Dr Urbanski and staff were very professional and did everything with my comfort and well being in mind. Her skills were impressive and I am 100% convinced being referred to her and her doing the work was the best decision for my dental health. I was a challenging patient as I have a very small mouth and breath mainly through my mouth not my nose. This required the doctor and staff to be very flexible and adaptive during the procedure. We all got through it! I would not hesitate to recommend her and her practice.

Dr. Urbanski and her staff are very capable, professional and personable too! They answered many questions from me and did a fine job.

I would give 10 stars if i could....I absolutely love Dr Urbanski and her staff. Two years ago I started my journey with Shoreline, I could not be any happier. My smile and quality of my overall health has improved so much. If you are thinking of using SP for your dental needs..just do it. You will not find a more caring or professional practice to go to.

The staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating. The doctor was very thorough, knowledgeable and personable. One of the best dental visits I ever experienced.

The woman who did my root canal broke a piece of metal off INSIDE my tooth and once she realized she couldnt get it out she sent me to an oral surgeon who coincidentally didn’t accept my insurance. I asked them to send the bill to Shoreline due to the fact I was there for malpractice and once they sent the bill to Shoreline they sent the bill directly to collections and my credit score has taken a serious hit fighting with these people to pay for their mistakes.

During my tooth extraction, the staff was very professional and skilled. Special thanks to an assistant who fully explained the need and procedure associated with the bone graft.

Was told an initial appointment would be in network and fully covered. End up with a $135 bill... was on the fence with this place but this sealed the deal wont be returning

Dr. Urbanski is my periodontist and performed a sinus augmentation with the implant in 2018. Tuesday February 18th 2020 I had an appointment concerning the area of the implant. The tooth behind it is concerning me and I want it extracted therefore eliminating any threat to the implant. She is a perfectionist and I have complete confidence in her. The entire staff is extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere of Dr. Urbanski’s office is serene and delightful.

Nice, comfortable atmosphere...Dr. Urbanski and staff are very pleasant and professional. 10/24/2019...unfortunately, maxed out insurance from two different plans. Now I have a $200 bill balance for the 9 gazillion x-rays they took, and my tooth is still not fixed...and they want me to go to another dentist down the street and pay out of pocket for their services. Thank you!

Professional, competent and compassionate care.

I had a mollar removed with absolutely no pain during or after the surgery. It's only been two days and I feel totally back to normal. Dr. Urbanski and her team were outstanding.

Scam Artists - Stay Away! The lie and try to bill you for services that were not rendered. I came into the office for a FREE CONSULTATION to get a PRICE ESTIMATE for a procedure. I have been putting off this procedure for years because I have multiple family members who had it and would rather have all of their teeth fall out than go through the pain of this procedure, I was referred here because I was told that they do some advanced techniques, which are less painful. I would not have gone here if they didn’t offer these advanced techniques… well, they actually DO NOT OFFER ANY ADVANCED TECHNIQUES. I waited NEARLY AN HOUR in the waiting room before I was seen by the periodontist who then told me “no, I don’t do what you are looking for”. I left the practice very upset and was even more upset when they sent me a bill a few weeks later. Again, I was told that this was a FREE CONSULTATION. When I called them about this absurd bill, they told me that “they completely understood my frustration” and would talk to the periodontist and call me back. They never called back! Instead, they resent the bill. I called again and asked why they didn’t call back and I was told that they did call back and left a message on my voicemail. I checked my cell phone records- they did not call me and there was no voice message. I again complained about their lies and this absurd bill. They again told me that they would call back after speaking to the periodontist about the bill. A few weeks have gone by since this call and THEY STILL HAVEN’T CALLED ME BACK but have the nerve to send me another BILL for a FREE CONSULTATIONS. They are LIARS and CROOKS - I wouldn’t trust my mouth with these people if my life depended on it. I am reporting this practice to the Rhode Island Board of Examiners in Dentistry.

I have been a longtime patient of Dr Urbanski. She lives up to her great reputation as a Best Of CT Dentist. She has pulled teeth and place 5 implants over the last few years. I always feel taken care of by Dr Urbanski and her staff. The staff keeps me calm while Dr Urbanski works her magic. I feel confident with her years of experience with handling complex cases that I am under expert care. I highly recommend this office!!!! They are simply the best in the region and it is the only place that I wound send family and friends.

Even though it was few hours there, I never felt uncomfortable. Everyone was hospitable and accommodating for my emergency procedure. Dr. Urbanski first priority was my comfort level and it showed in how she included me in the decision making and process. The staff from check in to the time I left....well, let's just say that after being there for the whole morning, i was kind of sad to leave! They were so warm and inviting! Thank you for a great experience under tough circumstances!

I am a retired dentist and value my oral health. In spite of daily flossing and brushing and routine professional care, I developed significant bone loss and mobility associated with my four lower incisors. I thought that I might be a candidate for four extractions, two implants and a fixed bridge. Needless to say, I wasn't looking forward to that scenario. Enter Dr Urbanski. She feels that a much more conservative approach consisting of LANAP (Laser Assisted New Attachment Procedure), followed by splinting of the teeth, is the best, and most conservative approach. I am delighted! She was fantastic, as was her staff. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Urbanski and her team are the best! Not only are they extremely professional but very sensitive to the patient. Dr. Urbanski removed a fractured tooth and did a bone graft and an implant. The whole procedure was painless and successful.She coordinated closely with another dentist who will now craft a “new” tooth for me. I would recommend Shoreline Periodontics to anyone in need of dental surgery.
