Absolutely amazing Dental office! Everyone was so helpful and amazing. I was able to get appointments for my kids very quickly and my older son was so happy and comfortable during both appointments he had. I'm very impressed with this office!

I was one of the first patients when they open this beautiful high-tech office about 8 years ago I have never been anything less than 100% delighted with everything they do there it is proven and tested most of the employees have been there a long time and are excellent at what they do I'm 71 and have they did quite a bit of work Doctor C is the best don't tell anyone

Was in and out about an hour for cleaning. My dental hygienist did an excellent job and I was seen by the doctor. This is facility has the latest cleaning and x-ray equipment, so can do procedures painlessly and efficiently. Highly recommended get your standard teeth cleaning every 6 months here! :-)

Not a review of the facility, because I can’t even get a call back! I have a broken tooth, I’ve called multiple Locations, left voicemails, filled out the form online for a month with no response. Just stop accepting new patients

I am so grateful for the excellent care I received at Advantage Dental. I experienced a broken tooth a couple days before Thanksgiving. My regular dentist was unable to extract it but referred me to Dr. O’Malley who was able to squeeze me in within a day. She and her assistant Heather, were absolutely amazing! They are both so kind and warm and put me right at ease. This was not a simple extraction as I have long curvy roots but Dr. O’Malley is highly skilled and efficient. Best of all it was relatively painless!! My recovery was quick and I was able to “gobble til’ I wobbled” at Thanksgiving. I’m Blessed and grateful for this amazing experience at Advantage Dental.

Would never ever ever recommend coming here. The dentist wouldn't stop lecturing me. Even after I asked her to stop. Then she never could give me a straight answer. They all started with " well um....." she made some super rude and comment to me that I tried to brush off at first but then she just kept it up. I got up and left without finishing my appointment. Switching my insurance and will advise anyone from now on to AVOID this place.

Advantage dental is amazing. Dr. H is the best w/ kids. She has always had amazing support staff and they go above and beyond to meet the needs of patients.? My children actually love going to the dentist. REALLY! They listen to Dr. H advice and instruction on proper dental care and don't get cavities often. My 9&10 yr old have been going since they began dental care and we love ? them all at Advantage formally Dental Care Today!!! Both Dr. Harper and her hygienists are so kind and always takes the time to explain my children's dental health throughly. My kids have had traumatic experiences with other dentists; they generally have much more ease with dental treatments now. I cannot recommend her enough.

I am terrified of dentist! I couldn’t sleep the night before my visit. From the second I sat in the dentist chair to the end Dr O’Malley and Heather put me at complete ease, made sure at every step I didn’t feel any pain. In fact they made me laugh. They were amazing! Thankyou to both of them. They deserve a raise. They restored my faith in dentists

Dr Harper is very genteel and caring with Will, Natalie and the other staff members are very helpful. DXr Harper assistant so so patient with Will he never get upset. I have never had such a good dental experience than the one I had at the Advantage Dental on Glisan in Portland Oregon!!! Dr. Kim and her assistants were extremely professional. They went out of there way to make sure I was comfortable and the work they did was top notch!! Dr Kim made sure that all of my questions were answered before l left! She gave me detailed explanations I could understand! Molly was an immensely helpful with scheduling and always returned all of my calls in a timely manner! I Highly Recomend this Dental office?

I had my first visit with Advantage this morning and it was wonderful! The staff was very friendly and personable and my appointment was on time. It was going to be months and months to get me in for a cleaning, but they had me wait to see if the next patient would show up, and they didn't show! So they slotted me in! I loved my experience here.

We all want a great dental team in our lives right? That awesome grin mechanic that will intuitively put you at ease and then perform magic for you? Dr. O’Malley and her sidekick, Heather, are exactly that! My dental issues were nothing simple and there were 6 extractions involved. I was horrified to say the least and I won’t run my mouth on the specifics. I will say that Dr. O’Malley is at the top of her profession and left me with a wonderful feeling of being truly cared for. Heather is the perfect compliment to the doctor’s talent and they perform seamlessly. And did I mention?… they’re dang funny as well? Finally…I’m no fan of pain as most will agree. No need for worry because you won’t have it much longer. A1 5-star double jump high five rating!

Dr. O'Malley and Heather were absolutely amazing! They were fun, made me feel so comfortable! They joked around and made me feel more like a friend than a client, even Playfully commenting on my Sloth I have on my purse. 10/10 Would recommend these ladies to anyone!

