Great gentle cleaning!

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. B for over 10 years. Now our children and my mother are patients also. Dr. B and his entire staff are amazing with the best bedside manner. His office is warm and welcoming and everyone that works there is friendly and sweet. Because of this, none of my children are ever anxious to go to the dentist. Dr. B and his staff are always on time with appointments, and very accommodating with urgent issues or appointment requests. We always have a good experience. Premier Dental is the best!

First visit for a deep cleaning and feeling anxious. But, Sarah was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and patient, and took the time to explain after care for gums and proper use of water pick. Best experience for such a procedure. Highly recommend!

A friend of mine who is a dentist referred me to this practice after we moved to VA; since then we are receiving dental care from Dr. Bakhtyari and his awesome team. Now my children are growing up and their dental care is also taken care by the same practice. They don’t rush, explains everything clearly and does an awesome job. I highly recommend Premier Dental.

Premier Dental Care has kept me free from dental problems for about 8 years. Service is excellent, superb cleaning. Everyone at the office is polite and friendly. Appts start on time. Highly recommended for everyone, even for those who dread going to the dentist.

Dr. Guidice and his staff are the friendliest and most competent professionals I have been to in a very long time. When you arrive for your appointment they are happy to see and make you feel very welcome. Glad I found them and wouldn't think of going anywhere else! Dr. B is the best. Explains everything needed, everything he's doing, always answers any questions you might have, and does first rate work. I've never had an issue with any work he's done (unlike my prior dentist). And unlike that prior dentist, I've never felt he was pushing me to do unnecessary work. I have a lot of issues with my teeth, and Dr. B has taken care of everything, worked with my insurance, and kept me a satisfied customer. The rest of his staff is also first rate, from the hygienist, to his assistants, to the front office staff. All friendly, helpful, professional and competent.

I am an adult that has never had a cavity before, so when I was told I had a tiny one a few months ago, I was nervous about having a dental procedure done since it was sort of uncharted territory for me. It went so smoothly! No pain, and I was in and out of the chair in 30 minutes. I'm moving a little further west, but I want to keep Premier Dental Care as my dentist of choice for as long as I can. 10/10---would have a dental procedure done here again!

Great group of staff, enjoyed the extremely nice service from Suzie, I hate going to the dentist but Suzie made me feel calm and comfortable with her great conversations and politeness. 10/10 for me!

I have been with Premier Dental Care for 13+ years, ever since my boss recommended them to me during a serious dental emergency. They were able to very quickly schedule me, and to very satisfactorily resolve the issue ay hand. I have always enjoyed and appreciated their superb customer service, and the excellent dental care provided by Dr. Bakhtyari and his awesome staff of professionals!!! I'm 62 years old, and Dr. B. is the best Dentist I've ever had!!!

I had two fillings to take care of. My appt was 9:15 and I was walking out the door by 9:54 including check out! Dr. B and ALL the staff are so nice, caring, patient and pleasant to be around. I can not recommend this place enough. There is not a single thing I can think of that they need to improve on, they’re that good!

Dr B and his teamare are always fantastic!

I’ve been going to Dr B and Sarah for years and will never go anywhere else! Due to the Covid 19 shutdown my 6 month cleaning had to be moved but they called me and rescheduled as soon as they reopened . I was very impressed at the care they took to keep everyone safe!

We just moved to town and decided to visit Dr. B. Family really liked the dental hygienists. Was able to get appointments quickly. Only negative was that it was a little hard to find the location. There are multiple dentists in the parking lot and building so have to know to go to 2nd floor. Dr B discovered a crack in my filling and I got a crown installed, was quick with numbing and process. Pricing was transparent and upfront, which I appreciate. Seems like a good dentist to me.

Well organized

This is my 5th year of coming to Dr. B’s office and I refuse to go to any other dentist! His staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. They do a fantastic job with COVID safety and I felt safe through out my entire visit. Dr. B is a true professional. He is experienced, skilled, & makes you feel at home.

I couldn’t be happier with Premier Dental Care. They took all precautions possible to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus. As always had an excellent cleaning. Love the entire staff! ????

By far the best dental office you could go to. Everyone is friendly and very welcoming, leading you to feel comfortable from start to finish, which can be a hard thing to feel considering you're at a dentist. Very professional and smart staff, and especially now during COVID-19, you may feel skeptical about going somewhere in public, but they set up their entire office so that you don't have to feel worried at all. I've been going here for a couple of years now and every time has been a breeze and overall pleasant experience. Cheers!

When I first went to Premier Dental Care, I had many issues with my teeth, so many supernumerary teeth, so many cavities, also my teeth was very crooked. Dr. Bakhtyari ( Dr. B ) very patiently worked with me and under his supervision and guidance all the supernumerary and wisdom teeth got extracted, filled all the cavities, put up the required root canal and dental implant . Also under his recommendation I started my orthodontics/Invisalign treatment. Looking back at where I was with my teeth and where I am today makes me thank Dr. B and his entire team in Premier Dental Care, PC. You guys rock! I have already recommended Premier Dental Care, PC to some of my friends and they have expressed somewhat similar experience. A beautiful smile goes to Premier Dental Care, PC!

