Today was my first visit with Dr Michelle and Savanna. I was very impressed with how Savanna cleaned my teeth. Dr Michelle is fantastic. I told them both that they were definitely “keepers”.

The back of one of my front teeth had broken off due to a recent fall. My mouth was sore and sensitive, so I called Diamond Smiles and talked with Christopher. He was very helpful, called me back on a few minutes and said Dr. Crowley would see me at 7:00 am the next day. Dr. Crowley and her assistant Maria met me at 7, got right to work making X-rays, and determined underneath my front caps I had 6 damaged teeth - 2 that would have to be pulled because they were fractured. These two worked all day - until 4pm to get me presentable and repaired with a new temporary front bridge. Apparently the fall I took was worse than I thought, but these two went right to work finding all the causes and making me look ‘presentable’ for the Christmas season. Thanks, Dr. Crowley, Maria and Christopher. I’m eternally grateful for your expertise, experience and compassion!!

I am a person who, like many, has anxiety around going to the dentist. I put off going for quite a while but booked an appointment after a friend recommended I see Dr. Crowley. From the moment I walked in the door, the Diamond Smiles staff treated me like a friend and put my worries at ease. My hygienist took her time and was extremely thorough. I ended up having 3 cavities that needed filling which I dreaded, but Dr. Crowley was so kind and caring about the whole situation. She explained exactly where my cavities were and what the process would be to remove them beforehand and answered any questions I had. Then when I came back to have the procedure done, she made me feel at ease with her warm personality and attention to detail. Dr. Crowley removed all of my cavities and I experienced zero pain! She then offered me some helpful brushing tips on potential problem areas specific to my teeth which was very appreciated. I have gone back twice since and have had no more cavities! I will continue to go to Diamond Smiles for all of my dental needs and highly recommend Dr. Crowley to anyone looking for a great dentist!

The whole office is great from the moment you walk in. They got me back really quickly and Chris did a great job cleaning my teeth and taking my X-rays. Dr. Crowley was very thorough examining my mouth and took time to answer my questions. I’ll definitely be coming back to see them for my future dental work.

The staff were amazing and extremely courteous. They even were able to accommodate me by seeing me before my appointment time. The true star of Diamond Smiles is Dr. Crowley. She was a true professional with a vast fund of knowledge. Dr. Crowley was able to articulate what was going on in easily understandable language. As someone in the medical field, it is quite evident that Dr. Crowley is very skilled in her craft and extremely personable. I would highly recommend Dr. Crowley to anybody who seeks comprehensive dental care.

I was a regular with Dr. Reed ever since I was a kid. When he passed away the practice has never been the same. Dr. Cotant took over for a few years and he did a great job filling my teeth. After he left it has gotten much worse. Dr. Crowley filled a cavity of mine in August and I knew something was wrong because it never stopped hurting (for months). I’m also fairly sure they failed to properly turn on the nitrous oxide because I was uncomfortable the entire time. The tooth next to the filling I was unable to floss (like it was glued together). I went to a different office who said there was a hole in the cavity resin and a hole in the middle of my filled tooth, with the resin covering my other tooth. No wonder it hurt so much. I had to have it drilled out and re-filled. I have really bad dental anxiety so enduring two fillings was pretty awful. Luckily I found a better dentist, Dr. Macbeth at Shades Creek Dental right down the street from diamond smiles. I would recommend you go to them for your dental work. I’m only giving 2 stars because I like the dental hygienists, they are always very nice. Dr. Crowley also likes to be rude to her hygiene staff in front of patients.

If I could give 100 stars I would. One of my front teeth got chipped and I needed it fixed ASAP. I called and they were so considerate and got me in the next day. Dr. Michelle and all of her staff were so friendly and kind and also fixed my tooth to absolute perfection. Before I left, I made sure to schedule me AND my husband's appointments for our next cleanings because I had such a positive experience. Highly recommend!

Staff as well as Dentist Dr.Crowley were very helpful and professional. I have pretty severe anxiety when it comes to having dental work being done and they went above and beyond to calm and comfort me while I was there. I want to thank them for making my visit as pleasant as possible.

