Dental First

The first appointment that I had was a really good appointment. Today I went for a teeth cleaning. The examined me and told me everything and then they told me I needed a deep cleaning. I said okay I'll schedule that soon hopefully. And they're like oh you're all set. I'm like wait I'm here for a cleaning. They said no I cannot get a cleaning done today because I need a deep cleaning. I'm sorry but I have never ever heard of this before. I think that is a bad policy to have if somebody wants their teeth cleaned that is their right.

Wow this place is a life saver i can’t say anything bad about it, the dentist and the entire staff was super nice and friendly, could not have asked for a more comfortable stay at a dentist office highly recommended

I had an an emergency root canal done here and could not be more impressed. Dr. Ali saw me on a Sunday afternoon with almost no notice. Everyone in the office was incredibly accommodating and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. If I could give 10 stars I would. I will definitely be returning here! Thank you to everyone at Dental First for sending me home pain free!

I called and the receptionist Savina was very nice and went out of her way to look up everything and get me an appointment right away on a Sunday. Great emergency dentist if ya need a appointment right away.

Clean, Caring and made the time for me immediately to remove my wisdom teeth. They followed up with me and all their staff seems to genuinely care for the health and well being of their patients. Very glad to have found Dental First.

Absolutely love these people. I called on a Sunday and at first no one answered and they returned my call shortly after (unheard of with medical facilities). They were able to book me the NEXT DAY for an emergency wisdom tooth removal. Dr. Abdullah is a highly skilled doctor who assured me that the procedure would be quick and painless (that it was)! The level of care and attention put in by the staff is remarkable. Everyone at the office is so sweet and affirming, they know how to counsel anxious patients through their visit and do their absolute best to ensure you’re comfortable. I overheard their interactions with a kid who was getting examined and they knew exactly the right ways to keep them worry free, their commitment to care transcends to every person. Switching Dental First to my primary office immediately. All of the reviews are true, this place really does practice TRUE gentle dentistry!

Had years of bad experiences with one dentist after another. Had a little tooth pain and my buddy Lou over at the VFW recommended Dr. Brady at Dental First. I said sure I’ll give her a try because Lou’s got a BEAUTIFUL set of teeth for a 67 year old man. Hooo doggies! Dr Brady and her team were good. I walked in a broken man and walked out feelin like myself again. I’d trust this woman with my life. - Terry Shappengate, Tigers fan since 1963, can anyone see this?

I just experienced my first visit at Dental 1st after having to change from my long-time Dentist. I couldn’t have made a better choice than Dental 1st! The help I received on the phone and in the front of the office by Sandra was excellent! She’s amazing! Everyone was very friendly & welcoming. Their dental equipment and procedures we’re state-of-the-art! In addition, I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Abdullah! I could tell that she’s at the top of her game. She explained the various issues I had with my teeth, & when/how we could resolve each one. She was very patient answering my questions and developing a plan of care for my specific situation. You could not go wrong if you decide to become a regular patient at Dental 1st! I don’t usually love going to the dentist but, believe it or not, I’m looking forward to my next visit there!!! Crazy, right? ;-)

This office has changed my daughter's life. The kindness, compassion, effort and professionalism she has been treated with here has made the nearly 2 hr drive each way so worth it. Dr. Brady has been an angel, as has her staff. We recommend this office to everyone we know.

After searching for a 24 hour dental offic or emergency dentist office open on Sunday, I found Dental First. They were the only office that claimed to be open 24 hrs and actually answered the phone. I was so thankful that they did because my son was in excruciating pain and needed relief immediately. They took care of him quick, fast and in a hurry. After having his tooth pulled my son instantly felt relieved of all the pain he suffered prior to his visit. My son was very thankful. Thank you Dental First!

Dental One is fantastic! Their entire staff is extremely personable and they make your dental experience less transactional and more personal. They clearly value relationships at this practice and they pride themselves on quality work. Best dental experience I’ve ever had!

