It has been years since I have gotten dental Work done. I knew my teeth were a mess and I was terrified to find out how bad. As a mom I put myself on the back burner. The staff at Troy family has seen my kids for the last several Years. When I went in there to fix a problem and start working on my dental health Sarah was my hygienist and she was so incredibly sweet. She’s the first person from a health care office to tell me I’m a great mom. She didn’t make me feel like a horrible person for the amount of problems my mouth displayed. This is the first time I have ever been so at ease at a dentist office and she is 100% why!

I'm younger than most of my teeth - meaning I have many years experience with Dentists. Having said that, this office/practice is absolutely awesome. I can't say enough good things about them.

I can't go on enough about Kirsten the hygienist. She was so sweet and caring. She explained everything so that I could easily understand. Dr Oge was nice and knew I was in pain and was gentle. All of the staff were very kind and professional. I would definitely recommend Troy Family Dental.

Fantastic, friendly staff. I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes. The hygientist, Holly is extremely gentle and thorough as well as a joy to be around. The dentist was also pleasant. Overall, this is a top dental establishment.

We are very disappointed and very upset with this dental clinic. My husband had an appointment to evaluate how much it would cost to have dental implants. Doctor Oge came and looked up and was very quick, sharp and aggressive to tell him "Your gums aren't good anymore!! And he repeated this again when my husband asked if going somewhere else good work. He was very rude to my husband and he was very dry. He did work for me before and there was no problem. My husband is so kind, sweet he loves saying jokes and most people love it. Dr. Oge ended up getting a lot of money from my husband's insurance for that visit. The visit only took a couple seconds. He told my husband right away his gums were no longer good for implants procedure. If the nurses and doctors had good intentions towards me, then why they treated the love of my life so badly, careless and poorly?

Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable!!! Especially now with all the Covid stuff going on!!! I have a nice experience every time I go!!!

I do not like going to the dentist, but Troy Family Dental took all the steps to make my visit relaxed. The check in was very easy, and the hygienist and dr took the time to explain the procedure. The office manager went over the estimate, explaining what my insurance was covering and what was my out of pocket cost. I have a cleaning schedule for Mid December but I ended up have a dental emergency that required an extraction I called the office and they were able to fit me in first thing the next morning. Both my children go to this dentist and I have been very happy with the treatments they have received. Both kids were nervous at their first visit but now they go in like champs. I have recommended them to friends and family members, and suggest calling them if you are looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Lindahl and Rebecca were fantastic to work with. Both were attentive and thorough and were more concerned with my comfort and questions above all else. Update - 9/20/21 Rebecca and Dr. Lindahl were great again at my cleaning and check-up. Any question or concern gets addressed, and patient comfort and health are top-most concern. All staff members are polite and professional, if not fun as well.

I was nervous to go, as I have only ever seen one dentist, and he passed away. They put my fears to rest, everyone was great!

This is a great place to have dental work completed. The staff is excellent and very friendly. Kudos to my hygienist, McKenzie. She's very good and thorough.

I hadn't seen a dentist in years. After visiting here, I wish my older experiences were like this. Super clean, very friendly and always on time!

They refused to schedule my next six month cleaning unless I did a deep cleaning first. I had a second opinion who said I absolutely do not need a deep cleaning unless they are just trying to get extra money from insurance.

Dr Lindahl did any amazing job with a difficult tooth extraction I had done. I did not feel the needle and I did not feel anything happening that was in anyway traumatic. Very professional and thorough.

I could not be happier with everything about Troy Family Dental. This is the only review I've ever left and I feel like I have to because they were so good. I got over 20 teeth pulled and dentures put in with less pain then when I had 1 pulled at other places. The price was great. The staff was amazing and I'm very happy

Dr. Tony Lindahl is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. He is so kind, gentle, and genuinely cares about his patients. I recently had porcelain crowns placed on my front four teeth by Dr. Lindahl and the result was absolutely amazing. You cannot tell the difference from my other teeth at all. I drive 40 minutes to see Dr. Lindahl, and I leave knowing I am with the best. The girls working there are super nice and knowledgeable and the office is first class.

I have had a hard time finding a new dentist since mine retired but at Troy Family Dental I had a Great overall experience. They took the time and explained every step of my treatment plan. Staff is extremely friendly but still very professional. I have found my new dental home.

They made me feel very relaxed and comfortable the best experience I have had at a dentist.

My 8 year old cried because she was scared to see the dentist. These doctors made her feel so comfortable and reassured her the entire time and communicated what they were doing and when! I think we have for a dentist for the rest of our lives!

I have been going to Troy Family Dental for a couple of years now. Dr. Oge and the entire stuff are super accommodating and patient-centered. Definitely the best dentist in town.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Tony Lindahl for about 10 years. He is really amazing. He’s been very gentle and has never hurt me and has always been friendly and Professional. If you need it done is come here. I drive 45 minutes and I will drive two hours if I had to. He’s the best.

I never rate businesses on Google. That being said...Troy family dental is phenomenal. I cant say enough good things about them! Exceptional service, timely, professional, clean...basically everything you need in a dental office!

