This office is first-rate, the best I’ve ever experienced. Dr. Paini and his team are professional, kind, funny, and calm. It is a special place. The equipment and tech are amazing—really up-to-date. They’ve been great working with my insurance too.

I’m so thankful for Aesthetics Dentistry! I’ve never been so confident in my smile. All the staff was so warm and welcoming and helped me through out the process of getting veneers. I got an outbreak of cold sores- my first ever. It was really bad, with my entire lower lip covered in sores and the inside of my mouth also swollen and in pain. One terrible night when I couldn’t sleep, I read about laser treatment. I called the next day and was fit in for the very same day. The laser brought great relief from the pain and I was recommended a mouthwash to help. The laser completely healed my lip and was able to work on the sores in my mouth too. I felt so much better right away. My case was so bad that I was asked to come in for a follow-up treatment the next day, free of charge. Between the two treatments, I was able to start feeling so much better! My lip is back to normal 4 days later, and the inside of my mouth is much improved (still working on the gum swelling, which is more related to gingivitis than the cold sores). I just know that if I hadn’t gone in, I would have been in pain so much longer and my lip would likely still be healing (or even breaking out in more blisters!) I appreciated being seen so quickly and could not be more thankful. I have an infant daughter I’m breastfeeding so healing quickly also helped me be able to be around her without the fear of infecting her. I was only charged $100 and don’t have insurance. For such a bad outbreak, it was well worth the money and I would have paid more. The front desk receptionist, Miranda, is also extremely personable and kind. I appreciated her professional demeanor and she clearly made an effort to remember patients’ names and make them feel welcome and comfortable. It was very appreciated as I was downright miserable!

They did a good job. Very modern office. Had a billing dispute, but they've agreed to address it on their side.

Dr. Paini and his entire staff were amazing! I had a crown reattached last week and had a tooth repaired today with a filling. No pain at all and very thorough. They really are miracle workers!

I've been going to Dr. Paini for years now & they'll take good care of you too! Friendly, professional & gentle - it's as close as you're going to get to a luxurious spa, when it comes to your teefers.

During the COVID pandemic, I started doing a lot of zoom meetings. I noticed how obvious my crooked bottom teeth were when I spoke. I called several dentists about getting veneers. Two dentists said they couldn't do it and I even had receptionists laugh at me about only needing three veneers on the bottom row, like that was absurd. I was feeling pretty deflated by the time I met Dr. Paini. He said it was no problem. I really didn't even believe him...but about 2 weeks later, I had a perfect row of bottom teeth!!! Absolutely amazing! The staff is amazing too! Everyone went above and beyond. I'm truly impressed. :)

Absolutely love Dr. Paini and his staff, cannot recommend highly enough! I found his office when I first moved to Denver three years ago. I get chronic sold sores and the laser treatments that I can only get at dental offices helps significantly- if you get cold sores, this is the remedy you’ve always been looking for. The main hygienist, Amy, is a wizard with the laser. If I get a cold sore treated with the laser it goes away in half the time and instantly stops the pain and tingling. The staff is highly skilled with treating cold sores with the laser- not all dental officers are I have found. Besides the cold sore treatments, I have also started Invisalign with them and also go to them for my biannual cleanings. Every treatment I get here has been a wonderful experience. I love all of the staff as well, they’re all amazing. From Miranda who runs the front desk, to Cloressa who does my Invisalign, it’s a pleasure every time I step in the door. Also a great bonus- you can text them about your appointments! I love that for days I’m busy at work and can’t answer a call. If I could give more than five stars I would!

My experience with Dr. Paini and the staff far exceeded my expectations!, very welcoming, easy to communicate with, experiences with them make it all that much better for myself going into any scheduled appointments with them. This was my first visit in many years and I was very happy with the way Dr. Paini and his team took care of me. Billing practices are not ethical. Service provided by the staff is excellent, however, that is significantly overshadowed by dishonest billing practices and inconsistent communication. Stay away.

I have an old crown on my front tooth that needed to be replaced. I spent some time researching for somewhere that specializes in crowns that could provide me a good experience. I found Advanced Aesthetics and am so happy I moved forward with them! Your smile is so important, it helps you build confidence and mine needed a little bit of love. The entire team here made me feel so welcome and comfortable. They made sure to take time to understand the goals and changes I wanted to accomplish. Miranda was excellent at following up and communicating my appointments and she's so welcoming. Lexi seriously is the best, she took all of my insecurities about my smile from my old tooth, threw them out the window and hooked me up with the most beautiful temporary crown I have ever seen. I can't wait to see what my permanent front tooth will look like lol! If you need any dental work, or just a dentist in general this is the best team in the industry!