I have been coming here to get mine and my daughter's teeth cleaned and cared for. They are always so nice and friendly when we show up! Today my 5 year old daughter was taken carHEof by Jennie, and Dr Harper. Both were extremely nice and took awesome care of my little, who has a ton of energy! They kept it short but to the point! They even took extra care today because I mentioned my daughter had a fall to the face about a month ago, and THEY wanted to be extra thorough to make sure there was no damage to her baby teeth or future adult teeth! Very impressed!! Thanks again for taking such good care of us!!!

I wanted to extend a huge thank you to Dr O'Malley and her team for having the best customer service focus with respect to my dental care. I went in to have a consultation about a tooth that either needed saving which would result in a root canal or simply remove the tooth. Based on the level of decay and an abscess under the tooth doctor O'Malley made the conscious decision to remove the tooth. She was gentle she was funny she was a great storyteller yet she was super focused and she walked me through every step. Her assistant was awesome too whose name escapes me. sorry. When she removed the tooth her and her assistant gasped because it was the largest abscess they've seen in a long time they even had it sent to a lab to get it cultured but alas it was malignant. I was put on a strict diet of liquids for the next 4 days which was kind of hard but I was able to do it of course I snuck in a piece of grilled chicken without the skin. And a small cheese quesadilla by the third day. After 8 days of healing the stitches are starting to fall out I'm able to exercise I'm using salt water to keep the area sterilized I'm going to be able to eat more solid foods all because of Dr O'Malley and her team. I was so blown away by how quick and painless it was for this team to take care of my cavities and send me on my way. Beginning in late December 2020, I have had an oral examination, cleaning, and two cavities filled at this location and felt very taken care of by the staff. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and it was clear from my interactions with them that they really cared about me and my oral health.

There’s a lot of reason for the score. They never answer your call. If you tell them your in pain they don’t get it fixed they schedule you months out and subscribe you drugs. They don’t take there job seriously and they are not following COVID safety rules of 6 feet apart or whipping things down when people sit in the area. I’m very disappointed on the way I’ve been treated. I suggest finding a different office.

Dr. O’Malley and her assistant Heather were terrific on all accounts. When I got lost and was late Dr. O still took me in for an appointment even with a packed schedule. I had some pretty seriously packed in wisdom teeth (top row) that had become cavities and Dr. O was able to extract them in top speed and with minimal pain and top notch expertise. I appreciated both of their demeanors, teamwork capacity and work/knowledge/skills surrounding my dental care. Overall 5/5 experience !

This particular location has challenges. Staff is personable enough. However, scheduling is really a problem here. I've had appointments canceled twice. After waiting 9 months to get one, I'm turned away at 7:15am because they had a computer system crash. No backup systems in place. They could not manage a simple cleaning in 9 months. Will seek a new dentist for 2021.

Being assigned this place through OHP it has always seemed like most co-workers are stressed out. Besides that they cancelled my appointment because my open card got assigned to Care Oregon which has the same dental plan as open card. They should have called my insurance to check with them but instead just showed me a paper that said my open card cancelled. You don't cancel your patients appointments especially when they wait a month to get due to OHP and now COVID. I will be going to a different office.

I highly recommend Advantage Dental and the staff at the Gateway Clinic. I saw Dr Melissa Colasurado, everyone is very patient and friendly I’ve never had a Dentist or a Hygenist to be so informative of what issues I have, and what will occur if untreated . A dental office is not usually somewhere I don’t feel anxious etc but when I come here I feel at ease and they genuinely care and want to help. Highly recommend to anyone even just for cleaning. They Cancel my apt one day beforehand and lie to do so. It was an emergancie apt to pull bad painfull tooth. Rescedualed me for 7 days later and not returning my calls.

Everyone seemed well intentioned, but... I was getting some fillings replaced. I told the dentist that I do not go numb easily, we went back and forth trying to drill, then injecting more, until I had about 10 Novocain injections.. Eventually the drill hit a nerve, my entire body jolted so bad that my shoe came off. The drill bounced around my mouth and ended up inside my lip. The fillings were completed, but they are bothering me a month later and there was a lot of pain for the first week. Update- just saw the reply to this, nobody ever reached out to me as indicated.

My daughter saw Dr.Natasha Bramly last month and cannot wait to go back! She was gentle with my daughter and both she and the nurse took the time to explain all the procedures well. The waiting room is nice, with a separate area for children. We love this office and the staff! My only recommendation would be to find a way to shorten the wait time between appointments.

