Absolute Dental - Eastern

If I could give a lower score I would. If you want to talk to someone in the office you have to go in person. Absolute dental doesn't answer phones in the office. Customer service is very poor. Billing is not on the same page as the Receptionist.

This has got to be the worste dentist office in all of Las Vegas , they never have your stuff on time . Have you come in just to reschedule, take your money but never keep up their part of the bargain , even giving me discolored veneers . My names Jonathon matos and every part of this company as been horrible . Especially when I’ve given them over 10k . They have messed up literally EVERY single appointment for the past two years . I would LOVE for someone and this location to FACT check this. This location is beyond unprofessional and a complete mess behind the scene . Can’t even get it together even after hiring a new team. They play the blame game all day on eachother . From past employees to the lab taking to long . Even said they sourced out and had mine made at a special lab because they messed up my last and are making it a priority, all this just to come in today and they said it’s behind .it’s all smoke and mirrors with this company

My experience was amazing. I was able to get my treatment done ✅ and the staff took the time to educate me on the procedures being done so I felt confident and content being able to get over my fear of the dentist. Thank you all for your help. (I wish I would’ve got names!)

The worse dental office in the world! The staff the dentist and the hygienist all of them. They haven’t finish my denture because Im so sick and tired for coming back and forth in their office just to fix these denture. I would not recommend this!!!Dental clinic in poor countries is better than this!

I felt as if I was being work on by dental students I had to go back several times for the same problem

This place is a SCAM they had me pay $39 for an exam and cleaning then refused the normal tooth cleaning and said “it would do nothing” but recommend a “discounted” rate of $495 per left and right side of mouth for a deep clean…. They also told me they would discount my total bill for all the things they found wrong but it still was over $7,000 for out of pocket expenses. Don’t waste your time. Also facility was dirty with dust and stains all over the chairs and x-ray equipment.

This location is absolutely Awful I’ve been having a setback since June with dentures And the ladies at front do not greet with Good morning Terrible terrible terrible just unacceptable smdh

This place is the worst! My wife has had appointments schedules multiple times and shown up and no one was there, no call or email or anything! We kept her home from school for an extraction and show up for them to tell us she needs her spacers out in order for us to do it. Didn't tell us that when scheduling the appointment. Now we have to bring her the day before winter break to do that! Dentists here are great, office staff has no idea what they are doing! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

The level of Incompetence in this office is frightening. Incorrect scheduling by office staff , clueless about location shipping of appliances, lost or misplacing appliances. It was completely ridiculous.

Horrible place never coming ever again had oral surgery performed they took all me teeth out except for 1 in the front, all people see when i smile now are just my gums ?????????????

WORST EVER!! I had oral surgery last week and have been in pain ever since. I've made 16 calls to the office over the last week and they NEVER answer their phone. The call center can't even get ahold of them. Next call is to my attorney.

I wouldn't send my worst enemy here! They have such horrible, extremely rude customer service thats full of attitude, they overbook you and make you wait up to 45 minutes before calling you back to wait some even more. Never again will i let me or my insurance pay them even a penny. If you have to wait longer to see another dentist please do yourself the favor. My insurance only pays for one pair of dentures and the ones they made are horrible and don't fit. Im.pretty sure I got someone elses dentures so now until I can come up with 56,000 dollars for denture implants Im forced to walk around with no teeth and have been for a year completely embarrassing. This place told me my insurance covered implants and after my teeth were pulled they were like oh yea uh they don't cover them only regular dentures. HORRIBLE PLACE

Do not recommend.. my smile is not the same and my teeth are really sensitive now …. All for a deep clean that cost me about $500 and my insurance over $2000 dollars for a deep clean.!!! Had no cavities , had no issues in my mouth before I got there… Really felt like I was robbed.. Ridiculous.. no sort of getting a hold of them. And will avoid you no matter what. Do not go there….

This is the second time that I’ve shown up for a scheduled appointment and the doors were locked. I have my appointment card and email reminder showing that I have an appointment at this time and no one is here. The only reason why I gave two stars is because when I actually do go there the dental hygienist is great. The lady that I spoke to in customer service was really nice and offered to reschedule my appointment but I will not be coming back to absolute dental. I have had to take time off of work to show up for an appointment just for no one to be there.

All of these places are horrible. Took my wife to two of them. And we call to see if they take her insurance. They say yes then we get there and they take it but the Doctor does not.

Rude, Unprofessional, Unorganized and All around joke. DO NOT GO HERE! Staff is so incredibly rude, they have NO business working with the public. Staff is incompetent and unorganized and act like they are doing you a favor dealing with you.

