From the first phone call I knew this was the dental office for my family! Everyone we met was kind and courteous. The level of care we received from Dr. Liu was top notch!

The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful.

My oldest who is 8, has very high anxiety about the dentist. Dr job man and crew took very good care of her today and made her less nervous for this visit and one to come!! I’ve never seen an assistant take such care of a child patient and such concern as well!! Update on my now 9 year old. Had an appointment with Dr Jobman, she was very nervous but as always, Dr. Jobman used her best judgement to take the best care of my child and her teeth?! She is less nervous about her next appointment even though she will be asleep!! Thank you again Dr. Jobman and crew!

The dental assistant and dr. Williams were amazing! They were very supportive and patient with my child.

It was great that I could get all my kids seen at the same time!

Black Hills Pediatric Dentistry is Great! I take my four children here. They are able to get them in and out with no fuss!

They’re not willing to work with a family schedule to get a 2 foot fixed they said it’s their policy that they have to come during the day but then it’s the doctors choice that makes no sense I am now going to a different Dennis from here on out because I just felt like everyone was rude even when I called to ask for a supervisor they wouldn’t give me one and I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody at this point

They were really great with my son being that it was his first time at this dentist. He isn't very good with change so it was nice that they were able to make him feel comfortable.

Very friendly staff, they answered all the our questions & concerns no matter how random we asked. My son wasn't uncomfortable at all & was only hating it for a moment but other than that he enjoyed the little gifts. I highly recommend BHPD! So glad they take Medicaid.

The staff here was so great with my daughter. She is 6yrs old and very scared of new things. They gave her a tour, worked with her, and by the time we were finished, she got further in that one visit than we have ever gotten. I would so recommend this place to anyone. Even though it takes over 2 hours to just get there, I will still keep going!

They do a great job with the kids! Always efficient and on time of getting in and all the work done in good time.

Make sure that when the appointment is scheduled for a certain time don’t let the patient wait twenty minutes.

I enjoy bringing my kids here. Best care as far as dental for children. I trust the staff with the care of my children's teeth. They're always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

We are not regular patients of Black Hills Pediatrics but have visited them twice when we were in the area and had concerns that needed addressed immediately. On both occasions, Black Hills Pediatrics was incredibly accommodating in getting us in and addressing our concerns. There was no reason they needed to do this as we live out of town and will not become regular patients. But that didn't seem to be a concern. What was clearly apparent is that they genuinely cared about our kids' well being and that meant everything to us. Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentists were warm and welcoming. My son was so enamoured at our visit that he wanted the dentist to come home with us. Absolutely wonderful experience.

Friendly and made my kids and I comfortable!

BHPD is fantastic, my children feel safe and comfortable going to the dentist. I love that they go back by themselves letting them build confidence in themselves and their ability to care for themselves! They know I am right there for any reason, but they get to practice. You know it's a great experience when your child says Mom when I grow up I want to be a dentist!