Hooray for Dr. Natasha Bramley! Until I found her, taking my 5 year old son “Bob” (real name concealed for privacy) was an exercise in futility! Dr. Bramley has exceptional bedside manner and is able to handle most of the issues small kids have with the dentist with awesome behavioral management skills. I have never met a dentist so attuned to her patient’s well being, and who is so sensitive when dealing with scared kids. Dr. Bramley also looks out for my son’s long term health and will only do procedures that are necessary. No drill, fill and bill with Dr. Bramley!! I actually looked up her bio on Google and found out she’s an Ivy League educated Dentist and really involved in the Portland dental community. The one down side to this office is the client base. I spend a lot of time in the waiting room listening to people complain about wanting more perks from their free Medicaid treatment; and about how they couldn’t help being two hours late for their appointment (but still demand to be seen ahead of us that show up on time). I’ve been to other boutique pediatric dental practices around PDX, and am blown away by the similarities in quality/treatment I get from Dr. Bramley when compared to those practices. Anyway, I’m happy to have no drop off in service because I had to relocate to the NE. Here’s to Dr. Bramley and DCT Team!! Looking forward to my next visit.......

I am leaving a very positive review for Dr. Natasha Bramley. She’s been treating 5 of my childrens’ teeth for years now. She’s very kind and gentle with my kids and the way she does her treatments. My kids feel very safe and calm with her that they don’t use nitrous gas or any other for of sedation. The doctor respects my wishes and is always willing to work with me as the parent. My kids do not want to go to any other dentist for their regular check ups or treatments but only to Dr. Bramley!!! I highly recommend her!!!

I have been fighting for a while now about my dentures, yet my dentist is not a person who does dentures, one year and they still don't fit right, she said use sea bond to hold them in, they hurt when I chew food.

The pediatric dentist Frank Foreman was awesome! The reason I gave 3 stars is because it’s very hard to reach them by phone and appointments are too long to wait for. They rarely answer my phone calls (they may be busy?), and then when they do answer sometimes they put me on hold and then don’t get back to me/ hang up eventually :(

This place is not good with kids. The dentists are supposed to have more trained experience with kids that have anxiety at dental visits. Dr. Natasha Bentley is the worst. She is very rude and harsh on the kids that are going through anxiety at dental office. She yelled at my daughter when my daughter was crying and very nervous and scared. During the procedure my daughter was crying in pain and telling Dr. Bentley to stop because it was painful. Dr. Bentley did not stop to make sure there was no pain. She hurt my daughter and now she is scared to even step foot in a dental office. Prior to dealing with Dr. Bentley’s rude aggression or “bad day” my daughter would at least allow for cleanings and procedures. Plus the receptionist hung up on me when I called to report my concerns. The appointment availability is at least 4-6 months out. When appointment time comes we are receiving a cancellation call because Dr. Bentley actually over booked herself and instead will be on a meeting. There is no coordination or good service at this place.

Such a bad place that I need to leave a negative review here in addition to my more in-depth yelp review. Scam artists. They charge 80 dollars to look at your teeth, and then scheduling a full examination. The partial examination was incorrect, I did not have a cavity or need a root canal. I found another dentist who charged less to do an immediate full examination, and I had the needed surgery done before they would have had me in for their full examination. Unqualified and deceitful.

October of 2018....I had 4 cavities that weren’t really bothering my that much. Figured I would take care of them. I go through my insurance and link me with this dental office. I trusted them to fix my mouth. All 4 fillings were failed. The dentist made them too high. My jaw became uneven. My teeth’s nerves are now overly sensitive. I have to drink cold beverages from a straw. I can’t chew anything harder than I toasted bread and I can’t eat anything hot or cold. All my meals are now room temperature and soft like in an infant or an elderly person. Ontop of this, i now have TMJ. My leftside jaw pops every time I open my mouth and pressure builds up throughout the day and causes major headaches and jaw pains. I’ve gone back to the same dentist to have them fixed 7 times and each time they shave down the toooth a little more and say “ hope that helps. Call back if it doesn’t.” Each time I call back I get an appointment that’s 2 months out. Today I was sick of waiting. I asked for an appointment and they had me come in. The dentist lazily tapped my teeth with a metal tool and said “ we are going to have you come back to a specialist for a root canal” My appointment for this check up is In SEPTEMBER! I now have to wait 2 more months without the ability you eat and deal with headaches and jaw pain. Thanks for crippling me advantage dental. Anyone know a malpractice lawyer?