The staff is very friendly! Also, Dr. Abouhaidar is so amazing and sweet! You can really tell that the dentist and staff really care about their patients and will do what is necessary to make sure your teeth are taken care of it. I rarely leave ratings, but this dentist office is amazing!!

My Experience was Amazing the Doctor and the Team made me feel so comfortable and they gave Me enough Information to base my decision on, and getting my operation that I could not turn away. Dr. Michelle and her entire team are probably the best dental group I have ever encountered. From the moment I walked in they were warm and professional. Dr. Michelle was very thorough in explaining to me all of my options and made me feel like I was in very capable hands. Taylor and Aaliyah were also phenomenal and made the entire experience so much more comfortable (especially for someone who dreads having to go to the dentist). If you are looking for a highly capable dentist that will make you feel at ease and in good hands, this practice is where you need to be at.

Best dentist I’ve ever been to. Put off going for 7 years because I dislike the dentist so much. They made me comfortable, were incredibly kind and thorough, and the actual cleaning part wasn’t bad at all. I’ll recommend this place to everyone I know.

This practice is wonderful! Made me feel very comfortable as a new patient, ran right on schedule, and didn’t try to sell me on services I don’t need.

Great experience, excellent team both Doctors work well together! Staff very friendly and direct during my visits to this office.

They are very personable and make you feel at home! They also are very honest with you and tell you when something is absolutely necessary to be done vs. something that isn’t as pressing, letting you make your own decisions about your care. I have been to several dentists and they are so far above any other one I have been to!

The entire staff here is absolutely amazing! They put their patients happiness first and keep working until they achieve 100 percent satisfaction. They are all really personable and have great personalities. I have interacted with both dentist here, and they both do great work. I haven’t met a person at this office that wasn’t super sweet. I 10/10 recommend this office.

The staff takes care of their patient’s old or new. Service is clean and done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Diamonds Smiles because it was my first time visiting , I got a root canal and it was fixed in no time. What I was terrified of was feeling the procedure even with medicine but I didn’t feel anything. I was taking care of by Dr. Michelle and Taylor, very sweet women.

I took a fall, hit a rock, and broke a front a tooth. The Diamond folks got me in that day! I came in with a tooth in my pocket and an exposed nerve. A root canal and new crown later, and I was on my way. Super friendly, immensely caring, and so efficient. So many stars.

Let me start my review off by saying that Dr. Crawley and her team are amazing! She’s like the root canal whisperer. My entire experience from picking up the phone to make an appointment to checking out was a wonderful experience. Who says that about an unexpected root canal? No one ever! I was very nervous about going because I just moved to Alabama and I picked this practice from my insurance list. I checked for reviews and called to make an appointment. The appointment setter was very patient with me as I tried to find my insurance info. She then sent me all the forms electronically so I could fill them out at home. When I arrived I was greeted by two very friendly front desk associates. I barely sat down before I was called to the back. I was provided a treatment plan with prices and they explained everything along the way. Although I went in because my crown came off, I stayed for a much needed root canal. I don’t think I’ve ever sat in a dentist chair and felt so safe and comfortable. No pain at all and they asked me multiple times to make sure I was pain free. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I went today to have a permanent crown put on. (This is my third crown) after putting the crown on and taking it off 6 or 7 times I was miserable, then the doctor came in and took the crown off a few times! As I said Dr. Harb put 2 Crowns on with no problem. They also took 6 or 7 impressions for the temporary crown. It kinda made me think they don’t know what they are doing or are very unsure of their work. Dr.Harb was my Dentist since 1994. He has retired I guess, but regardless I will not be going back to Diamond smiles. You might want to rethink a visit.

Dr.Crowley was very professional, accommodating and really seem to care about my outcome. Great attention to detail. I actually hate going to the dentist but they made it painless. The dental assistant also worked through her lunch break because I had some extensive stuff going on snd she and acted like it was no big deal. Staff is pleasant snd professional as well.