Best dentists office I’ve ever been to!!! Everyone is super genuinely friendly and highly skilled. All my appointments have been painless which I can’t say for other places I’ve been to. Also, they actually educate you on the importance of keeping your teeth clean rather than just scolding you for not flossing. I highly recommend this place!

Dr. Farshad Bakhtyari either has no experience or he adds additional treatments for economic benefits. He needed to take an x-ray for an extra small front chipped tooth to see how far away is the nerve from the tip of the tooth, that tells me he doesn’t know the anatomy of the tooth or adding unnecessary treatment to get more out patients pocket

All the staffs here were friendly and caring! The assistant, Dr.B and Noelle has made my visit pleasant. They all took time to listen and understand my reason for the visit and gave me honest opinions as to what would be the best option for me.

My family has been coming here for years, I travel a lot for work and am not home with a normal schedule and they seem to always find a good “last minute” appointment and never fail to accommodate me while I’m back! And always good conversations with the staff!

Dr. B and his staff are top notch. Extremely friendly (and gentle). Been going to his practice for over 7 yrs and have gotten routine cleanings to major dental work. It's not easy finding a dentist like Dr. B! This practice is #1 in my book!

For years now, Premier Dental Care (PDC) has served my family well. My kids had very different high school and college schedules (both in town and out of town) and PDC accommodated both with ease (when my son needed X-ray slides sent out of state, Jessica responded quickly and kindly). I've always found their explanations of procedures to be complete and their cleanings thorough. They are always on time (with very few exceptions) and have squeezed us in when we needed help. I have only good things to report.

I wan not satisfied with 4 things: 1- The cleaning process is super fast and NOT thorough (i.e., I spend more time on brushing/flossing at home). 2- They charge you $50 for not showing up for your appointment even if it is your first time. (Although they didn't charge me for my first time after I called them and complained about their policy). 3- They don't talk with you about the expenses that are not covered by your insurance and have to pay out-of-pocket. 4- At every appointment, they are desperately looking to find some problem with your teeth. They show you X-ray images of your teeth and try to convince you that there are cavities at multiple points just by changing the contrast of the image. Overall, I do not recommend them...

I had an excellent experience at Premier Dental Care. Sarah did a fantastic job with my cleaning and with explaining things clearly. Dr. B was also very friendly and knowledgeable, he was able to explain clearly the additional work that needed to be done. Very satisfied!

Dr. B is a knowledgeable and caring dentist who takes the time to explain procedures and even gives the patient a step by step indication of the process while performing the procedure. I hadn’t been to the dentist in many years but was referred by a family friend. I’m glad I followed their recommendation. The staff is friendly, polite, it’s a comfortable atmosphere, and they’ve always been on time.

Dr. B. and his staff are wonderful. I had a couple of troublesome teeth and Dr. B. took care of them quickly and was very professional. Dr. B. explains what needs to be done and then discusses the treatment with you so there are no surprises. My kids and I will be going to Dr. B from now on.

Wonderful dentist. Thier service is prompt and their staff is freindly and genuine. They make you feel comfortable and answer all your questions. They also try their hardest to work with your schedule rather than it being the other way around.

Amazing staff, very professional and truly caring. They will help as much as they can and won't overcharge which is a great indication of honestly. Today went in to check on gums and they didn't even charge me. Highly reccomend, the hygienists are amazing (Sarah, Noël, others too but forgot names), Dr Farshad Bakhtiyari is great. Their prices are great and they give you quality work!

The staff and dentist are friendly, however, EVERY SINGLE TIME I go for a cleaning and check up, the dentist finds a number of problems with my teeth. I spend $1000 or more to get them fixed, then he strangely find several more things 6 months later. I think it's a scam. The other strange thing is that I went to a dentist in another area and she did not find anything I needed to do! As nice as Dr. B is, I think he is dishonest. And I would be wary of the reviews-he gives each patient a $20 Amazon gift card or statement credit for writing a review. BUT he must personally review them before giving the card. Of course no one is going to write anything negative! Finally, I mentioned I was looking for recommendations for a new dentist on a message board, and someone else said she had the same problem with this dentist. Be very wary.

When I went for my appointment, everything went so smoothly and no pain at all! The staff there is amazing!! Such a family like environment, I love it! I have been going to Premeir Dental since its opening and providing dental services. I have always been extremely pleased with the professional standards exhibited and the very caring and conscientious attention given by Dr B and his staff. I have experienced total concern for my comfort and satisfaction with all the work done and completed involving my dental conditions . Dr Bakhtvari and has staff are extremely friendly , accommodating , and again professional in their providing of services.

The dentist was very polite. Very good a giving good higean advices and possible options of new retainer for me teeth.

I was very impressed with the explaination drawing of the dental procedures need for my dental care by Dr. Bakhtyari. I also felt very confortable with the attention and care taken to prepare me for examination by Dental Assistant Jennifer. Office manager Jessica also was very thorough in explaining the cost that I would incur for the dental work and the costs that my insurance would cover. Overall I am very satisfied.