Review is based on front desk staff. Absolutely Horrible! Staff is all over the place no type of communication between patient and staff at all. When you walk in they don't greet you or acknowledge you. You have to speak first. The wait time is ridiculous don't tell you if they're running behind and when you ask they act like it they don't know anything, just "it shouldn't be that much longer". Poor customer/ patient service especially the front desk. Only thing positive is the their office is clean. If you have to reschedule they don't ask where you want to be seen they just schedule at whatever location fits your time frame, not okay. Overall staff definitely needs retraining on proper customer service and care or hire new people who actually like there job. Will not be returning.

When I booked my appointment for my tooth extraction they quoted me a price when the day of my surgery arrived they were attempting to charge me over $200 more than they originally quoted me and told me things changed. But they didn’t call to give a heads up or anything. They don’t have good communication skills in between staff. They tell you one thing and the other staff member tells you something different. They all need to go back to school and graduate again because they are incompetent

If you come here to see the oral surgeon, be prepared to wait 2 hours after your appointment time. Oh and if it’s summer be prepared to wait in your hot car because they will tell you they are at maximum capacity. Oral surgeon only works one day a week, if that, and is over booked every time. They don’t warn you this so at least I’m trying to.

Hugo is not very professional leaves customers on hold for ten mins more. Try to avoid this place people. My daughter had an appointment an they don't have the courtesy to call you back an nothing is wrong with her teeth.

This is the first time I have come to this Absolute Dental location. One word, AMAZING! All of the employees were completely nice and very informative with my personal reason why I needed to come to a dentist. I’am glad they speak English and Spanish because it is very helpful for those who only speak one language. They provided me the perfect information I needed for my procedure and great knowledge to why I need certain things to ensure my teeth and gum are cured and healed. Most definitely will recommend this place to everyone in need of a dental assistance with themselves or their own children and family’s.

I WAS CHARGED US$ 39.00 FOR THE CO PAY VISIT (WHICH WAS INCLUDED IN MY DENTAL PLAN) I ASKED FOR A DEEP CLEANING, I WAS TOLD THAT WOULD COST US 300.00 (MY DENTAL PLAN AROUND US$ 70- 80) THE DOCTOR SAID I HAD A LOT TO DO, INCLUDING 4 CROWNS AND I WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR US$ 5101.00, BUT IF WANTED TO UPGRADE THE CROWNS I HAD TO PAY AN EXTRA US$ 300.00 FOR EACH, SO ANOTHER US$1200.00, I CALLED MY DENTAL INSURANCE, I HAD TO PAY AROUND US150.00 EACH. HALF THE PRICE!! THEY ARE NOT RESPECTING THE PRICES AGREED WITH THE DENTAL INSURANCE, IS IT A SIMPLE "MISTAKE" ? ???? I AM ALSO HAVING A HARD TIME TRYING TO GET MY DIGITAL X RAYS,

Absolute worst

Hi guys now listen, im a big guy and scared of the dentist really scared, but this place here Dr. Chung and his entire staff did a great job on making me feel safe and in good hands, David the office manager did a fantastic job also, I will recommend Absolute Dental at this location to everyone.

Absolute Dental has the absolute worse communication I have ever encountered. 1)They literally never follow up a call. 2)They refused to send a referral after making it themselves. 3)I will call to ask question and will be on hold for 20min+ and the call will hung up. I literally don't know how its possible to have such horrible follow up and communication. I was only helped (after 5 days of back and forth/miscommunication the phone) when walking into the office IN PERSON and speaking to a manager. It's truly pathetic. I truly did not receive the service these positive reviews claim. Avoid this company and save yourself the TIME and MONEY.

Dont count on them if you have a dental emergency. Cant get hold of a specific location to find if there open or not. Left a message no response yet. Went to my location were only treating kids. Told to come back monday at 8am even tho I have an infected tooth and swollen.

Had a great experience at this branch. The entire staff was kind and helpful. Will definitely be coming here to have any future dental work done!

This office was great!! I went in to get my yearly check up and cleaning and I was very pleased with the service! The staff was very friendly. Alexis at the front desk helped me with lots of questions I had on cosmetic work. Im excited to get my teeth fixed and im glad they offer payment plans!

Since the moment I showed interest in becoming a client, they have been exceptional at guiding me through the process. They really take the time to complete a full exam on my individualized needs before performing a teeth cleaning. I have never seen a dentistry give such holistic care as they do. Best service I ever had! Dr Han is great and very informative, if you have any questions she is happy to answer them. The assistants are great as well! The people who work here are very nice, they work to make sure their patients are comfortable. I've had 2 dental emergencies and they got me in within a few hrs of letting them know. The office manager David is the best! Dr. Han is amazing! She explains things clearly and checks on her patient and she works.

