The only dentist I trust! I have recommended this place to my friends and co workers and they all love it. The billing services on the other side are horrible, I am getting bills to pay even though I paid for it after each visit. Someone needs to be fired!

These guys are Amazing! The knowledge and capabilities they possess, along with their eagerness to help makes for great treatment! It's great to geek out with the Dr since she's very well educated and a good conversationalist. They really saved my teeth!

I went for my consultation appointment on 4-23-19 and told them I needed to use my insurance. My insurance was out of network but would still pay a large portion of the costs. I was told that they got pre-approval and I could go ahead with service. I paid over $3,750 up front. Aesthetic smiles forgot to send in the preauthorization before they started services. Because of their mistake now I will not get reimbursed by insurance. I've been fighting with the insurance company for over a year. I have notified Aesthetic Smiles of their mistake and they won't reimburse me. I am a teacher and this out of pocket payment was not easy to make? It just doesn't seem right. Their mistake should be their loss. We all make mistakes, but when we make mistakes we need to own up to them and fix it. On the other hand, she did quality work, she helped my TMJ pain and the office staff was nice. I hope they do the right thing and reimburse me.

I have been a patient of Dr. Motlagh for many years. She is a perfectionist in her field and she always insures that a procedure is done exactly right. I know it doesn’t come any better than that!

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Mortensen since he took over from Dr. Baker. He is a fantastic Dentist and we feel fortunate to have a person of his caliber to address all of our dental needs. I highly recommend Dr. Mortensen and the staff at Aesthetic Smiles.

Iv'e been a patient here since Dr Mortenson started his practice here. I've had some very complicated dental issues which he has done very good work. I trust him and do not hesitate in recommending him.

My family has been seeing Dr. Stratton for the past 14 years. We adore Amy! She is the best dentist EVER! We trust Dr. Mortensen a 100% as well. I travel to Fort Collins lots of miles to visit Aesthetic Smiles. That should tell you something!

Seriously this is the best dentist ever! They are beyond thorough, competent, and friendly. so So accommodating with knowledge and get tips. Even my teenage son commented that this is the best dentist ever. He told me that he has never had a dentist that one gave him tips on brushing to telling him how to take care of his teeth. That's pretty amazing coming from a 16 yr old

I am a retired Registered Dental Hygienist of 35, years, so I know great dentistry. Dr. Motlagh is a great dentist. She has the most wonderful staff as well. They are all welcoming and warm. It is like going to the home of good friends.They are always asking if they can get me anything( coffee, water etc.) Dr. Motlagh has great knowledge in the area of Occulsion, which is the foundation of a healthy and comfortable bite. She considers the whole body in relationship to how teeth should fit together in a ideal bite, preventing excessive wear( shortened teeth) and discomfort. She presents her treatment plan for optimal health. However,she never shames the patient into work they are hesitant to proceed with. I have worked in offices where it is "all about the money and working smarter not harder". Not so at Dr. Motlagh's practice. In fact, I found her charges more reasonable than at my last dental office. She runs on time and is considerate of the patient's time. She is fast and efficient, and uses the latest technology. My husband is so impressed with Dr. Motlagh, he has decided to change dentists and become one of her new patients. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Motlagh and her entire staff.I feel blessed to have been referred to her by my periodontist's office. jackie snook RDH

I have always dreaded going to the Dentist but with problems happening with my teeth I resigned myself to go to a new group, Aesthetic Smiles. I was amazed from the first minute I walked in how relaxed, easy and happy everyone was, from Jenny the receptionist, to Marybeth and Cheryl and then Dr. Mortensen himself! There was no pain and my teeth really needed help! Now I am on their schedule every 4 months and I am seeing incredible results with my teeth and gums! I recently had a chipped front tooth, so I decided to go to Aesthetic Smiles. First, the staff was wonderful as they provided me all the information that I wanted and secondly, Dr. Amy Stratton repaired my tooth and all the procedure was painless. Dr. Amy explained to me step by step the whole procedure, she is so great. I highly recommend Aesthetic Smiles and particularly Dr. Amy.

I've been going to Aesthetic Smiles for years and it is always welcoming. I don't love going to the dentist, but I stick with Dr. Mortensen because he and his staff are so great.

I had weekly headaches until I had an orthotic fitted. They went away! By my own mistake I lost the device months later and the headaches came back. Just got a new one and expect them to go away again soon.

They do a great job and their pricing is very fare.

I am going through TMJ treatment with Dr. Motlagh. The treatment is non-invasive, using the latest technology. Dr. Motlagh is very innovative, experienced and is very conscientious in making sure patients are educated on TMJ. The office staff is kind, professional and easy to work with. I am excited about the process taking place and the end results! It is pricey, but worth it. I might also add that there is hardly any pain involved, at least in my case! Thanks Dr. Motlagh...I'm very pleased!!

Pricey, but the quality of work, atmosphere, amenities and staff are as good as it gets.

The dentist office isn't my happy place. Never has been. Dr. Motlagh and her staff turn the tables upside down on this situation, making patients feel extremely comfortable. Their standards of care are extremely high and the final result always exceptional. I just got out of their office after a root canal. I'm pain free and looking forward to next steps with the Dr. I'd highly recommend their services.

They are not just a dental office, they are the best and they are like family. No matter where I have moved around Portland I always drive the distance for them because they really are the best!! I am moving Out of state and will continue to commute just to continue being with them. It is hard to find a good dentist that you can trust, they regained my trust in dentistry and I look forward to my appointments now. Thank you, for taking such good care of me and my teeth:-)

The staff is amazing, professional, and extremely personable. Dr. Motlagh and her team are passionate about what they do, have genuine concern for their patients and make you feel like you're at ease in the comfort of your own home because of their enthusiasm.

I always deathly afraid of the dentist until my mom referred me to aesthetic smiles. They are absolutely wonderful and make you feel very comfortable. They go out of there way to make a dental program that fits you financially.

I've been coming to Dr. Motlagh for years. She has assembled a fantastic team! Personally I love the all-woman staff. Her hygienists are ouchless and the reception is always warm, professional, and personal. My teeth are in great shape and look wonderful. I'm no longer afraid of the terms "crown" or "root canal." That's saying something! As a redhead I have a very sensitive mouth and Dr. M offers all sorts of ways to make me comfortable. For challenging sessions she will put headphones with ambient music on me, cover me with a blanket, and wait long enough so the anesthetic is really working. Dr. M cares for my aging mouth (54 this summer), and also treats my mother, my husband, and has seen my daughter. My son will be coming to her for Invisalign this Fall. Even after moving across town I come to Aesthetic Smiles, her work is impeccable.

The staff at Aesthetic Smiles is wonderful. They are helpful, thoughtful, attentive, and they listen to you!

Dr. Motlagh and her team are so wonderful and welcoming! As a new patient they made sure to spend some time getting to know me and more about my dental needs. Before I left, I was given treatment plans with time and dollar estimates to help plan for my care and procedures that I am interested in. When I left I felt like I was much more informed and prepared for my dental future.
