My new dental group. I've had a crown replaced, a few cleanings, and just recently I had my front teeth bonded as I had worn them down past the enamel to the dentil layer. Dr Rishi was terrific with this procedure. It went quickly and was painless. New life for my choppers! The staff are friendly and helpful. They remember me when I return and always have friendly conversation. Karen will always call if there is an earlier opening

Dr De Marco and his staff are a wonderful and caring group. Everyone there is both helpful and pleasant and very capable. I do not usually like having to go to a dentist but I have a much more positive attitude since I’ve been going here.

Went in for regular cleaning. They said I needed 2 caps. I had no pain or problems. They said it was better to take care of the situation before I did encounter a problem. What a mistake it was believing them. They caused such problems, I had to get 2 root canals. I had to get another dentist to fix my teeth. I had Togo to the hospital because they caused my mouth to get an infection. I still have trouble with my teeth today, because of Pinnicle. I wish I could go back in time! I would have never stepped foot in that office. They are doing dental work that doesn't need to be done. And very poor work it is! My advise, stay away!

Very bad. Called me in knowing the hygienist was out. Put filings on my teeth that did not even match color wise. And lastly they ignored my biggest problem. Need a route canal. My insurance specifically told me they worded it wrong. They took zero responsibility. After 7 times back and forth they decided to send me a letter that they wouldn’t be treating me. Never problem solved anything by communicating w me. They just want the money. Care nothing about the patient. Also as I was leaving , the new dentist finally remembered to throw me back in the chair , jacket and all to do my oral screenings. It made me nervous. Felt like I was in a twilight zone over there. Very bad

Very friendly staff... patient and willing to go the extra mile. I can't say enough about the kindness of the staff and the incredible friendliness of the current dentist. The only downside is pricing... drastically more expensive than many local dentists. I have had to pay thousands out of pocket this year alone. I priced some of these things out more recently and realized I have paid more than double of other places in the area. If these were covered by my current policy, I would still go here

No very good customer service and I feel they made an already uncomfortable situation worse. I had no problems with a tooth (#19) After an exam, they insisted the due to an old filling was damaged and decayed. They performed a root canal and told me to come back for the crown, when I went back they recommended a specialist. The tooth moving and painful now. Why did they perform the root canal and then refer me. The tooth was not bothering me until they began messing around and now I may loose it all together. I am calling the licensing bureau on them. I should not be charged for the terrible substandard work they performed. I took my films and records and will be going to another facility. Terrible terrible office practices and workmanship!!! This office was outstanding as Encore Dental but since the change about 2 years ago, they are awful. Please read the reviews and time period for which it pertains carefully. You will find the older reviews are favorable. Not so currently!!!

I can not recommended this office enough. Dr. Halpin is awesome as well as the rest of the office staff. I have tried numerous dentist offices and never found a good one until now. Yesterday my crown fell out and I called the office and they were closed. Dr. Halpin returned my call and offered to meet me the following morning even though the office was closed. He knew I was leaving for vacation and wanted my tooth fixed! Sue the office manager also came in on her day off, Saturday no less. My crown is fixed and I am grateful to them. If considering this office you will not regret it. They treat you so well, I have never waited longer than 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. It is a smaller office and they make you very comfortable. Even my 2 girls ages 8 & 5 love going in there too.

What a wonderful place and Amanda is always so wonderful, helpful and accommodating. I would suggest them to anyone!

I highly recommend this office to anyone in the area! So sad to have moved. They make you feel comfortable and confident when entrusting them when your dental needs!!

Bad filling. I used to go here when it was called Encore Dental and I loved it. Then I went back in October and had a bad experience with a filling that hurt for months after I got it filled. I switched dentists and found out that the filling was done incorrectly and it's hurting because there is now cavity underneath the filling.

Thank you so much to Dr. Nikitas Lambrinos and staff for the bonding of a broken front tooth! Not only were they compassionate and kind enough to come in on a Sunday, but Dr. Nik's work is incredible. The tooth is beautiful and no pain involved at all. I highly recommend this office for their expert work and gracious staff!

I had an amazing experience at this dentist office. The doctors were very friendly and professional, which made my experience comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who is in need of dental care!!

I am 60 years old and have had many dentist experience's over the years most have been uneventful and pleasant with the end result predictable and expected given the training they endure to become licensed. I have to date never had reason to become motivated to write or expound upon let alone sing accolade's of a Dental experience that is until now. I have been going to Encore for what has been 18 months and every time I leave there I am more impressed than the last. The staff from the receptionist to the hygienist (Amy) to Doctor Nick (who are both amazing in their own right ) are all extremely well mannered,trained and have what I call extreme humanness. You will NOT find a better Dental Practice anywhere. They are more than capable, they are the caretakers of my teeth and I am grateful for their care.