If i could give a zero star I would. I give the lowest rate because my experience was not good. I went to get partials and they wasted my time by doing unnecessary examing of my other teeth and said i need to fix my crowns get root cannels and fix my cavities first before i can get my partial which would cost me thousands of dollars. I went in to get my partial and they would not let me do so. They told me i have to fix my cavities first then do partial and i told them i didnt want to do that. I left without even getting my partial done and i am upset. The only thing they care about is getting more money out of you and ripping people off. I would go in with caution.

These people are THE DREAM TEAM!! Dr. Han is delightful and a tremendous Dentist as is Dr. Chan!! Her ENTIRE staff (Conrado, Jennifer, Sveta, BB, Adela - each and everyone of you so very kind and professional!!!) David is WONDERFUL upfront keeping everything running smooth and organized along with Alexis! I had a PAINLESS Root Canal, Crown, Fillings, and my husband also Crown but Extraction and Bridge forthcoming. MOST HIGHLY RECOMMEND, 10 STARS!!

My daughter in law had appointment at 10. We arrive 935. She was not taken in til 1105 at 1156 still has not started working on her this is just crazy that they can get you in at appointment time and get you out thank God I don't go here and never will!!!!! Omg we are still here almost 1pm for only pulling 3 teeth!!!!!!!!

Called and was put on hold for 2 hours. I have a problem with my teeth would it be too much to ask for someone to answer the phone for a 30 second question? That being said I'm taking my business elsewhere

I can’t say enough good things about Absolute Dental and especially Dr. Han. Like many of us, I hate going to the dentist. It’s been too long since I have been to the dentist and needed deep cleaning and three broken teeth crowned. The hygienist was very good and she got my teeth feeling very clean. I’m sorry I can’t remember her name. She also has me on a good plan for hygiene using a Oral-B electric toothbrush, proper flossing & using a water pic. Dr. Han and her staff did a great job on the crowns. Between them and the lab they use, they all feel natural and look fantastic. The front office staff were also very friendly and helpful. This is now my dentist for life. Thank you so much.

The oral surgeon treatment coordinator... Jackie has been amazing.. we needed to get in quickly n she accommodated us n was so gracious about it. She has been lovely every single time we called her... I’m very grateful for her!!! N the chairs in the waiting rooms in all your office’s are horrible n uncomfortable.

This is the most unprofessional place! I made an appointment with the specialist for 4 months ago and they’ve cancelled my appointment for no reason 4 times already and when I call to reschedule my appointment they can NEVER find me on the schedule. I’ve been in pain for months now, going somewhere else!

My experience at the eastern location was not pleasant thanks to front desk rep/what ever she is and her name is Tasha. She needs more training on her customer service. If I didn't need to see the dentist I would have left but I will be changing my location due to her. She told me I can only pick one side top or bottom to get check when im having issues on both sides and tried to up sell me. I said to the lady that was checking me in that I wanted my entire mouth checked emergency dental and Tasha jumped in the conversation forcing me to pick a side. "I'M NOT SAYING EVERYTHING SHE SAID" BUT VERY RUDE. when that's not a full evaluation/consultation. I wanted my entire mouth to be examined which my insurance told me im covered for x-ray, examinations, cleaning, dentures and extractions if I choose etc, I made sure before I set my appointment. I submitted everything online of my concerns and why I was making the appointment. I get there and sign in at 7:56am with an appointment set for 8am which that is the time they open. I was the only one in there at the time and everyone that sign in after me was seen before me. I did not get seen until after 9:30am. To only spend 5-10 minutes with a Doctor that only did an xray on the side I was forced to pick. No work was performed the time I left there office waiting for my paper work was after 10:30am. I will never go to that location ever again. I gave a two Star because it wasn't the whole Staff just Tasha I believe that's her name.

If you have Medicaid they tell you they are all booked up for 2 months Call back with cash or other insurance they get you right in

Went here with tooth pain needing an extraction. Dentist does not do them and refers to the in house oral surgeon who is far more expensive and of course not there. Don't go here for emergency. They will have you make an appointment and come back.

Waiting over a month for appointment to have broken infected tooth extracted. 2 days before appt im told dr wont be in we have to reschedule. BUT..then i get a call back telling me they had s cancellation and that i can in fact be seen that day. Hmmmm....guess it has nothing to do with dr and EVERYTHING to do with what type of insurance you have. Disgusting the way people on medicaid are treated.

great staff!! everyone is so nice.. all the doctors and the assistance are very good at what they do! they all take their time to make sure you leave with a nice clean smile!! my favorite assistant is Adrianna i believe thats her name.. she has beautiful blonde hair with a beautiful southern accent!! she does amazing work and takes her job very serious!! thanks again Absolute!!

