Arizona Advanced Dental

I have been dental phobic most of my life but could no longer ignore my dental issues. This place was by far the BEST dental experience ever. They went well out of their way to make sure I was comfortable during a long 4 hour dental visit. Highly highly recommend!

I love that when I call a real person answers phone, not a recording. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. Vai did a great job last time I was in.

As a new patient, I had very positive experience at Arizona Advanced Dental. The whole staff was very friendly and informative. Vai was super helpful during my x-rays and gum inspection and explained everything in detail. I trust Arizona Advanced Dental for my next treatment and highly recommend them.

Had my first visit with Arizona Advanced Dental recently and it was the best cleaning I’ve ever had. The entire staff was very welcoming and the atmosphere made it an easy going experience. Vai was awesome!! :)

Such an amazing place. Over the weekend, I was having some serious pain and made an appointment for Monday morning online. They usually will call you to confirm an appointment time, but I wasn’t aware of that, so I showed up for the appointment I made and they were just getting in the office. They made sure to get me in and took care of me right away. They gave a thorough treatment plan and referred me somewhere to get my wisdom teeth taken out. They’re great at explaining everything in detail. Dr. Cutler is super genuine and really awesome. Then got me in the very next day for teeth cleaning with Kimberlie and she was AMAZING! I’m a single mom and don’t have child-care for the weekdays so they reassured me over and over that I could bring my 4 month old with me, which I REALLY appreciated. Can’t say enough great things about this place.

The staff from beginning to the end of my visit was amazing. Vai one of his staff members was so sweet and made me aware of some additional services to improve my health even further. Dr Cutler was very knowledgeable, kind, and repaired my tooth the same day as well as corrected a tooth problem prior that he noticed right away. The office was clean, comfortable with great music ?I felt very well taken care of and look forward to my next visit. Looks like I’ve found my new dental home. Thank you all for providing such wonderful dental service and experience.

This place was great! Amazing dental cleaning from Kim and a pleasure to meet and have my teeth double checked by Dr. Cutler. At the end of the session the office manager Chassity checked me out quick and easy. Honestly great experience, and I'm glad I picked this dentist.

I have been treated excellent by your staff. Dr. Cutler was excellent with his treatment of me and my finances. I felt knowledgeable and very comfortable during the entire procedure. No Pain! Also Vai did a wonderful job of putting me at ease, and treated me with kid gloves. She did an excellent job with the x-rays, cleaning, and assisting Dr Cutler. I enjoyed their professional treatment and compassion. I also enjoyed their gently singing along softly to the music as they worked. Gloria assisted Dr Cutler superby. She was right their with everything he needed as he needed them. They both filled my mouth and were so thorough in their work. Again, NO PAIN during our 2 and 1/2 hour appointment or later at home. If I could give 0 or even negative stars I would strictly due to the manager at this location. Quite possibly might be the worst experience of trying to get a refund I've ever witnessed. I went in to get TMJ looked at back in the first week of August. They of course said I needed a mouth guard. I didn't even have time to think before I had a $390 bill being thrown in my face. I was assured insurance wouldn't cover it and that I'd need to pay the whole cost. Turns out insurance did cover the amount of $195. Fast forward two months and 5-6 separate conversations with the manager and I have yet to receive a refund. I was told the refund was processed on the 23rd. It wasn't. I was told it was processed again on the 7th. Still no refund. My suggestion is if you need to pay for something before they will provide service, go elsewhere. It's not worth the headache.

Fastest root canal I’ve ever had. And the first one ever that was completely pain free. Amazing dental office. Everyone there, the dentists, hygienists, receptionists and office manager are kind people. This is the only dental office I’ve ever been to where they make sure nothing hurts, even cleaning on sensitive teeth. I need some major restorative work done, they were willing to work around my budget to get priorities fixed.

I have been going to Dr. Clifford for many years. He and his staff are the nicest people. The dental hygienists are very thorough, kind, and accommodating. They also really live up to the "Advanced" in their name, as they can now make crowns and such on site during your visit. I like getting the text message reminders for my appointments. I highly recommend this practice.

This is a great practice that our family has been going to for nearly 10 years. They are thorough and include you in decisions about corrective care—what is best for you the patient and for them. Great help to us in every situation.

I'm 7 months pregnant and I got my teeth cleaned today with VAI and she was amazing. She got all the buildup off my teeth and was so nice and helpful throughout the whole process. She did such a good job on my teeth I want her to work on my teeth all the time highly recommend this office

By far the best dentist I’ve ever been to! Extremely nice and friendly staff and Dentists that know what they’re doing. Went in for 2 fillings and was out in 30 minutes. If you’re looking a new dentist office or a better one, this is the place!

I have been going to Arizona Advanced since 2005 have always had excellent care and Kimberlie is very pleasant and explains everything she is doing.

