EVERYONE, from the front desk ladies, to the nurses, and the doctor are so incredibly welcoming, patient, gentle and kind. My son loved them all and even told one of the nurses that he can’t wait to be back! For any child to say that about the dentist is a win in my book! They also had a little play area for the kids while they waited to be seen, but they are very efficient the wait is never too long. Very pleased with the service he got!!

Took my little one here for a cleanup/checkup and was very impressed! The office was clean, calm atmosphere, the design & open layout was super kid friendly. Dr. Willis, Tannia, Madison and Giselle were very welcoming, positive, enthusiastic making the experience very easy on the kids!

The entire appointment was a breeze! We walked in and it was all set up to make kids feel at ease. There is a nice play area with games and they have kids movies playing. My son had a blast as we waited to be called by the dentist. This was his first visit and they were great with him. He walked away with cleaner teeth, a kids goodie bag with the usual dental stuff, a toy prize and a balloon! It was a quick and painless process overall and we’re happy we found Dentistry for Children.

The whole staff were amazing!!!!! So kind and patient. I am so happy I found this place. I will be bringing my daughter back :)

Came for our first appointment today and I am so pleasantly surprised. The dentist has been a difficult process for my son in the past, but we had an amazing time here. I called ahead of visiting this office today and requested to pick up my child's dental records. When I arrived, the door was locked, despite me coming at 11:45 am during the posted office hours. After knocking on the door for several minutes, 2 staff members came out and opened the door. One said her name was Helen when I asked. She told me the reason for the door bring locked was because the dentist was not there. Seriously, these incompetent staff are ruining the business. Why even post office hours, if the staff are going to keep the doors locked during them.

I am took my 5 year old kid for cleaning and the doctor was good and she did a filling for her. In terms of doctor or treatment I have no complain. They are great! The billing team was horrible !! They gave 3 different quotes for the out of pocket expense filling starting $49 to $160 finally after the treatment done. I paid without any choice left and walked away. They are front office number never picked up and answered. Claim was processed wrongly .

While the treatment facilty is great with kids, their reception/scheduling staff for the Northern Virginia locations are among the worse in the industry. I remember initally setting my daughter's account and getting treated poorly by them. But what took the cake was today. My daughter had an early morning appointment at the Herndon Location scheduled months ago. The facility was closed when I arrived so I called and was told that there was one attempt to contact us that the appointment was cancelled. Despite this, my wife and I got several text messages and emails as late as last Thursday reminding us that the appointment was still a go. The staff refused to work with us rescheduling. Bottom line, if you can make it pass the phone to the service, you are good. But don't expect to.

We saw Dr. Sethi, she is knowledgeable and caring, a true specialist at treating kids. Dr. Sethi and Ms Ramirez explained every step of the way. I couldn't be happier knowing my daughter is in good hands!

I am sure all of the staff members are all great but I have personally dealt with Dr. Armakan and Dr. Sethi and they have gone above and beyond each time we are in their office. From regular cleanings to a filling, they have kept my 7-year-old son calm with their patience and positive attitudes.