I just want to thank Melissa Colasurdo, her assistant, and even the front desk. You all make me feel like an actual human being when I come in and I've never once felt shamed when discussing some of the the poor choices I've made and how they impact my teeth. Being on OHP isn't fun, and sometimes downright humiliating. But I never once felt that here and I always leave feeling like they actually care. I've been seen up to 20min early and they've accepted me up to 15min late bc of traffic. And they are always calling to check in with me about appointments and aftercare. Thank you for all your patience and hard work.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this dental office and the staff. Dr. Colasardo is such a kind and courteous doctor. I have never had a dentist like her, ever! These days are dentists barely seem to have time to ask what’s wrong let alone ask how your day is, Dr. Colasurdo always seems interested in hearing how I have been. Her back office staff is just as amazing from my dental hygienist to the dental assistants. They are all so kind! They always give me a call to remind me of my appointment the day before, as well as remind me when my annual check ups are due. If there were an option for more stars, they would get them all! Especially Doctor Colasardo! I love her!

I never get a reminder for my appointment. I called 2 times to get direction, no one pick up the phone. I left a message, no one call me back. At the time I booked appointment, she told me it is at 11am. But it's actually at 11:30. And I am still here waiting to be called. They should tell us the appointment is at 11:30am not at 11am.

Extremely dirty. Dentist came in to check a tooth that has been bothering me since filling 5 weeks ago. She said nothing was wrong with tooth. I then realized she was looking at the wrong tooth. She then said well the tooth you said hurts has no filling. I looked at her with tears and said this is the tooth that was filled and I cannot eat at all without it hurting since the filling date. She then asked me again and again when the tooth started hurting. I was wondering if she had a hearing problem. She then looked again and said oh it does have a shallow filling. I then said yes it is thetone I came in for and AGAIN HAVE BEEN IN PAIN SINCE THE DATE OF THE FILLING She then said she "thinks"it was cracked. Well she was not only extremely dishonest but terrible at her job. This cliniC reminded me of a dirty free clinic that has no funds because its charity. Terrible experience. AND TERRIBLE DENTIST. I WILL POST HER CORRECT NAME SOON.

my son has a nerve exposed and he is in pain. they said no openings until the end of January. this is an emergency!! the oriental women that answers the phone is not concerned about people that are in pain. The staff are always very nice and helpful. I've had a heck of a time with my teeth health. (Partially bad genetics partially paying for stupid teenage decisions of not taking care of my teeth) I've had several emergency situations that they addressed quickly and were very nice to me. Their guy that goes over pricing has been very patient with my stream of questions (and unfortunately I'm not great at remembering everything when I'm stressed about my teeth so he has had to repeat answers a few times) I had such serve pain due to an exposed nerve that I almost fainted and they were quick to respond and get me laying down so that I didn't lose consciousness. Every dentist and assistant (not sure the technical name) that has interacted with me has been very kind and helpful in getting my teeth back on track for being healthy. I've been to some real horror story places before and they are far from that. I would happily recommend them to friends.

I went in yesterday for a scheduled root canal and a filling. Once Dr. Watanabe got in there, he discovered I actually needed a root canal in both teeth. He was extremely attentive to my needs and continuously made sure I was comfortable and doing okay. Throughout the entire procedure, I never felt a bit of pain. The assistant was awesome too. I normally don’t leave reviews, however, before my appointment I read all the negative things people had posted and got myself worked up over nothing. I would definitely recommend being treated here, especially if it’s by the same dentist that treated me.

Awful place.....run away fast. We had an appointment on a Saturday afternoon. He arrived on time with our daughter, completed the paperwork within minutes, and was made to wait by the incompetent receptionist, Heather, for 30 minutes. During that time another family arrived and was seen. After thirty minutes the ding dong receptionist told my husband that it was too late to be seen and she was going to cancel the appointment. My husband asked to speak with the dentist and was told that she had already left. ALREADY LEFT!!! We changed our weekend plans to accommodate her 6 month check up and I called multiple times to make arrangements for her appointment. Problem is because of the insurance our daughter has this is our only option for dental care. I believe Dental Care TODAY treats people the ways that they do because they know their clients have no other choice. I spoke to one of the office managers about our experience and she assured me that she would speak to the ding dong behind the reception desk and the unprofessional dentist who must have had an important T time to make. She also rescheduled our appointment for a day and time within 3 days of the disastrous experience. The hygentist who is cleaning our daughter's teeth presently seems to be doing a decent job as well, but given the choice WE WOULD NEVER RETURN. IF GIVEN THE CHOICE, NEITHER SHOULD YOU.