I like many people had been putting off going to the dentist for as long as I could. I have great insurance but never used it and after a really painful toothache I decided it was time. Found Arizona Advanced Dental through my insurance and read the reviews which were stellar. I had a bad experience with dentist so another reason I was skeptical. From the beginning I was welcomed as if I were a long time patient with perfect teeth! I was honest about how I felt about my oral health and both the Hygienist and Dentist made me feel very comfortable and instilled trust in me that they knew what they were doing. Not once did I feel any sort of anxiety or want to run out of there. The opposite! They set me up with a plan to get my mouth healthier and they offer assistance in applying for Care Credit if you need. Chassity the Office Manager was amazing as well laying out my plan and helping me apply for Care Credit and thoroughly explaining anything and everything. Seriously, I cannot wait to go back to the dentist and get my work done. Schedule your appointment right now!

I had Vai for a teeth cleaning. She was efficient, competent, gentle, and friendly. I never wait more than 5 min for my appointments. I have been going here for at least 7 years. Dr. Clifford is amazing. 2021 update: Another visit, another hassle-free, worry-free, and pain-free cleaning.

By far the best Dentist and staff you will find anywhere! I had not been to the dentist for a very long time due to horribly traumatic experiences in the past with other dentists. Dr. Cutler is fantastic. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and explains everything to you in detail. I have had a lot of dental work done by them in the last few weeks and every time it is pain free and done perfectly. The staff is the best you will find anywhere and always make you feel comfortable. Not only is Dr. Cutler and all of the staff experts technically, they also are great people that truly care about their patients and their needs. I went from being terrified of dentists to being a raving fan of this entire team! Special thanks to Dr. Cutler, Emma, and Kimberlie for such great care!

First of all, I would like to say how sweet, kind, and caring Angelica is. She is the receptionist at the front desk. She made me feel like I was her only patient. I have significant anxiety and was having a major procedure done. She took the time to talk to me and make me feel so comfortable. Second, Dr. Cutler was also excellent, kind, and caring. Words cannot even say how wonderful he is at his profession. I was worried about getting numb; it used to take six shots at least to get me numb. But in three shots I was done. And the shots did not even hurt. I felt zero pain during the entire procedure. I expected to be there for a couple of hours, but within an hour, I was done and out of there! The staff is fantastic and super friendly. I wouldn't know why anyone would want to go anywhere else. I highly recommend this office. I would give them a trillion stars if I could.

She was very kind and attentive to my needs, she gave great recommendations and made the overall process a bit more relaxing (which is not a word I would commonly use to describe the dentist). The front and back office at Arizona Advanced Dental are friendly and professional and I feel welcomed every time I walk through their doors. My hygienist, Kimberlie, is very gentle and thorough with my oral care. Dr. Cutler, and Dr. Clifford are caring, knowledgeable and up to date on the latest dental technology.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Clifford and his wonderful staff. They were able to work with me on a small doable payment schedule and to continue my visits. My major visits are done and a small balance left thanks to Vai, Brook, Shelby, Stacey and the rest of the staff... If you are looking for a painless, friendly and accomodating dentist - this is the place.. I no longer fear going to the dentist because I know I am in great hands. I found my dentist.

EXCELLENT JOB ON CROWNS! Very pleased with my experience at AZ Advanced Dental. I made an appointment with Dr Cutler and in less than 2 hours he and his dental assistant, Michelle had placed a new crown and filled 3 cavities. My concern was needing a new clear retainer tray due to the new crown as I just finished Invisalign treatment. I just returned from my orthodontists office who specifically asked who did my crown because he said without looking in my chart he wouldn't have been able to tell which tooth was the crown. They were also able to match it closely enough to my old tooth that I DID NOT need new retainers. It's hard to come across people that perform quality work so I always make an effort to recognize those that do when I experience it first hand. Huge shout out to Dr. Cutler and his dental assistant Michelle.

I just had my 6 month cleaning check up and I am so glad to have Dr Cutler as our dentist along with his team. The new office update is really nice and the staff does a great job at making all feel comfortable and safe during this crazy Covid. What was best of all with the new technology they have, they were able to diagnose, treat and finish the entire process of two crowns all in one appointment. I was in and out in a very short time period and both of the crowns fit and look great with no second appointment needed. I am more than satisfied with Arizona Advanced Dental and highly recommend their office. Thank you Dr. Cutler. BTW he has a very happy heart! Cherri Woodruff

Excellent cleaning appt, Very professional!

Started out the visit with a front desk employee walking in without a mask on, and took their time in doing so. (Even though their front door sign clearly states masks are required to enter. I guess staff are an exception.) Temperature checks required for patients, but not staff. X-ray gown was not sanitized after use, which made me question if it was cleaned before hand. Entire cleaning visit with hygienist and dentist seemed like they were selling something. My husband heard the same thing during his visit. It's tough to tell what's actually necessary, because they don't show you or explain. Claimed I have a cavity, didn't tell me during the exam. I had to ask where it was. Most dentists will help explain severity and prioritize treatments, they made me feel guilty for wanting to wait. I guess I shouldn't trust mailers for choosing a dentist office.

The Dr. Cutler and his assistant Michelle were very attentive to my request and did a wonderful job. There is an excellent atmosphere within this office amongst all the staff. My only suggestion is for the assistant to be sure to clear saliva out of a patient's mouth more frequently. At times the build up was a bit much.

If you ever have ta go ta the dentist, go here. They explain, help, examine, get your input, and make crowns, on site. Great people. Thank you Vai, Michelle, Cutler.