Dr G is an amazing Oral surgeon very nice helpful staff super understanding walks you through the whole process and just make sure that you’re comfortable at all times and that everything is OK with you

Had my top 2 wisdom teeth extracted with just local anesthesia and laughing gas, and I didn’t feel a thing!. Rashonda was sooooooooooo helpful and talked to me & calmed me down because I was a little nervous. She was an amazing dental assistant. Dr. Golnazarian was the best dentist I’ve ever had. He was very personable and funny as heck! The extractions literally took less than 5 minutes. 5 star crew all the way!

Dr. Golnazarian and Rashonda were awesome. They eased my anxiousness regarding sedation and the procedure was quick.

I absolute hate this place they like to say your insurance cover the work that they are doing at the moment nd then give u a bill a month later saying ur insurance wasnt covered like to schedule appointment but when u get there they say they dont have time customer service is rude i will never go back like to mixx my information up with my mom information

I would like to thank the WHOLE office, as a group I was taken care of. I had to go to another office for the root canal by Dr. James Chin, because my office didn't want me to wait in pain. So Grace the office manager JUMPED through hoops to get it scheduled. Andrea, got the appoint done. Then while I went to the appoint day of things went down hill as no information was relayed. So Khrystal in the office JUMPED in an ran with the problem until all was well and Dr. Chin was able to do the root canal. I came back to the eastern office the following monday and had the crown installed. Dr Hon was happy I was taken care of by Dr. Chin as his work is wonderful. Thanks, thanks again. I can't say enough about the hoops this office will JUMP through to make you well. Laura

Not recommended at all. My mom visited them couple of months back for crowning, right after the visit it did not feel that the job was done properly. She gave it sometime and tried visiting back. The endodontist grinded the tooth which made tooth rough as a rock and made it worse. We Scheduced 4 times, first and second time they cancelled saying doctor had to leave for emergency, third time they did not even show up and said everyone was in a training (then why did you book an appt. Come on) fourth time was ridiculous, I went there for a 3pm appt and the front desk said ohh you were booked for 2pm and now you are late. I showed the 3pm confirmation messages that she wasn't expecting me to pull up, and I could see how she got astonished as her lie was caught. I took so many hrs of sick leave for one tooth. UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND LIERS.

I would like to Thank Andrea for the amazing service she provided me with a cleaning and taking her time. I am really nervous at Dental office and she was super sweet. Not only did she express to me she just moved here from S. Carolina but she has the Coolest Southern accent and you can tell she has Southern hospitality. If you are looking for a Great Hygienist, Eastern Absolute Dental is your place. Thank you to the whole Team for your awesome service.

I have been trying to make an appointment and they keep on giving me fake phone numbers and saying that I am not in there system yet I have been to this one a month ago

Staff is friendly and very professional. Im usually very anxious at the dentist but they were fast and did an amazing job. I'll never want to go anywhere else. Just went back to have my new crown placed. It fits like its real. I had a crown done somewhere else and it has never fit right. I cant say enough for how great these people are.

I want to Thank Eastern Absolute Dental Team for all their help in giving me Great Dental Service. The whole team from Front Staff to the back was just Wonderful. I don't have family here and older so I depend on taxi's to get me here and a Very nice Staff member paid for my Uber to come for services. They went above and beyond to treat me like Family. I don't see much of this patient care here in Vegas. Grace provided Southern Hospitality to me. We need more Health care professionals like this Team. Thank you so much again.

Moved to Vegas recently and I needed to take my little one in for tooth pain. Turns out he needed a root canal. The whole process was simple and easy. The entire staff, fromthe front desk to the office manager were polite amd professional. Dr. Han was awesome! He kept my son calm and happy throughout the process. Just amazing. Will definitely be bringing my other children here. Keep up the great work.

Excellent staff! My four-year-old needed to be seen and the dental assistant, Tzeveta, was extremely loving and patient with him. Dr Hon was fantastic and even did some magic tricks! This is a great place to bring the kids!

i set an appt for tooth extraction. had been in pain for a week. told them the moment I got in the office I told them I needed the tooth removed. sat there for 90 minutes so they Could tell me they're oral surgeon isn't in and I'll have to wait a week. why take my appt and my money when I came in knowing exactly what I needed done. called 1800dentist otw out. they found me an office that would see me, extract the tooth, and waive the dental exam!!
