Saturday morning after my six year old was up literally all night in pain because of his tooth. Drove 30 minutes there, filled out all the paperwork, waited, struggled through x-rays (he was in severe pain), only to have the doctor come in and tell us he needs to go to the OR due to multiple cavities. We told him we just needed to get the tooth that was causing the pain dealt with immediately, and he said we would have to make another appointment next week for that and suggested Children's IB Profin! Like we haven't tried that!! $150 later we were in the same place and left with our son in tears. Would never step foot in there again and will definitely be disputing the charge!!!

Worst! Management forced me to do a review. After months of back and forth with insurance and dentist. Several canceled appointments because they wanted me to give one amount on phone and largly different amounts once there for appointments. Also included not leaving till work was done on son because last day he was covered. And me calling for proof of amount left for me for insurance several different times. I did not have the money to pay and i new ammounts were wrong way high! Last appointment of older son she came and told me i needed to do a good review for all the hard work they did...felt forced like if I didn't something was not going to happen. I said idk what to wright, so she took my phone and typed it herself! I did all the work i should get an apology from them! I did from the dintest and a couple other employees! Avoid at all cost!!!!!!!

Hailey and dr. Garg have been really attentive. They made sure that if I had any pain or issues to let her know. I appreciate the care.

It's good that we can write our experience any ways Dr GAR she did a good job make me happy and Rafael was did excellent job too . Other then that same people was look like unhappy I don't know what was going on maybe something is wrong with my face .

They always get us in fast and are willing to talk us through all the treatment options. Plus, there’s movies

Better if you look for a place where the employees do their jobs and charge to the insurance company.

The actual people in the back A++ super awesome kind friendly and informative wish i didnt have to leave such a crappy rating. On the other hand, the three little girls in the front. Worse experience in a reception area ever. They were rude had attitude and also are very negative. My wife in kids went to the back and i waited in the front lobby. They were degrading their peers or other co workers almost the whole time i was waiting. As well as other customers. TRULY UNPROFESSIONAL is this what you will say after i leave as well as my kids? Next part was when my wife came out she went to ask what would we need to do next but before she could answer the lady put her finger up and had extreme attitude. Whatever thats fine. So instead of showing frustration my wife quickly turned to the next lady and proceeded to ask her question. Finger lady them made a remark "This is to much paper work i cant do it" handing our paper work to the other person. Then the rest had attitude with glares and attitude. Well assuming your boss expects great customer service you should find another job outside of this specific area. You are only affecting the people in the back (the ones i mentioned in the beginning.) I do not usually write bad reviews but this needed to be put out there cause i know how important reviews are for companies. AGAIN the people behind the front desk doors were GREEAAAATTT!!! I will not be returning with my family after this first and last visit i hope some action is taken to improve there people skills.

A kids place has always done the job right and has treated us very well each time we come. I would recommend to others for sure.

Welcoming atmosphere. This is our first visit here and I love it. Sylvia was super nice and gave me everything I needed to get all signed her. My two year old was super cranky and antsy and the front desk ladies gave her a slinky to entertain her. Harli was sweet and so nice to my girls. We will definitely be back!

First time here, my daughter needs some fillings, they tell me they will call me Monday to set this up. No call. Instead, I get an email and text message that my daughter is “overdue” for a check-up. She was just there 2 weeks ago. It’s now been 2 weekssince these guys were suppose to call to get something set up to get my daughter in for fillings. Still no call. I’m pretty dissatisfied with these guys. Time to find a dentist who can stay organized and wants our business.

Where do I begin. I originally stopped going to this place because their wait time was between 40 min to an hr. I decided to give them another chance. The second go around I was told my son had 7 cavities. 7 in a six month span. Seemed very off to me but I trusted their evaluation. 6 cavities we're fixed, and I was never told of a balance still due on my account. I never received a single bill in the mail, although I was told several were sent out. My bill almost went to collection when some one finally called to tell me. Go to set up my next visit and I'm told we have 3 cavities left... 3? We're did the other 2 come from. I requested they go over my son's dental plan and verify with me what still needed to be fixed. I never received that phone call. I took my son to a different dentist today for a second opinion. I was told there was one spot that needed the attention of fluoride toothpaste and the spot was reversible and didn't need work just yet. In other words, I was given a $15 alternative. I'm starting to wonder if the other cavities I paid for were even cavities! I feel very upset and taken advantage of. I don't recommend taking your child to this dentist. And perhaps current patients should get a second opinion!

My experience was a little rough at first because of lack of communications. I was charged a no show fee when I hadn't even set foot in the building yet, but once I talked to the receptionist, it was explained to me and taken care of. I also had a hard time finding the location by going off the address I was given but now I know where it is! Beyond these minor hiccups, the staff was very friendly, informative and professional. We didn't have to wait long and the appearance of the office was very clean and pleasant. I look forward to going back again with my next child.

Great customer service. Dental assistant Reque( I believe her name was) was great with my kids, very kind and professional!! Doctor explained everything very easily.

Fast, easy to work with, well priced, even open earlier and later than other dental offices. What more could you need? Definitely going back.

My oldest daughter needed an emergency visit, I found them from a Google search. I was very happy find out that they had an appointment right away in order to help my hurting daughter. Love that!!

