Dr. Berry took care of my root canal that I had done previously by another Dr. which had recently become infected. It was a wonderful and calming experience interacting with Dr. Berry and his professional and friendly staff. I felt comfortable, pain free, and at ease the whole time during the procedure. I felt safe with them and knew I could raise my hand anytime if needed. They were very conscientious of my comfort throughout everything. They took time to answer questions, and look up prices for me since I was paying out of pocket. I highly recommend Dr. Berry and his staff! They've very much improved my quality of life with my root canal, it feels better now than it has all the years since my original root canal. It feels like all my other teeth now! I'm very pleased and grateful! Stay blessed!

I had 2 root canals done on May 5, 2021 and he did an awesome. Not to mention he’s very handsome ??‍♀️. It’s a bit pricey but his work is worth it all.

I just had a root canal done by Dr. Turner this morning. I was once again so impressed by him and his staff. Dr. Turner and his staff were so professional, friendly and courteous. He and his chairside assistant were gentle, painless and proficient. This wasn't the first root canal I have had done by Dr. Turner, however, all my experiences have been the same, excellent. I have known Dr. Turner professionally for decades and referred many of my patients to him. Many were apprehensive about dental treatment, especially root canals. All of them had positive experiences and said they would return to him if they needed another one. Wichita is so fortunate to have this excellent endodontist (and staff) in our city. Dr. Norma Moore

Incredible experience! Dr. Turner explained everything to me. He is full of knowledge, expertise, and kindness. No pain during the entire procedure; even the injections were almost painless. I would highly recommend anyone who needs a root canal to go to Dr. Turner!

I was very scared to have a root canal, because I've never had one before but thank God I came here , dr Turner and his staff were so nice and I was not in pain at all during the procedure, they were all very attentive to see if a was doing good.. all I have to say, is thank you!

2016 - Dr Turner is amazing. I was scared to death from all the horror stories I hear about root canals in general. I went and had zero pain during the entire procedure. I had the most amazing experience at his office. His office staff also was so amazing. The day after my procedure they called to make sure I'm good. Very awesome care. A funny, both my old and new dentist (since I switched general dentists) commented on how pretty of a job he did on my root canal. (They saw it on x-ray). 2017 - 1 year later I had pain in another area of my mouth. My dentist said I needed another root canal but couldn't pin point the tooth. They were going to recommend another endodontist but I was determined to return to Dr Turner based on the experience I had the first time. When I called they we're booked out several weeks but the Dr was so kind to wiggle me in for an Eval before their next procedure appointment. I am forever grateful for him and his staff. The pain I had this last time would drop a grown man to their knees and he listens and has that extraordinary touch as a Dr. I firmly have to say this. Think about why he's scheduled out 2-3+ weeks. He's one of the best in town and if you want the best Dr Turner is your guy.

Office Mgr disgraces this practice. 'Monica' is unprofessional, rude, arrogant & disrespectful therefore patient care lacks greatly. Saturday May 20 In much pain I called Monica (office manager), “I have severe a stabbing, pounding nerve pain in tooth #13 (root canal they'd done 1+mo previous). It seems to radiate; COULD #13 be hurting if root canal was already done? - I cannot sleep for pain all night.” Monica said, "Sorry, you can call daily if you want, maybe we can get you in if we have time." I asked, “Is there anything I can do? Any emergency slots? I’m so worried about my only chewing surface.” Was told "the emergency slots are taken." I asked “could something else be wrong? What can I do?” “You can call daily if you want, that’s all I can do” she replied. May 22 (8am) I called about tooth pain & was told that Tara had not confirmed appts yet & there are no available appts. I asked to please ask Tara to call me. (I did not hear from Tara) May 23 (10am) I called, “are there any cancellations or openings?” Was curtly told - “none.” I asked who I was speaking with. “Monica,” she said, “I spoke with you on the weekend.“ I said, "I haven’t heard from Tara yet & don’t know what the schedule looks like.” Monica said, “you call SO much (SHE told me to call daily). You complained to me about pain in #13 on the weekend so you could be seen sooner for #15." (A LUDICROUS ASSUMPTION for a ‘professional’ – I was alarmed at being spoken to so disrespectfully. Grave discourtesy for a medical office!) I said, “that is not true; I’m afraid of new problems because of the pain – I didn’t have this pain before – I’d like to speak with Dr. Turner please.” Monica said, “he doesn’t have time to talk to you that’s the problem he doesn’t have time.” I said, “this is the ONLY CHEWING SURFACE I have left and I’m worried I’ll lose it. It IS URGENT to me I might be in danger of losing it. What CAN I do – you tell me (silence). Is it inflamed, or what can I do to help myself?” Monica- “you didn’t ASK for antibiotic or pain med when you called the weekend- didn’t say what you needed.” I asked Monica, “So, if that’s what’s needed please call in Rx?" She asked "where do you want it called?" "Dillons in Andover" I replied – I have an ABX but only a couple.” She said, “what antibiotic do you have - there’s only certain ones we use.” I said, "Keflex/Cephalexin. I’m really not feeling good about this – PLEASE ask Dr Turner to call me." Monica raised her voice, “I can ask but he won’t be calling you, he can’t call everybody.” I said, “I don’t know what’s wrong if it’s inflamed or what's the problem. This is so difficult that I’m wondering if Tara has lost interest to schedule me when cancellations are available because she seemed offended when I'd asked if the Xray’s from my last appt could be used? She was quite curt after that & she's returned none of my calls since then.” {Tara, I was told confirms appts, cancellations, & reassigns appts, seemed indignant when I asked if previous Xray could be used. "No, that's just what we do” Tara said, “even if Xray comes from another Dentist its policy - we get our own." Dr Turner came in & said, “you won’t be charged for the Xray, my (machine) is down & I can’t view your Xray’s to compare, we need to take another. I said, “that explains it THANKS”} I asked Monica, "PLEASE ask Dr Turner to call me." "Like I said he cannot call, he's busy & can't stay here all night after working all day just to call you (pause) in fact, I'm just cancelling your appointment. Let me know where you want your Xrays sent." She hung up! SO UNPROFESSIONAL , SO DISRESPECTFUL! At 60 yo I'm trying to keep my teeth - I know when something is wrong. Over 30 yrs a Registered Nurse & Director of Nurses in Neuro, Critical Care & Emergency Depts it's sickens me to see SO GREAT A LACK OF DECENT CIVILIZED COURTESY. A sign of the times - yuk!

I was very nervous about having a root canal, but Dr. Turner was very nice & made sure I was at ease. He made absolutely sure I was completely numb before he even started the procedure. When it was over, I told him if I were rich, I'd let him kill all of my teeth. If I needed to, I would 100% go back to him. Definitely recommend this place.
