This place is amazing! It’s always a headache when having to switch offices or locations for any reason. Especially since finding a great doctor, dentist can be difficult. The staff and doctors here made our transition pleasant and smooth. upon arrival we were greeted with great energy and even given a new patient gift. The exam was thorough and completed in a timely manner. My son and I were extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the office and the service.

They really make you feel welcome and they make sure that you are a number 1 priority. Definitely 10/10

As someone who doesn’t usually leave reviews I felt I had to in this case. This was quite literally the best experience I have had at any dentist practice in my entire life. Period. Entire staff was not only incredibly friendly, but also exceptionally competent and efficient. Could not have had a better and painless experience. Just had to say thanks for everything!

I've been coming to this office since before the GoSmiles days, and am always pleased with the level of care. The hygienists are gentle but thorough when cleaning. The dentists (all of them! Adult and pediatric!) are skillful and knowledgeable, and have real concern for their patients. I feel like they remember me from appointment to appointment, even though I'm only there twice a year! When I got married, my husband became a patient, and now my son (3) comes here too (to Hero Pediatric Dentist) . They do a great job reassuring him, and making the dentist a fun experience. Probably the best part is that they have super flexible hours, so I can schedule for after work and not worry about taking sick leave! I highly recommend GoSmiles to any family looking for a friendly office with high quality dental care!

My Dental Hygienist (Kathy) was exceptional and did a great job with my cleaning and just generally making my visit positive. My Dentist Dr. Saludis continued the top notch service and welcoming. She left no question unanswered. I felt in good hands. I definitely recommend the office!

Dr. Joyce Freedman, DMD did a through exam of all my teeth and helped me navigate some very difficult choices without any bias on which path to move out on. Her independent judgement was excellent and based on experience in the field of dentistry. I have a complex teeth history. She recommended I keep what I have AND see an independent Prosthodontics doctor to maximize the best outcome. She warned of jaw bone loss with removal of teeth and that - that was not the best course of action for me right now. Appreciated her independent recommendations and through review of my situation along with immediately providing a recommened expert to consider for the next step.

The hygienist, front desk, and Dr. Mirza were all very charming and friendly. Bruce was very patient and thorough! Found a new dental office for our family!

I am not happy with the change to the corporate style dentist office. My family has been going to this practice for over 10 years and I only stay for Dr. Freedman.

Please to everyone go every where else these places are turble the doctor and his staff are not professional and specifically the doctor he is so rude and has zero tolerance I took my son there has severe pain he could not sleep all night for three days he said to me give him Tylenol really I feel disappointed why I go there .I took my son to different dentist they did good job for my son . By the way one of his staff told me come back next week to see what we can do for your son iam surprise she act like doctor too.soo bad Please I feel zero point not enough for them Finally Please stay away from that place if you need good help.

My daughter had her very first dentist appointment here. Her hygienist had her giggling within 5 minutes. I felt confident with her care and will definitely continue to take her and her older brother to Hero Pediatric Dentistry.

I came in with tooth pain and it turns out I needed a root canal. GoSmiles was able to fit me in earlier than my scheduled appointment and I received a temporary crown the day after my root canal and the permanent crown a week later. I was extremely impressed with this office and Dr. Saludis was great. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone experiencing unexpected tooth pain and plan to return for regular cleanings.

I shock people that I actually will go to a dentist. As a retired English High School Teacher it was another teacher who referred Dr.Joyce Freedman, Go Smile, to me. I was six yrs old, and in a great deal of pain from a back tooth. I was crying, and scared. I had no idea that the tooth, without any novocaine, was horribly pulled. I had a horrible fear of dentist as I grew up. I was very apprehensive, fearful, and always looking for a dentist to put me out (gas), and then just pull the tooth. Then after many gentle encouraging people from the English Dept made me a appt so I had no choice, but to go. Since that 1st visit, with Dr. Freedman, I Ireceived excellant dental care from a experienced, caring, gentle and understanding dentist. I can't rate Go Smile with a ten...only a 12 would be the lowest. Thank you Go Smile+!!!

I had been seeking a new dentist for a long time, but some new sensitivity (and a crisp apple that loosened a tooth) forced me to quickly end that search and get an appointment. I had my wisdom teeth removed here and it went really well. I wasn’t in a lot of pain by the second day, and was able to eat regular (though somewhat soft) foods less than a week after. The people in the office are also really nice and great to talk to.

Chipped my tooth while out to lunch and Dr. FREEDMAN was available to see me immediately, Smoothed over the chip and made it look better than before I fractured it!

I had very good experience for past few years. But my recent visit was not so great. Same day I got three pricing for my treatment. They don;t know what treatment was needed (initial estimate changed from visit just a few months back), what dentist did and what to be billed (at front desk). Seems like lot of dentist rollovers lately

I had filling remove and refilled. Dr. Lee did a phenomenal job. I’m really happy the way my teeth turned out. The one start is for the cost. I was quoted an estimate and they had me sign the paper for the estimate. After the service they charged me more the double what was estimated, when I asked why it is double, the front desk lady Sandy said, you had 2 surfaces. I told her it’s one tooth one surfaces. Then she asked, they didn’t tell you inside it’s going to be two surfaces, I replied no. Sandy went in and brought Dr. Lee assistant Careena outside to the front desk and Careena tried to explain how the were two surfaces or bigger cavity and left. Sandy repeated that there are four walls of the teeth and there can be more charges. So why not tell me when they looked at it in the first place or while they looked at it for the second time. Felt like I got ripped off. They done this to me before. They estimate one and even tho you check with them multiple times and they having all the information will come up with a way to charge you extra. I don’t think I will be returning.
