Last October I went to galleria dental smile complaining about gum bleeding and swelling around the bridge, I was told to consult a gum specialist. But it’s not only about the bleeding and swelling, from the last two days I’m in hell of pain, my front natural teeth underneath the bridge got infection and pain like hell. Today morning, I went to the galleria dental smile with my swollen face and they charged me fee again coz the dentist named Liam who did my bridge left the practice from this place and new doctor charged me consultation fee and referred me to an endodontist. It’s end of the year and no appointments are available. I am taking antibiotics and pain killers but pain is not going away who’s responsible for the damage to my teeth and level of pain I’m going through?. Im writing this up with teary eyes highly disappointed ☹️

I had my front teeth bridge services from this place and had worse experience of my life. I have a lot to say but will be precise here. The temporary adjusted bridge came off twice, and I got to go through hell of pain. When they did put the permanent on finally! It came off too, right few hours before my flight and I had to run to the clinic being panic. After few days of my bridge on, my front teeth/gum started bleeding and It got so bad, that I got to see doctor while I was out of country and paid out of my pocket for the consultation and the dentist recommended to see the dentist who done the bad job. Finally I made to see the dentist at Galleria Dental Smile again and complained about horrible experience and going on gum bleeding issue and pain I was still going through after year, instead of helping me, the dentist put all the blame on me, not to clean my teeth properly and asked me to see gum specialist. I do not complaint or leave any bad review, but these guys teased me to the level I got forced to leave a bad review. I am extremely disappointed the level of service I received and wasted my thousand of dollars and most importantly my time.

I visited the Herndon office today to get a few teeth pulled. I was scared and anxious as I was in pain and had not had dental care since the late 90’s. Dr Wahab and his assistant Vanessa were both fantastic and nonJudge mental and very kind. Someone came for a “emergency” says the dentist because of their molar tooth. I got a shot inside my gums leaving it numb for the past 10 minutes soon the both dentist said to me “i’m sorry but a patient is having a emergency and you have to come on a other day soon as possible.” My mom was waiting for the past 30-40 minutes inside. I be missing school and practice. My mom had to miss her job for a day. We pad a Uber to go over there. And today we called the lady what happened and she called my me and my mom a “Liar” I felt disgusted and disrespected. Just look at me. Being called a “Liar” i’m not a 6 year old, i’m a girl who’s simply telling her truth. Just think about this question if you were a victim like me, will you be disgusted?

As the head office manager/tech led me back to get X-rays, I stopped her and stated I did not want any unless they came as part of the free consultation. She reassured me that everything was complimentary. This past week, I received notification that I was billed $250. As you can imagine, this was extremely surprising, as the head office manager promised it was complimentary. If this wasn’t frustrating enough, this office utilized my one covered X-ray for the year, which I was told I wouldn’t be billed for. To make matters worse, I have asked to be sent my X-ray, since I cannot get another, and they have been very slow to respond. 2. Based on the research I have done regarding Invisalign, treatment costs range from $2,000-$8,000, with typical treatment times varying between 6-18 months. This of course depends on how much “work” that the orthodontist deems necessary for each individual patient. Dr. Solarte repeatedly told me I needed “minimal work,” but then quoted me a price of $6,750 and 12 months of treatment. This seemed like an exceptional of time and money based on her previous statements, so I decided to seek additional opinions. Two separate, unrelated orthodontists quoted me $5840 and $3500. Both orthodontists independently agreed I needed roughly 6 months of treatment. I believe in that you get what you pay for, especially regarding your face. But with this large discrepancy in price, I asked why Dr. Solarte’s prices were so high. The staff gave extremely unclear answers, along the lines of “maybe the other practices use different systems.” This doesn’t make sense, as all three orthodontists specifically utilize the Invisalign brand. I understand a slight difference in professional opinions in time, but this was drastic, without any concrete answers as to why I should double the amount of time and money I should pay. Based on these two experiences with this office, I have decided to not seek care here and would urge anyone to do their research if they choose to.
