Unethical business practice! I was hired by About Face Dental Hygiene Spa to provide website design services. I even offered a generous discount to help and support a business owner during the pandemic. After accommodating open ended amount of reviews which requested her direction to be followed strictly, the design work pretty much was brought back to where I picked up the project. Then when the work was finalized the way she exactly wanted I received her email message saying "I am not going to go with the project". (Maybe we should all start going out to dine and eat the food and let the establishment know that we will not pay the bill???) I have a stellar portfolio with raving client reviews and relations. Yet I do not expect everyone to appreciate my work. However, the extensive hours and the creative efforts I spend must be compensated. As my contracts clearly state the amount is due when the work is finalized. About Face Dental Hygiene Spa did not make good on her payment and I have not received any responses in this regard. If I can not receive the funds at least I can make sure other businesses are aware of this business's ability to perform unethical business practice. It's a shame to see a business owner during the pandemic to conduct such ill-business. Hope this review helps other service providers to be cautious while engaging with this business.

Truly a wonderful experience. I tend to push off my cleanings, but I am always excited for my next appointment here. Pamela’s cleanings are gentle and thorough and I love that she consistently checks in with me to make sure I am doing okay. The spa environment is also a real game changer— the aromatherapy and weighted blanket relaxed me and I was able to get a facial along with my cleaning! I’d like to also point out how safe I felt during my appointment, even during the pandemic. Pamela mentioned that she use anti-microbial solutions in the waterlines and her appointments are spread out throughout the day. Thanks for everything Pamela!

Pamela is the ANTIDOTE for this all too common experience. She is the most personable, calming, and inspiring (that's right - straight up inspiring) dental professional I've ever met. Trained in Reiki healing, Pamela supports a no judgement space to brighten up and learn about your teeth in. Instead of the usual "brush your teeth or else" dogma, Pamela made me feel very safe - so much so that I found myself actually getting pretty curious about how dental hygiene works on a biological level. Our bodies are miraculous machines and Pamela is genuinely invested in enlightening others to its capacity to heal and stay healthy. She's a very engaging teacher - and I feel like my teeth and I are much better friends as a result. Aside from this, she's also a gifted conversationalist in general. I find chatting with her about life a genuine pleasure. I urge you to go experience what she can offer you for yourself. You'll start recommending her to all your friends in no time!

I was telling friends I was going to get my teeth cleaned and got some sympathetic answer, because going to get your teeth cleaned can be stressful for people. I responded, its not stressful for me because my hygienist makes the environment really great. She has a heated blanket you can get under and has aromatherapy smells in the office, plus she plays very mellow calming music. She has created a welcoming and calm environment. With that said, she is a very knowledgeable and experienced hygienist and has given me many suggestions on how to floss, brush my teeth and generally take good care of my teeth and gums. I would highly recommend her. Especially for folks that may have some anxiety around getting their teeth cleaned.

For years I've suffered from cold-sensitive spots on my teeth, despite special toothpastes, some by prescription. After following Pamela Lynch's recommendations for one week, I can drink ice water pain free. I also enjoyed--yes enjoyed--the most thorough teeth cleaning I've ever had. Also, I absolutely can't stand the taste of mint. Pamela developed a regimen for me that maintains healthy teeth and gums without any mint! I can't recommend her highly enough.

Two of my favorite things to do are have my teeth cleaned and have a facial. To have sparkly teeth and unclogged pores at the same time is almost decadent. Pamela does a great job at both.

About Face Dental Spa is a revolution in dental care. I always hated going to get cleanings but now in a relaxing environment it's no problem. It is a gentle renewing experience I highly recommend.
