Dr Anderson has been my dentist since his father retired. He is honest and up to date on the latest changes in dentistry. I have referred many friends to him. Also I have a new hygienist! She is great!!

I am always greeted with warmth when I walk in the door for appointments and receive excellent dental care from everyone who has done routine cleaning. And Dr. John Anderson, who is my dentist there, is really, really good. I say all of that as one of those people who has had bad experiences that make me wary of going to the dentist. The care I receive from everyone at Anderson have taken that anxiety away.

I love the treatment and care I receive from the Anderson Dental team!! They always provide the best service and are utilizing cutting edge technology in the dental industry. I may be a little partial but I have the best Hygienist in Kimmie!! She does a great job cleaning my teeth and giving me fresh feeling teeth and gums.

The appointment started on time and the service was outstanding. I am impressed with the use of high=tech equipment to make the patient's experience more pleasant and, I am sure, make the work more precise. I would highly recommend Anderson.

The dentist is great!

I haven’t experienced a more professional, yet more personally connected dental, or any other professional experience. Dr. John is a real gem. You won’t find a more caring group. As an aside, they are all dental perfectionists. Jeff (an unbelievable assistant) is a rockstar. Flat out great people.

I needed a diagnostic visit due to cold sensitivity. I was seen the next day. Turns out I need a crown. I was set up for another next day appointment to get the crown. Fantastic service!

My wife and I first started seeing Dr. Scott Anderson when I was a grad student at the university in the late 1980s. When we moved back to Champaign in 2015, one of the things we did not need to worry about was who we would select as our dentist. Although the technology his offices use has changed significantly in the last 30 years, what hasn't changed is the excellent care we receive from Dr. Anderson and his staff. They are highly competent, professional, and a joy to interact with.

I started going to Anderson Dental in 2014 after several years of no dental visits due to a terrible experience with my childhood dentist. My anxiety was sky high and they were able to put me at ease even at my first appointment. My most recent appointment on Dec 6th, that care continued. I made a comment about preferring the hydrosonic cleaning over manual due to the noise and immediately that note was added to my file for next time. If you want a dentist who can give individual care and attention, I absolutely recommend Anderson Dental!

Dr. Alvarez and his team do great work and provide a very friendly environment. He is very thorough in explaining the process and possible complications. They were able to get me in in less than a day to get a tooth pulled. Simply amazing!

AVOID THIS SCAM, graduate students! I was looking for a new dentist and spoke with their receptionist, who assured me that they take graduate students' Delta Dental and have plenty of grad student patients. She warned me that they require payment upfront and then submit the bill to Delta Dental for reimbursement. When I arrived for my appointment, I confirmed this information again with the front desk and my hygienist. A simple check-up with no problems or peculiarities cost me $300!! Delta Dental couldn't cover more than half because of Anderson's exorbitant rate! A Delta Dental representative told me she'd never seen anyone charge so much. It took five weeks of back and forth with a rude Anderson Dental administrative worker, who kept interrupting me, telling me to stop talking, and spouting nonsense about the importance of communication and recognizing that these processes take time (FIVE WEEKS!? Just admit that you forgot or were trying to wait me out) to receive payment from Anderson Dental after they'd acknowledged that they had misled me. These people are scammers and their workers should be embarrassed that they stoop to trying to steal from graduate students. Never going back.

I always receive outstanding care from the minute I walk in Anderson Dental! I won't be cared for anywhere else!

If I could put 10 stars, I would. Dr. Cesar Alburez-Sosa is a blessing! If you have anxiety, he will put your mind at ease. The patients comfort is #1 priority here. For some time I had one problem that several dentists couldn't find the cause and eliminate it. Only the center of Anderson found its and eliminated, because this center has high-tech equipment and highly qualified specialists. Emmy explained each part of the visit before it was conducted. She is gentle and professional and answered all my questions. Dr. Anderson reviewed my X-rays with me in detail and explained all the findings. The staff is always helpful and professional.

Excellent care by doctor and dental hygienists.

I have tinnitus and made this known to Anderson Dental. The dental assistant cleaned my teeth with hand tools to remove tartar. He was extremely careful, checked my gums and said they were healthy. He asked, during the cleaning if everything was OK. Dr. Anderson came in talked about the health of my teeth. All good. I feel confident for future visits. Hopefully, my teeth and gums remain healthy. If not, I trust Anderson Dental to treat me with the best possible dental treatment. The office staff is professional and friendly. The treatment rooms are spotless.