All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Even though I was very physically uncomfortable because I came in with a dental emergency they made me feel at ease. Dr. Paini has a great bed side manner as well as the knowledge and technology to boot. I knew I could trust him and his team and they did a great job. They got me in fast, and even had the time to get the work done I needed. They broke down the finances in a clear and easy to understand way so that I could make the best choices. I'm looking forward to using Dr. Paini and his team for all my dental needs and for the first time I'm actually looking forward to my return for preventative care because I know I am in good hands.

The best dentistry I have ever been too with the latest and greatest technology. Dr. Paini’s staff is amazing and incredible. They are prepared for you as soon as you walk in and everyone is really great. You’ll learn so much from his dental hygienist about how to clean and take care of your teeth and gums. They also double check each tooth in deferent ways and walk you through what they are seeing so that you aren’t confused as to what is going on. There is a bacteria laser there that cleans out all of the bacteria in your gums. It is the best thing to get To be sure that everything is completely clean before you walk out. Dr. Paini And his assistant did two filling for me while I was in there. I didn’t experience any pain, and my teeth look better than ever. If you aren’t sure where to go, I promise that you should stop looking and go here!

Beware! I had a pleasant experience followed by a $400 cleaning bill. My insurance already paid $200 on top of that. They are a scam. Walk away.

Exceptional experience! I have been going here for years for cleanings and decided to get my top front teeth worked on last year. I have a complicated case due to a former Doctor putting implants in my mouth when I was too young. Dr. Payne and his team gave me the smile of my dreams by replacing the crown on my implant, giving my a new bridge, and veneers. Couldn’t be happier with my smile! I received compliments on my teeth all the time!

Advanced Aesthetic Dentistry consistently provides me with excellent customer service and care. I've been going there for years for cleaning and basic services, as well as getting more involved procedures including having implants placed. They have state of the art equipment and the entire team provides great customer service and advice.

We love it here! I’ve been coming here for the past 10 years and have referred so many of our friends and family. Now a lot of my coworkers and my whole extended family are coming here! They make you feel comfortable and at ease (I used to be terrified to go to the dentist). The office is so clean and updated and in a great location - central to get to and parking is easy (even though it’s downtown, I’ve never had a problem finding parking). You can text them for appointments, if you’re running late, etc and Miranda at the front desk is awesome! Dr. Paini and Amy (dental hygienist) are wonderful and so helpful. Thank you AAD!

Over the past few years I have had three different insurances and Miranda has seamlessly handled all of them with grace and ease. She made sure they were in network or comparable and even estimated certain costs for me. If there ever was an issue she dealt with it immediately. She is incredibly smart and very helpful. It's intimidating and frustrating to deal with insurance but she has just made everything so smooth! The office is calm, comforting, and immaculate! When I first started going here I had a piece of my gum lasered off. Dr. Paini knew how nervous I was and called me the next day, which was his day off, to check on me. It really made me feel seen and cared for. They are all very kind and thoughtful. Great dentist experience!

I couldn’t say enough nice things about AAD! The facility is clean, comforting, and welcoming. However, the what what makes this special dentist office unparalleled to all others is the truly remarkable customer service. They are the most helpful people and such caring individuals. I had a very important work week ahead of me and both Miranda and Amy took it upon themselves to make sure I was treated immediately, even with the minimal heads up I gave them. They even offered to come in on their days off to help make sure I was taken care of! From whatever service you’re seeking, to billing, to confidence in your dental provider, I firmly recommend this wonderful establishment.

Amazing patient care. I went to Dr. Paini for TMJ issues. He talked me out of the more expensive treatment option I actually went for (botox) and instead suggested an option that would be more beneficial AND more cost effective in the long run. Amy and Lexi were both very helpful and caring while Dr. Paini was talking me through my treatment options. 10/10 would recommend.

Hello, I have been coming to AAD since 2018 and made the change to have them as my new Dentistry since moving here from out of state. They have lived up to their great reviews and that was the reason I chose to give the a shot! From the cleanings to any procedure needed, Dr. Paini and his staff are very thorough and accommodating to not only getting what is needed done, but doing it the right way. Be sure to ask questions if you are working with an insurance company to see exactly what is covered and what one will have to pay out of pocket. They do offer the laser gum treatment to kill off bad bacteria (which is also used to zap those painful cold sores) and most insurance Co's will not cover that so it will come out of your pocket. If you guys are on the fence give them a try, call Miranda (receptionist) and she can answer all your questions. She is a pleasure to work with and will definitely go above and beyond to help you out!