Everyone was super kind and patient given I was a nervous mess. Dr. Brady and everyone has amazing bedside manner and helped me when I was a bit panicked during the procedure. Bonus- LGBT friendly, ask to use a preferred name if you have one, very professional, very kind.

Called with an new patient and emergency. They we're able to get me right in. From the front desk to the nurses I had a great experience with the pain I was in. Very sympathetic of my issues. My fist visit went great, but my second visit was horrid. When I approached the desk for my second appointment I was informed that I had a copay which I didn't agree with. I had a deep cleaning treatment which had to be completed with a couple of visits. during my first visit I was told that I had excellent insurance and everything was covered, so the orthodontist completed the fist quadrant and set me up for a later date to do the rest. when I explained this to the desk agent he fist stated that to day I was seeing a specialist . he saw the expressions on my face so he went to double check. he then said there was a billing error I was charged for a regular cleaning not a deep cleaning . he apologized and said that they would take care of it for this visit and the last. I was happy with that and went on with my percedure. I had a different orthodontist this time and I have to tell you she was no specialist. she fist laid me back on the table and started the numbing of my gums. her hand were shaking and I was al little nervous. I felt the fist two njections. but not the ones going to the upper front. when I informed her she said that it was impossible. but I told her that I could tast the fluid in my mouth so she proceeded to do it again and this time I felt the little pinch. she then goes on to tell me that African American nerves in there roots of their motht are less sensitive and that is why I didn't fell anything... I was in shock. I should have corrected her but her hand was in my mouth. next she took all her tools.off h we r tray and laid it on my chest. then told me to stay still. in the middle of my procedure she noticed all the water flying in my face and decides to hand me some goggles. When it was over another orthodontist looked over her work .... I should have said something but I didn't. I just wanted to get out of there.....

Friendly and helpful staff. Got a same day appointment for tooth infection. Very accommodating and informative. Will use them again for non-emergency work. Nice neat and comfortable waiting room.

My favorite dental provider. If I can help it I’ll never go anywhere else because they’re always so nice and always work with my schedule and that’s a + for me. My entire family goes to them and have been clients for almost 2 years…we are always so satisfied. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctors are great at what they do. This office is the best MEDICAL OFFICE I have been to. Everyone I friendly & very knowledgeable. They all know mevby name after my second visit. Staff, including the doctors are all VERY POLITE. Doctors keep asking how you're doing & they even have TV'S in each exam room to make you comfortable. I can't say enough good things about this office. I would recommend this office to everyone.

Dr. Brady was friendly and knowledgeable. The first-time visit paperwork went quickly and smoothly but with a few oddly mandatory questions (Pregnant? Sleep with multiple pillows?) The hygienist was professional and very friendly. Would recommend.

Wonderful staff and very clean office, with all the newest x-ray technology. I needed an emergency visit for wisdom teeth pulling due to extreme pain. Highly recommend Dental first. I've been with the same denist in Warren for 6 yrs now and tempted to switch over my crown situation, I've had a temporary crown for 4 weeks going on 5 weeks this Tuesday. I've had to get it recemented 3xs at my regular denist. Today which is a Saturday my office is usually open until 2pm I started calling and leaving messages around 1240 left work at 140 from Pontiac said ima find another place. Dental 1st was the second that pop up they got my right in within a hour front desk ppl , asstiant, xray lady, denist ALL AMAZING!!! And only 10 minutes from my house even better since its usually a 20 minute drive. I'm really considering staying with them.

Doctor Abdullah is a great dentist. She knows her profession very well and her results prove it. She is very kind to her patients and takes the time to explain everything. She is the only dentist that I will go to.

This is by far the best dental practice! Every single employee is so nice and knowledgeable and they put you at ease right away. I came here off of a recommendation when I had an emergency and not only did they get me in right away, but they didn't make me feel badly about not going to a dentist regularly. I don't go as I have not had good experiences but now, I come here often and I know have my children come regularly for cleanings! And the doctor really made my procedures as pain free as possible!
