My Family and I are new to the Westerly area and in need of a Dentist. We were referred to DMR Family & Cosmetic Dentistry who were extremely professional, personable, kind, and prompt.

Very nice people. Takes time to explain in detail what needs to be done. Diana is an excellent dentist and funny too! She goes out of her way to make time for you. Her staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable. Office is very clean and up to date with all the modern equipment needed for your needs. I would suggest anyone looking for a very knowledgeable dentist and funny too is call and make an appointment with her. You won’t be sorry you did.

Super friendly and got me my answers and scheduled same day emergency appointments even for new patients!! I love this place!

I didn’t have to wait long at all to get started and the visit was a very positive experience. In and out in about an hour.

For over 9 years, I’ve benefited from the amazing dental care provided by DMR Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Diana, Caren (my wonderful dental hygienist), and the entire staff are so caring, friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. They are always prompt, and take their time to address any concerns I might have. I appreciate the compassionate care I receive, and my teeth always look and feel better after every visit!

Best dentist I ever been to. All the staff is friendly and professional. This may sound strange but I usually have a good time when I go there. Lots of good humor. And get this they use a laser treatment for cavities and some other treatments. With laser the cavity/filling is pretty painless and no Novocain is used. Cost a little more but worth it if u can afford it. I think it is about $75 a treatment If you need a dentist this is the place.

I find that this office makes being at a dentist easy and even enjoyable! My hygienist Julie is very pleasant and thorough and Dr R is always happy and encouraging.

After many visits to DMR. I remain a very happy customer. It is a very well run office, and I love Dr. R. and her staff. My root canal required two visits and was thoroughly painless and efficiently done. Dr. R's manner and methods were perfect. She always makes me feel very relaxed, comfortable and welcome. The front desk staff couldn't be more welcoming and accommodating. It's highly unusual to enjoy going to the dentist, especially twice to complete a root canal, but I honestly did. My experience today was delightful. It always is with Julie. She takes great care with my tooth sensitivity and makes me most comfortable. She educates also- reinforcing what I’m doing well at home and suggesting something I might add or do more of. She’s so compassionate and understanding of all of my concerns. And I leave looking terrific!!!

First of all,, I'm not huge on writing reviews....I've personally been going here for years and love the entire staff. They feel like family. My daughter (17 months old now) had her 1st dentist visit here a month or so ago. I didnt realize just how phenomenally well her appointment went until we had a 1st dentist appointment with a local children's dentist (will not mention them by name). My daughter happy obliged to a cleaning and fluoride treatment at DMR. At the other dentist, she was all tears, we were left waiting in a room for 10+ minutes in the beginning and while waiting to see the Dr...I'm not saying the other dentist was awful (they did care!)..but I am saying that DMR is EXCEPTIONAL! I know my daughter will be all smiles the next time she visits DMR and will not be "afraid of the dentist"...that in itself is priceless to me ?

Phenomenal experience from the minute you enter the office !! Greetings from the best office manager Amy ? to making sure your information and paperwork is up to date. The dentist and assistant Karen enter the room and make you feel at ease and take the time to catch up with me. Today I had the option of using her newest state of art laser treatment to complete my filling and it was so quick and easy! I completely recommend this amazing dental office for all your dental ? needs!! They are truly professional and amazing humans who care and follow through from start to finish ☝️

This was my first visit to DMR for a consult regarding a chipped tooth. The staff was very pleasant and professional. The dentist was very attentive and listened to my concerns. A treatment plan was developed, all my questions were answered, and I was pleased to learn DMR used new technology which includes lasers.

A quick and easy filling bc of using laser instead of a novacaine injection! This saved time and was easy and helpful. No numbness and I truly felt nothing during the procedure! Had three teeth filled in less than 2 hours. No pain. Dentist used laser treatment to fix cavities. No need for any medication to numb area. Office is upon on latest technology. Very pleasant staff. Lots of good humor. Very friendly welcoming atmosphere.

Brought me in immediately when my dental problem started. Everyone working in practice is very caring and careful during this pandemic time. Arranged for treatment. Staff makes me feel valued.

Very friendly staff and dentist. Helpful personnel. I saw a person who was trying to enter building on the floor as I entered, everyone ran to front entrance to the building to help. Do not have dental insurance and they were more than happy to work with me and my budget.

The people, from Dr. Radelscu thru the assistants and the office staff are great and I'm quite satisfied with the quality of their work. However for my latest procedure, installation of a crown I spent 90 minutes in the chair for 20-30 minutes of work. That's excessive. And very tiring. I've never been in a practice that involved that much waiting.

I went for a cleaning with Caron today. She's always wonderful, professional, efficient, and thorough.

From the minute you walk in the office you are greeted bye the reception Amy she is super friendly and always happy to see you. My Hygienist is Julie and my younger son's is Caren. We have been using them for a very long time. My thirteen-year-old has no problem going to the dentist office because he knows he's going to laugh and have good time when he sees Caren. Julie is always friendly, professional ,and and has a good word to say.. Of course they also do a wonderful job on keeping our teeth cleaned an up-to-date on everything we need to know for our teeth. Dr. Diana is very professional with a warm personality she makes you feel relaxed and confident that whatever needs to be done will be done with with perfection. I highly recommend this practice.

By using hepa air filters, multiple layers of PPE by staff, frequent sanitizing of rooms and equipment , Dr. Radulescu has created an environment where patients can have peace of mind regarding covid safety. The staff are all extremely warm, friendly and professional. They spend a lot of time educating their patients so patients can be successful with having great dental health. Highly recommend!

Going to the dentist is generally something most people dont look foward to. At DMR they really go the extra mile to make sure your experience is as pleasant and painless as possible. Dr. Diana is on top of her game and from the hygenists to the rest of the staff she has really put together a great team of courteous compassionate and knowledgable people. I'm glad she found a home in Westerly.

Hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Can’t wait til she does my implants. She runs a great practice and her people make you feel like family. Implants are perfect, Dr always puts in a little extra. She is the best.

Again, they earn 5 stars from me. First visit since COVID appeared. Caren handled the visit professionally with detailed explanations of the various safety procedures in place and changes that occurred in the cleaning process, while remaining warm and caring. The staff are going through a lot to keep the office and their clients safe, and themselves healthy, so they can be there for us. Excellent job on all accounts.