Andrea was super nice and very gentle with my children. My daughter that is 9 years old was so scared because of her last dentist but walking out of there was a different person as when we were walking in. She now is reassured. Thank you very much!

I am one of those people who are terrified of the dentist. Really. But I had to go so I made an appointment. Imagine my surprise, when I had the BEST experience I have ever had at a dental office. I had to have a tooth extraction and it was virtually pain free. It was a great experience and the people were awesome. Great job!!! I highly recommend Troy Family Dental!

Wasted 6 months w/ a failed implant that literally fell out a not even a month after it was placed. Im out hundreds of dollars and am in the same position I was in six months ago. Save yourself the pain and aggravation, go to an oral surgeon for an dental implant like I should have. Cancelled all future visits and spoke to the receptionist about the failed implant and my decision to go elsewhere and was at no time offered a refund or reimbursement for the money I spent for nothing. Update 2 28 20 I now recieved a bill for nearly $2000. For the failed dental work that my insurance wont cover because I now have to get a bridge on the same tooth where the implant fell out from poor placement after 3 days. Unbelievable.

The team at Troy Family Dental, in particular Erin and Rebecca are perhaps the greatest reason to go there, They are professional and great at their jobs, while also showing great personalities. Two fine reasons to go to TFD. Tim Lorenzo

I am pretty sure this is my first review on a place of business. Troy Family Dental is THE best dental practice I have been to. They are a very enjoyable bunch of people! Every employee I encountered there is awesome! They are very knowledgeable about their job along with being fun. I will forever recommend them! Thank you!

I have had alot of dental work at many different offices from stlouis to bowling green. And this staff has been so nice, caring and knowledgeable! I had to have 2 caps put on my front teeth which can go very wrong very fast. But the girls had explained the process I was going to go through every step of the way. Always made sure I was comfortable and happy. And the end result has just blown me away! They really take pride in their work and it shows. Not to mention they always made sure I was ok and happy with every step of the process as well. The dentist himself was also very nice and explained every step. Amazing customer service and they do amazing work. I thank all of you so much for helping me have a great new smile.

My husband had a difficult tooth that was very hard to fit the crown. The dentist wanted it to be perfectly sealed, unfortunately that took at least 3 visits to get it right. The office was kind enough to give a courtesy discount. My husband also received an implant and another crown. Each time the dentists and assistants took their time. They always value quality work over speed. Very thankful to have found these guys.

Billing system is a mess. Proposal said one thing, ended up paying much more. When confronted, they said it was a mistake. The dentists are nice, but the ladies up front are cold, rude and inconsiderate. We are new to the area and are not happy with the customer service here. I liked the New edge ladies much better before they moved to the new location.

I grew up too poor to go to the dentist. With that being said, my teeth are not in good condition. I was embarrassed to let anyone see the condition of my teeth. The amount of work that needed to be done seemed way too overwhelming. Dr. Oge and his dental assistants helped me come up with a realistic plan to get everything under control. The staff are all soo friendly and non-judgmental. They have given me advice on how to care for my mouth. I am extremely grateful for the people in this office.

I've been going here for years, as I'm sure you know who this is. This review is for this place of business and has always done great work. Staff is courteous and the Dr's are just as good. However, if you're ever requested to visit Kanive out in Wentzville, MO. I highly recommend avoiding them all together, their work ethics and how they treat their clients is completely disrespectful and almost seems like they hold malicious intent alike. Lovely place but was told about goin to kanve ortho in Wentzville and they are complete garbage I was treated so rudely there. Dont go there if they say you should. Ask for another place

Had another fantastic visit with my family yesterday. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and great with children. I would recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a family dentist. I'm always greeted with a friendly face at the front desk and they are more than helpful during the entire visit. They even went the extra mile to look up my new insurance information for me after I forgot my insurance card at home -- it really took the headache out of the whole process! It's the extra things they are willing to do that I am so appreciative of every time I visit. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Took 6 times over a years time for a replacement Front crown and still messed it up! 1st reaction to adhesive, second oversized and discolored, 3rd too tight caused pain and would not prioritize appointment so had pain for a few months, 4th cracked, 5th mishaped and gaping space in front, 6 chipped in 2 months. All were set uncomfortably to painfully. They blame it on the lab but the lab is only using what they were given to create a took. Several. It was explained to them that my husband is self conscious of his front tooth and is uncomfortable with dentists from previous experiences. So instead of taking the time, they caused a great deal of pain and he is still self conscious due to the shotty work and all the work I put in to talk him into going to a dentist in the first place was ruined.

My family and I have been patients at Troy Family Dental for just over three years when we moved into the Troy area. We could not be more pleased with the work they do. The staff is very friendly and informative, especially as it pertains to the health of my children's teeth. They make recommendations but don't try to hard sell me on anything. I am very glad we found Troy Family Dental after our move.

This was by far the best dental experience I have ever had! The staff was kind,knowledgeable and comforting. The doctor was quick,confident and was very respectful by speaking to me as an equal and taking my personal wants into consideration. The procedure itself wasn`t painful,and I was comfortable the whole time. Erin and Colleen were both amazingly warm and explained everything in depth step by step.
