I was unbelievably unhappy with this appointment. I was told the wrong time for my appointment and waited over an hour to be seen and at no point did anyone come up to clear the confusion. When I checked in they simply said I would be seen shortly. While the dental assistant that work with me was amazing, Dr. Ervin simply came into the room, looked in my mouth and said I had 5 cavities and needed a root canal. When I tried to ask him questions about that, he just walked out of the room. Very unprofessional and I do not trust him to do any work on me.

I've been going to this location for quite a few years now (5+). I must say the staff is exquisite, courteous & friendly. It's been about a dozen times― they have yet to upset or dissatisfy me, whatsoever. I'm very baffled as to why some of these people write obscure, and outlandish commentary. I've never waited more than twenty minutes (or so) in the waiting room which has practically the most comfortable couches ever. I believe that the doctor is superb, as are his staff members. They've even surprised me by allowing me to swing by last minute if there is a cancellation, which is appreciated. I would definitely HIGHLY recommend them― especially anyone seeking a higher level of care in the dental industry. ??

If you need a great dentist,look no further than Dr Ervin and his staff. Quick,painless, informative, and friendly. . The staff were all helpful friendly and just all around positive vibes.

We have been going to Best Dental Care for about 3 years,the doctor is very friendly and professional, he is one of best dentist in Danbury area, I would highly recommend him for anyone who is looking for a great dentist. Ford family.

I personally have gone and never waited more then 15 mins for a appointment and have in the past done what ever they needed to help me with pain . So personally have not had a bad experie ce yet

This place is totally unprofessional. They can not keep receptionists everyone quits, the staff does not get along. The girl who is there makes up prices she charges different prices for different people. If you get my drift. She runs the office and does not care about the patients. Prices are expensive even with the PBA INDURANCE. The doctor lets her do whatever she wants it appears to be her practice not his.

10X13, NYC PBA MEMBERS STAY . DR ERVIN AGABABAEV IS STRAIGHT UP SCAMMING. HE COMES IN SEE YOUR TEETH WITH A LITTLE RESIDING GUM LINE AND TELLS U THEY ARE CAVITIES. I NEVER HAD CAVITIES, MY TEETH R BRITE WHITE. A CAVITIE IS TOOTH DECAY. HE NEVER ASK U IF THEY BOTHER U OR DISCUSSES PREVENTIVE MEASURES. HE SAID I HAD 4 CAVITIES. I WENT BACK TO MY OLD DENTIST 80 MILES AWAY AND HE SAID I DON'T HAVE ANY! !!!

This has been hands down the worst medical office I have ever been to. Please do your research and never subject yourself to the people in this office. Best dental is one of the worst run offices I have ever been to. My experience from start to finish was terrible. It is unfathomable that they are still in business. The receptionist doesn't know how to treat the patient with respect or do her job. She is unprofessional, condescending, rude and nasty. The work that was done to my teeth was just as bed as the service i received from the front of the office. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE EVER GOING TO best DENTAL. If i could rate them without any stars I would.

The tools used in this dental place are rusting and looked dirty it was a disgusting experience. The woman in the front desk has no education and does not know what customer service is. My appoinment was also cancelled because the dentist didn't show up. Unprofessional i am extremely disgusted i will never go back to that place. Is not worth it

the women who answer phones and work at the desk are condescending, make you feel like your questions are stupid, and are downright rude. each of my 4 experiences with them are exactly the same. but my real problem is when I "had a cavity filled" by the male Indian "Doctor" and it hurt for weeks and weeks after and turns out I STILL have a cavity there. As I was leaving that appointment I made an appointment for my next the following week, which they cancelled the day of. what the hell was he doing in my mouth? I can't help but think they just took my $. And I can't help but think they cancelled my second appointment bc he knew I would figure it out. I don't know how they're still in business. I will never go back and I wish I could have the $ back that I spent out-of-pocket on having a cavity filled, which still bothers me every day.

ATTENTION TO NYCPBA MEMBERS I have been a patient there for a few years. They scheduled me for an appointment and then they tried to cancel it a week before the appointment. That is fine but the problem was that they called my house phone which is on fax all the time for business purposes. They were unable to get through. They have my cell phone as a secondary contact number, they never called. When they saw my home phone they could have sent a fax, but they did not. So I went in for my appointment as scheduled. Donna said oh no we were trying to call you to cancel but we kept getting a fax. So I asked why didn't you call the cell phone. She said she did but did not get an answer, How about leaving a message but she had no answer for that. How about sending a letter she said they do not send letters, well how about sending a fax. No answer. They stink! Lisa who also works there said well we can make another appointment I said I would not be coming back in fact you can let the dentist know he just lost 5 patients myself and the remainder of my family because they could care less that I made a trip for no reason. She said well you better think about it there are not many PBA dentists around this area so I guess she thought I had to put up with their pathetic service! Well think again I don't and will not! The sad part is that the dentist will not know that he lost 5 patients because his front end staff are unprofessional and could care less. REGARDLESS LISA GUESS WHAT I found a better place to go and I do not have to settle for BS service. The dentist should reflect this on your pay!

Dr's great. Front end is definitely lacking CS skills. Mostly state cases it appears, also, pushes for their 6 month orthodontic services. Don't do it.
