For many years, I have been a patient here. Always great!! But, yesterday..My heart Smiled.. With the gental & The upmost care & compassion from a certain Assistant (Ally) & from Dr. Brian, they made my miracle happen. I will forever be thankful

Not open on a Thursday. Called and voice mail says closed for team lunch we will open back at 1. Drove to office thinking may be open but business not open. No sign on door no emergency phone number. Do not waste your time going to office. Since they do not do what they advertise, they do not want business. Have number 31 tooth needing extraction and really let down because business does not stand behind advertisements.

Worked us in after 7pm for an emergency with no notice whatsoever. Friendly, helpful, and expert, will be switching to Dr. Richesin!

On March 2, I went in for a dental cleaning and the hygienist Melissa broke my permanent retainer while flossing my teeth. Dr. Newdome smoothed it out. On March 9 my retainer popped and is scratching the inside of my mouth, mind you I have had it over 5 years and never had any problems. When I went to the office on that day I was told to come back on the next day that Dr. Newdome was in the office. No one in the office returned my call until 4:45 pm on March 10 and I was told they had been busy and to go to the orthodontics. I was never offered to come back into the office to have it smoothed out until I could get an orthodontics appt. No accountability on their part. The person named Tori who called back told me these things happed over time as if they were not responsible and I was to blame.No compassion nor accountability. She then hung up the phone. This was the most cold hearted experience I have ever had. Please beware if you have any orthodontic hardware. They are reckless, don’t care and will place the blame on you!! A disappointed former patient

Today was a very upsetting day! I have been waiting for a dental cleaning for over six months. So when I got a call for a cleaning I jumped on it. I called at 8 to confirm my appointment time and arrived early. I had my temperature checked and waited in the car. After some time I called the receptionist desk to make sure I had not missed a text. I was asked my date of birth because my name sake was indeed getting her teeth clean. I was told they could fit me in at 5pm four hours later. I said no because I was so upset. I called back to speak to a supervisor , but Im not certain that I spoke to one. They said I could come in on Wednesday at 9, but repeated the wrong name to me . I could not believe it. Im worried that my account has not been handled correctly, have I been paying the wrong account? The front desk has caused me to want to change dental service. I have no confidence right now with this front desk staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Derek Richesin since he started his practice in the early ‘90’s. He has been the best dentist I could have ever asked for. I have had basic cleanings, root canals and crowns. The dental hygienists have been excellent.The office staff have been good too.

Of course I will give 5 stars because I have wonderful experience with this office.Best dentist and hygienist.

I started going to Dr. Brian December 2017. I had a tooth that broke off and needed a root canal but I couldn't get any work done that day because I just got new insurance and didn't know I needed prior authorization. Mrs. Regina knew exactly what to do called got things straight with the insurance she's truly on top of things and knows the insurance game. I prayed about the situation and she talked to my Dr and it was 1 week b4 Christmas I would've been in pain and wouldn't have made it through Christmas. Dr. Brian did my root canal and thanks to God Mrs. Regina talking to him he helped me big time and I feel blessed I was referred to him by one of his patients. Thanks Dr Brian and Mrs. Regina. I don't plan on going anywhere else. Great work is done good customer service skills are shown

I have been going here for YEARS. This practice is the best. Everyone from the front to the back are amazing. Very professional and beautiful office. Do not hesitate to make an appointment!!!!! The doctors are very thorough and the hygienist make you feel right at home. I love you guys!

Been going to Alabama dental Associates for about 23/24 years since it was Buckner and Walker. The staff is always friendly and helpful.Dr. Richesin is my doctor And he takes care of all of my dental needs. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Alabama Dental Associates. I have been a client for over a decade. A lot of people I know are afraid of going to the dentist but I'm definitely not because they are all so nice. Everyone is professional, helpful and very friendly here. I always look forward to my visits.

Best experience I've ever had with a dental office!! I informed them that I had a few nightmare dentist experiences previously, and they could not have been more caring and nice! They explained everything they were doing and made sure I was completely comfortable at all times. If I could give them 100 stars, I would.

Dr. Richesin is a very good dentist. I was able to schedule an appointment after work and was seen fast. Nice facility with friendly staff. Detailed care, they described what was going on gave me my options and how to avoid problems in the future. They really care your not just another patient. Going to the dentist is rarely a great experience but they do all possible to make it one.

My family and I have been patients for over twenty years. The doctors and staff are always friendly and attentive to my dental needs. Their hours are fantastic- so convenient for a busy working mom! I recommend them to all my friends and family and would never consider going anywhere else.
