Dr. Jordan did an excellent job on repairing my tooth and resolving my pain. I highly recommend him! In addition, his dental assistant was very nice and calming throughout the procedure.

The entire appointment was very efficient and professionally executed. Check in was cordial and I was promptly called back to the hygienist. There, Lisa expertly cleaned my teeth with manual and ultrasonic tools. All the while she explained what she was doing and why. The polishing procedure was very thorough as was the Dentist’s final examination. Check out and payment was just as efficient. You could almost say it was enjoyable. Almost.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. It’s not very often you find a medical or dental practice that actually treats it’s patients like they are individuals and not just another patient. I feel the hygienist went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my dental appointment.

I had a great time at this facility, staff are friendly and helpful. My dental cleaning was done by Jessica. She was awesome,and very caring. Dr. Jordan is a great dentist he listened to all my concerns and help me to fix my dental pain. Also, Dr. MacWilliam did my dental implant a month now so far so good. I’m excited to my next visit?.

Everyone was super nice and professional. It was my first time there. I had an extraction and I was out and done in 1 hour and 15 minutes. I will be a returning patient. ?

I met my new dentist, Dr. Jordan, for the first time today after having been under the care of my former dentist for forty + years. It’s a little scary to switch dentists after such a long time but Dr. Jordan and his hygienist were very thorough, gentle, and reassuring in the way they assumed the roles of my new dental care professionals. I’ve been to the Hoover location three times now and the staff have all been very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent facility!! Upon entering, I was greeted by Avery and she assisted with checking me in. Then my dental hygienist, Danielle came to take me to the back. She was professional and knowledgeable, she eased my fears and made me feel comfortable. Dr McWilliam then came in, he thoroughly explained my plan of care and was extremely nice. I love this office and staff and will continue to be a patient. I highly recommend them.

I’ll start by saying I broke my tooth and just googled emergency dentist and ended up here but I now see that as a gift from God because this was the best experience I’ve had. Profesional, educated and dedicated are the best ways to describe the people who work here. I was able to have my tooth pulled with zero discomfort and went right back to eating dinner the same night. I would give them 10/10 and would recommend them to anyone I meet.

Front desk was welcoming and quick. Hygienist was wonderful, thorough and careful around the areas that are sensitive on my gums. Expect to spend roughly 2 hours at your first appointment due to getting your chart up to date with current x-rays, etc. Overall, great experience.

Dr McWilliams and his team have been awesome during this process of restoring my smile. Obtaining appts, application for financing, information and instructions prior to and after procedures have been stellar. The whole office from check-in to check-out have been accommodating and nice. I highly recommend anyone seeking to regain their smile and confidence again to seek them out! Thank you Dr McWilliams and staff-You’re Awesome!!!!
