Fast and accurate

Thank you Dr. Apt and staffs. Today I finally had the braces off. What a nice and confident smile I can have now. People have been noticing my look changed and complimented lately. My daughter also finished her braces about 1/2 year before me. Immediately her friends noticed her look change and smile change. Looking at her beautiful smiles without the braces everyday, it's a joy for the mother. Thinking back about our experiences during the journey, it has been EASY and very pleasant. We didn't have to loose any teeth which is a big requirement for me. We had a few accidents with the braces, but every time, the staffs were quick to rescue by being very flexible to fit us in. The offices (Herndon and Ashburn) are very organized, and appointments were always on time. Mostly the doctor's and staffs' skills are top notch. EASY does it. In the end, we got wonderful results. Totally worth it!

Dr Apt and his team are great. While 4 other dentists suggested removal of teeth / filing sides of teeth to reduce size and make space, Dr Apt was the only one who came up with a solution to fix my daughters overbite and crowded teeth. She has a beautiful smile now with no unnecessary damage or loss of teeth. Thank you Dr Apt ?

My three kids and I have all been treated by Dr. Apt and his team. I cannot recommend him enough! Our teeth look amazing, which is what we want foremost after all. Two of us had braces, the other two used Invisalign. The timeline he gave us was accurate in all of our cases too. His office runs on time (and in fact, we often were called in early if we arrived early) and the staff are efficient and fast. Definitely five stars. I live in Oakton, by the way, and was happy to drive to Herndon to see him (and Ashburn just a couple of times because I had changed an appointment last-minute). Just go see him for a consultation if you are looking around-it’s worth your time.

We have had three family members go through Dr. Apt and I highly recommend him! I realize there are many choices for othodontic services; however, he has provided us with the right fit each family member. Not only do everyone's teeth look fantastic, his customer service is outstanding and greatly appreciated! My down side, we are done. Best experience - Thank you!

Since becoming "Specialists in Orthodontics", bedside manners, and courteousness went down the drain. Dr Apt makes no effort to greet the parents, update on the progress, and just became so indifferent. Why is that? We know him before he became part of Specialists in Orthodontics and now there is a night and day difference in his behavior, and demeanor. I also see the same behavior from the office staff. We are not paying any less than we signed up to pay so why do you folks provide sub-optimal services? This is based on a year long observations, not an one off instance. If you do care about your patients, please listen to the feedback and provide better experience for patients.

They had a great team here.we went in for our initial consultation and my daughter was nervous but they quickly put her to ease.Everyone was extremely friendly, great personalities but yet professional and detailed explaining all aspects of the evaluation from procedures, to insurance questions and cost associated.

My daughter had her braces removed yesterday and her teeth look fantastic. She had the braces on for 3 years and 10 months. It seems like a long time but Dr. Apt was very thorough with his technique. Our daughter had braces, herbst appliance and needed to have her jaw shift etc. The appointments throughout treatment were always promptly on time and scheduling to accommodate school and extra curricular activities were always taken into consideration. Our younger daughter has recently started treatment for braces with Apt Orthodontics and we know the outcome will fabulous.

Dr. Apt is the most awesome orthodontist! He is always funny, and the office is decorated very nicely. He is gentle, and precise and has not once poked me in the mouth with a sharp tool. His staff are nice and seem to love what they do, and are just as interested in you as he is. They can always fit you in in an emergency, and they treat you like an adult. I wouldn't go anywhere else, even though he's far away from where i live.

Dr. Apt and Dr Daniels provide orthodontic services for both of my daughters. After visiting several orthodontists in the area, I chose them because of their honest, no frills, clear and concise plan. Their staff is friendly and informative and I am happy with my choice. Both of my daughters are currently receiving treatment and we can’t wait to see the end result.

Always professional. Comfortable, new, modern office always decorated in fun ways for the holidays and other contests they have, etc. There's always a giveaway or something where you put your name in a hat, guess the number of things in a jar, etc. Very teenager-friendly. Excellent, thorough care, very understanding and patient, great concern for your comfort, flexible payment plans. Great on emergency appointments. Cannot say enough positive things about this practice. You get a free offer for professional 8x10 photo shoot when you get your braces off. Dr. Apt fitted my braces and then those of my two children. We are all very happy and would HIGHLY recommend this office. Did I mention the free wifi?

I cannot thank enough Dr. Apt and his staff; they are all so warm, caring and professional. Plus, I never waited on the waiting room for more than 2 minutes!!! My teeth were really crooked and after my invisaling treatment with Dr. Apt, I have the smile I always dreamt. We can't say enough good things about this practice. All here are professionals - from the doctors to the front office. They communicate openly with their patients, and the atmosphere is upbeat, pleasant friendly and fun! There is always an engaging contest running, prizes for the kids at each visit, and surprises (I don't want to spoil it for you!). Most importantly, they deliver on their promise to create a healthy beautiful smile. My daughter just got her braces off, and the final product speaks for itself. I appreciated that Dr. Apt waited to treat her until the time was right for her and did not require payment during that evaluation time.

As a 59 year old man, I was somewhat reluctant to go through the orthodontic treatment process again after doing it in my mid twenties. Over time my teeth had shifted back to their original positions. I visited 3 different orthodontists, with Dr. Apt being the third, and I knew right away he was the man for the job. Dr. Apt and his entire staff put me at ease immediately. Dr. Apt projected 15 months to have my teeth perfectly aligned, and the mission was accomplished in 12 months thanks to their Sure Smile program. Me teeth are now perfectly aligned and look great! The entire process with Dr. Apt and his staff was far better than I could have imagined. They were all so professional and friendly that it made me feel right at home. They went out of their way to explain every step of the process in great detail so there are never any surprises. I felt I could ask as many questions as I wanted because their bedside manner is excellent. They go out of their way by explaining with computer screens and graphic right at the chair while performing the treatments. They make you feel that they really care about you and your well being.