I chipped my front tooth when I was kid and have had to have a filling on it since then. A few years ago the original filling broke off and since then I’ve had to replace it almost every year (expensive and not cool). Each time I’ve gone to a dentist they’ve said that I’m too young to consider a crown/veneer. This morning the filling chipped off again. I called and they were able to get me in for a consult today, listened and actually took into consideration my concerns, and provided me with a great treatment plan as well as financial options for my plan. They also reattached the old filling so my mouth looks normal until we can do the more permanent solution. Great service and very professional!

I had a wonderful experience at Advanced Aesthetics Dental. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist as soon as I came in and the wait time was only a couple minutes, if not less. My dental hygienist was very friendly and the doctor came in shortly after I was placed in my room. All the staff introduced themselves right off the bat and were very personable. I had some specific and complicated dental needs, but Dr. Paini was so understanding and helpful. His bedside manor is great and he made me feel comfortable when in all reality, no one looks forward to going to the dentist. I would highly recommend Dr. Paini and his staff to take care if anyone and everyone’s dental needs.

I cannot thank AAD enough for helping improve my pearly whites with Invisalign. I highly recommend Dr. Paini and the rest of the staff. After wasting lots of time and money at another dentist, I found AAD, and they did an amazing job putting in a new implant. From the excellent oral surgeon referral, to their high standards for the aesthetics and fit of the new (front tooth) crown, to a thorough cleaning with new technology, I have had a great experience at this office. I think you get what you pay for: sure, dental work is pricey (I have had a LOT done over the years thanks to a childhood freak accident), but Dr. Paini and his staff make sure they get it right, and educate you in the process so you can take good care of your teeth on a regular basis.

Although getting a crown replaced and the tooth built up underneath is not a pleasant experience in itself, Dr. Paini and his staff are very friendly and professional. It is a nice touch that they have wireless headphones connected to Pandora for the patients' enjoyment.

I love William! He’s the best dentist I’ve ever had. Bar none. He’s very clear when he’s explaining things to me and I’m comfortable with his expertise and the work that he does. AAD has the coolest and most innovative tools and technology and I’m fascinated by how quickly and efficiently the office runs. The staff is very friendly and fun and it seems like a great work environment. It’s also clean, hip, and modern. I had my teeth cleaned by Amy today and she’s also fantastic. Again, I was clearly informed of what she was doing, why, and what I could do to improve my overall dental health. The dentist’s office is not my idea of a good time, but if you gotta go somewhere, go see William and his team. You won’t be disappointed. Bet.

Great staff and great work. I recently had Porcelain Veneers done with AAD and the procedure went extremely well. It was painless at all stages and the Dr. Paini and his staff was amazing at customizing the look to be exactly what I wanted. Very fair price for the quality of work you receive. Would recommend them to anybody for any type of work!

AAD have been stewards of my dental hygiene for just about a decade and I cannot speak highly enough of their commitment to excellent service and education. Amy and Dr. P ROCK!

What I love about AAD is their focus on education and improvement. Every cleaning we talk about ways I can improve and I LOVE that I always have the same hygienist (Amy is amazing!). Their customer service is excellent. They also don't pressure me to get expensive work done, which I appreciate. They've been so respectful of my need to hold off on invisalign until I pay off my student loans next year, and I sincerely appreciate that.

Beyond happy with their services it was a life changer. I've been getting cold sores since I was 5 years old and they last a week or two of extreme pain, discomfort, and embarrassment. But coming here to try something new with their Diode Laser treatment has worked better then I can imagine all the pain was completely gone and within 24 hours the swelling went down tremendously. A huge sore that would have taken 2 weeks before fully healing(if I was lucky) even with taking medication prescribed by doctors and taking all natural remedies but with this laser treatment it only took 4 days before my sore was gone only leaving some scabbing behind to heal up but I couldn't believe it the swelling was down and not to mention no more pain!! I've been struggling with this curse since I was a little girl and everytime one comes up I get into a depression and isolate my self from the rest of the world but I am so happy to find something that actually helps speed up the healing time and something that ACTUALLY takes away ALL pain!! I"m so happy not to mention everyone in the office is super friendly and very knowledgeable I can't thank them enough! I was even late to my appointment because I got out of work late and I walked in the door at 5pm (when they close at 5pm) and they still waited for me so I could still get treated that day and I'm so grateful for them! Big thanks to Amy!!! and Miranda! thank you ladies!

From walking in the door to walking out the door I feel like the most special person in the world. From Dr.Paini taking care of me to the A1 staff I actually look forward to going to the dentist now because it is such a good, comfortable, relaxing experience.
