Everyone at the facility was super nice! I would highly recommend this facility and I felt like I was in good hands. My only suggestion would be to let patients know before they arrive what their estimated amount due is so they aren’t surprised and also so payment can be brought to the procedure. I started not to bring anything but my id and insurance card but luckily I brought my wallet because AFTER I had been called to the back and in the room where the procedure was going to be done, I was told I had a $895 amount due and payment was expected right then. That was a huge shock and had I not brought my wallet I believe I would have been sent home. Just a suggestion but overall I had a great experience.

Dr. Walter Wilson and his staff at Alabama Oral & Facial Surgery in Pell City are the best! I was provided excellent care from the time I arrived until I was discharged. Dr. Wilson extracted three teeth and I haven’t experienced any problems. Will definitely let my family and friends know about them.

Beautiful facility, friendly staff. I was in and out before I knew it.. The doctor himself called a couple of hours later to check-in on me.. that really made my day.. I will recommend to anyone.
