I don’t even know where to start… Never experience what I felt today, the way I was treated, and the way the staff in the office made me feel, it’s very disturbing and sad that a professional Medical office doesn’t know how to talk with customers when they have questions or concerns, and they don’t even listen or acknowledge you and just want you to leave, like we the customers are bothering them…left the office in tears and feeling humiliated and the office Manager didn’t even care and stated they had other things to do…very sad

The visit here is always welcoming and pleasant.

I have had the sincere pleasure of being supported by Dr. Cowin, Donna, Georgie, and now Merita. I'm near the end of the process, and I must say, they are now friends in addition to being highly competent and caring professionals. They worked closely with my dentist, providing a tightly integrated approach. I highly recommend the practice to anyone.

My daughter needed an expander and it was a wonderful experience.Everyone is nice and friendly, they respect the Covid CDC guildelines,nice and clean,overall a great experience.Waiting time is great as well, absolutely recommend CT Braces!

I went to CT braces with my kids today and had a great experience. Alyson (sorry if that is not spelled right) was so patient and kind to me. I had confusion regarding my insurance and she was great! She helped me tbrough the entire process. This is my second time there so far and everyone from the front desk to the staff working with Dr Cowin is so nice! Great experience!
