Finding medical equipment for my mother using her Medicare Ins. was virtually impossible in Danbury until I called AWA. Juanna processed everything through the insurance. I picked up the entire script within an hour. Thank you Juanna for being so helpful and knowledgeable. Awesome customer service.

The staff here came thru big time when my nebulizer gave out and i was having trouble with a script being sent to rite aid. I called them told them the issue they called my doctors office themselves to get the script sent over and had it ready for me when i got there.. best of all the nice lady i spoke to hooked me up with a hot pink one! Great work!!!

AWA has helped my family out tremendously; especially my grandfather. We were in need of a hospital bed for him because he had surgery and liked the way the bed felt at the hospital and how it helped him progress after the surgery. The AWA staff were very respectful, kind, caring and very knowledgible on the products they dispense at their store. The atmosphere was well kept and nicely put together. Overall, I will be suggesting their service to family and friends. Thank You for your service !