A Kids Place is Awesome. Dr. Anderson has done 4 separate treatments on my two kids and they've all gone so well. He's very friendly, gentle, and quick. Raque and Boa are wonderful dentist assistents. I recommend this central location if your looking for a great pediatric dentist.

Dr. Anderson and Dr. Raque were great at doing there job and not making it difficult they always have great service.

Raquel and Dr. Lobrot are wonderful and professional. It was a great visit!

Dr Anderson is so wonderful with kids, we had to get a cavity filled for my 8 year Old. He was so kind, he talked her through the whole procedure, offered medicine to calm her. His assistant Raque is absolutely wonderful. She was attentive and calming. She was excellent at walking us through the appt. Very impressive. Wonderful staff!

This was a great dentistry I took my twins and they did amazing work! They call this place a kids dentistry but it’s really not I went there the other day and they accepted me ?? other than I would definently reccommend this for people who have a medicad, PCN, Healthy U, and other Medicaid’s others own. I love how they do the whole point things, since I posted this review I will be getting 25 points YAY ME!!

My family and went there a couple years for a check up and paid at the time of service. Their network was down and told us our balance is taken care of and would send a copy by mail. It never should up. I went to them mulitpule times regarding this and all thed did was give their account number that never answers a call nor call back after leaving them number of voicemails. I'm the kind of guy that has a perfect credit score and zero loans and zero credit payments. I only buy what I can afford. Here we are years later dealing with a collection agency. Be aware they have the worst accounting department I've ever dealt with. and the most incompetent staff. Karama always gets you back.

Great staff that really helped our young child. It took a while to get in but the staff was well trained on how to handle our little one.

First time in a dental office in years.. My daughter Paula recommended me to come in for a check up, took the chance and had a wonderful experience. Dr. Cannon and hygienist Danielle were really nice, gentle and made me feel comfortable.

Doaa was very sweet with my son. He did not want to go to the dentist but she made the experience for him very smooth. I would recommend this place to everyone of my friends that have kids that do not like to go to the dentst.

I love this place for my kid's. The dentist is so good with kids. Last night the dentist called to bump up my daughters appointment which helped me get to a very important thing i was going to miss other wise. He was quick and gentle with my princess.

I love how the Dr. Is really great and nice and they all have a great attitude towards everyone. I deffenently recommend. I love this place! ❤

I decided to try A Kid's Place because of their extended hours. My son needed to have some work done and we scheduled an appointment. After waiting an 80 minutes past our scheduled appointment they took us back. The dentist started the work, got up and helped another patient, and returned 10 minutes later. My four year was already feeling uneasy, but the wait and the doctor leaving made it worse. Three months later, they still have not figured out the billing. I got a call because my insurance was denying the claim. They were sending it to the wrong insurance. They asked for a copy of my insurance card (again), and I have already paid $150 out of pocket. I will not be returning and would not recommend. On top of this, the Murray office is not well maintained.

I was so worried about my daughter going to the dentist, all for nothing. She had a great visit, staff was great, loved the attention she received and she is looking forward to going again.

I would not recommend this place to anyone! I took my two kids here and they each had a few cavities that needed filled. When they were doing the fillings on my 8 year old the tip on the pulp dent came off because the assistant did not tighten it and got all over his face and burned his cheek and neck and they acted like it was no big deal! 3 days later he still has sores on his face. They were not friendly with my kids at all and did not explain anything they were doing to them. I definitely will never be going back!

I just had an appointment with them to get a filling done, but sadly I was informed that the decay was too deep, and had to be extracted instead. The service was wonderful, and the dentist informative. I quite enjoyed the atmosphere, as well as the distraction oriented t.v.. I will admit to some confusion when it came to billing, as I don't understand how it would cost me more money to pull a tooth rather than get a filling, but regardless of said confusion, I quite enjoyed my experience.

Hi, Im Rachel A. I go to a kids place. They are very kind and everyone who works there are down to earth and so nice.

Very poor experience, they scheduled my daughter twice when they did not have a dentist available to work with her! Finally I changed dentists and they have continued to send me appointment reminders even though I have told them 5, yes 5, different times that we have changed dentists. They have also sent me a threatening collection bill for services 3 years years ago which was already paid! My worst professional service experience ever.

I really enjoy my experience here with my little 6 year old girl. She was so scared at first but they were so friendly and the dental assistant Janet explained everything to her she was doing so she left there no longer scared and very interested in learning about her teeth. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asked about a pediatric dentist!

I have taken my kids to other facilities and no one is as friendly and considerate to my kids then this place. They are very effective in getting you in as soon as they have an opening and working with your schedule. My kids always have a great experience with their care.

I love this place and quite honestly I would not take my kids anywhere else. The staff are ALWAYS professional, courteous, and even friendly. They are always wonderful with my kids. They are extremely sensitive and awesome about making sure your child is as comfortable as possible and feel like the dentist office is a safe, fun place, even to the point of putting your children out for major dental work so that they do not remember it and therefore do not have traumatic memories of being scared to death at a dentist pulling their teeth out and seeing their own blood.

i am very unhappy about having to come back every apointment they keep saying the are going to repair my childs tooth but every time we come in they send me home with other reasons not to fix it and say they will do it at the next apointment i am so mad my child cant eat hot or cold......

I have been going to A Kids Place for a while now and have had a very good experience. They have a very friendly staff and the dentists are very patient and caring.