READ ALL PLEASE! This place was absolutely incompetent. They wasted over three months that I could have been getting my teeth fixed somewhere that could actually help. They sent me to four different "consultations" at four different locations just to finally tell me they were referring me to OHSU. I just wasted another four hours on the bus and another day of work. The staff is also being dismissive with me and acting like they don't even care. They won't even let me know when I am supposed to go to OHSU so I can finally get this much needed dental work done after 3 months of run around. Don't go to this place if you seriously need dental work done within a 6 month time frame. No stars and trust me this place sucks. Ok so its been 3 days since I posted this. They called and told me they didnt have any openings until June 8th and want to set me ANOTHER appointment 6 MORE weeks away! That little message the "owner/robot sent me was bull. Its been four appointments....no work done at all...and they want me to come again...NO WAY. If this place cared at all they would make an opening IMMEDIATELY! Ive never in my life dealt with a worse company! Oh and corporate office wont even take my calls!

Don’t ever go here. Once you get your teeth worked you’ll continue to need teeth fixed. About 4 years ago I came here to get filling done because I had plan to get braces. But just a few month later I felt lots of pain one tooth. I went to different dental office in Gresham and found out I needed a root canal because the hygienist at this Dental care today hit a nerve on my tooth. Everyone is nice at this office but they are not careful and can’t seem to take responsibility for their actions. Then in mid July 2015 I decided to get braces (thinking getting orthodontist treatment would be different). So...I was pretty close to getting my braces off and they had scheduled me for an early appointment in case I was ready to get them off (when clearly my braces weren’t ready to come off) and Tara (the dentist assistant) who chipped my bottom tooth off. She didn’t tell me she chipped off my tooth. Luckily my cellphone was in my pocket and she left the room for a good 10-15 minutes. Came back and asked who my general dentist was (when they clearly had the tools to fix it because the general dentist was across the hall). She couldn’t even tell me that she chipped off my tooth until I confronted her. Then Dr. Reese came in and said that my teeth were weak and that’s what caused the chipping. First my teeth are not weak. I’ve had braces for more than 2 years and taking good caring for my teeth. I asked for a refund or for dental care today to pay for my services else where. They refund me $700 from the 5,750 I paid and 1500 insurance had covered. Now I’m at better at orthodontist office. My teeth weren’t aligned and there was so much twerking happening in my mouth. But my new DR is fixing his mistakes. Don’t get my wrong, He’s an awesome DR but how the situation was handled I was not happy about. I paid 1800 out of pocket to a new dental office in Portland and I’m happy with my decision because I don’t have to deal with people who can’t take responsibility for their mistake and aren’t careful. And yes, he did put a temporary filling on but that was not until I told him to take responsibility for what his assistant had done. Don’t go here, people. My regular dentist referred me here for a root canal. I saw all the low ratings and was a tad bit worried but overall I had a really good experience, check-in was way easy, all the staff were pleasant, the dental work went smoothly, and the Dentist even called later the same day just to make sure everything was still going well! I’d definitely wouldn’t hesitate being a return client.

I’m a 32 year old ESL teacher who really needed to bite the bullet and remove 3 wisdom teeth. The surgeon (Gvozden) took the time to explain that at this point, the teeth had grown very deep into my nerves and could potentially cause numbness or other nerve problems with removal— not good when I’m teaching language! He worked very quickly and said reassuring things such as “don’t be scared, big needle; almost done—“ and also “First tooth done! Second tooth done!” This was very helpful as far as handling my anxiety. The assistant was professional and quick as well. (I had my first wisdom tooth removed at a regular private practice office and it was 45 mins of torture, FYI— sometimes quick is best). I had only numbing shots and was fine and I regained full sensation to my mouth— no nerve damage. I had heard negative things about this office, but if you realize that the poor guy is given only twenty minutes to complete the task (he was administering sedation on another client by the time I got my purse and walked down the hall!) to save us money at this very affordable clinic, you will realize and empathize with his haste. I’m very sore, and he gave me sutures to help with bleeding, and prophylactic antibiotics to be safe— but I’m 100% satisfied!!

Got there at 1100 the lady at the front dest acted very rude cause she said i was early they told me the appt was at 1130 to be 30 min early for paperwork i get there and they say my appt is at 1230 its now 1240 ive been here almost 2 hours there making me wait longer because i was early how ridiculous is this.
