Great service up until my primary retired, then they failed to assign me a new one, then COVID hit and now it's a run around with double bookings and excuses of " we're not taking new patients " , unfortunately I've been a patient there for over thirty years , so yeah not on my list of great places to go for treatment

Got me in very quickly; staff was super nice and polite and helped me with everything I needed! Was able to get the glass out of my foot so I could continue to walk!

Just met my new primary care person, Deborah Furtado. She is over the top amazing. Not sure I've ever met a physician who is so observant and displays this level of interest and concern. She is actually a PhD Nurse Practitioner and she clearly has the blood of a nurse in her. I know she is there to help me. I'm thrilled!

I was happy to get in this morning and had very little wait time before I was seen. Everyone was helpful and attentive, from the receptionist,(whose name I didn’t get), to the young man (Jared) who took my vitals, and Cheryl, the PA, who diagnosed me. She was thorough and I felt comfortable and knew I was in good hands. All in all it was a good experience, and I know I will soon be feeling better.

I was treated for what I needed. A bit longer wait than I had hoped for. Doctor prescribed a medication that wasn't covered by my insurance like she said it was. I will be going back for more visits

Im having issues hearing from my right ear and they identified the issue as Swimmers Ear and prescribed me drops to solve the problem. Everyone was friendly and efficient, I was in and out within 15 minutes. Thank you.

The wait was incredibly long. But, they only had two rooms being used. The acoustics in the waiting room made the noise unbearable ( I had the worst headache going in there...and so...) but the treatment was very good. The PA Cheryl was quick, thorough, compassionate and made this terrible pain go away with her med treatment. Very much worth the wait.

I am a medical clinician and my personal experience today was outstanding as usual. All of the staff were extremely pleasant and professional and I can say without reservation that I would certainly recommend this facility to anyone who has any non emergent health issues or complaints.

The wait was 1 1/2 hours, but the care was great once I was seen. I arrived just after 9:00am and left around 11:00. It was the second time I have been there in a year. The first time was for a varicella vaccine.

I used Sue Seidler FNP as my primary care for many years. She was excellent. Unfortunately she just moved to a specialist’s practice so I will have to wait and see whether or not I remain with them. (The physician who is listed as my PCP? I wouldn’t know him if I fell over him!)

I went in with the flu on a Sat in November. I was told by reception that I had to pay $50.00. I told her that I didn't have a co-pay. She insisted that I had to pay to be seen. I paid. Later, I called my insurance and was assured that I did not have to pay the $50.00.They had paid the bill in full. I called Urgent Care, explained, and asked for my $50 back. She said that they would keep it for the next time I came back. I told her I wanted the money. She said it would take a couple of months before I would get it. Well, it's April 23rd and I still haven't gotten it (almost 6 months later). I called there today and was told that corporate has to ok it. Ok what??? They got paid in full by my insurance plus kept my $50. Seems illegal to me! Call your insurance before you go so you are prepared!!!

Dr. Taryn was so nice!!! They got me right in and right out. She even told me she will call me tomorrow which she isn't even working to give me my test results!!! By far the nicest doctor I've seen in a long time.

Sat in room for 2 hours, lack of care for patient, false reports, lack of knowledge, first helper lied to me about eye sight test, told me "perfect vision" when looking at chart later realizing many wrong, told me "we're required to do breathing test 5 times, but i'm only going to do 2" but decided to do only twice, left me in room without telling anyone and left work at 5pm closing time.

They were friendly at first then when in the room you could hear the doctors at their desk talking rudely about all the patients. South county hospital is wonderful however this walk in is just not worth it. They profile everyone... RUDE!!!!!!

I've always had good results with Dr. Crisafi - he has been my primary care Doctor for more than 20 years. He and his staff are excellent.

New to area. My husband went in for foot pain. After x-rays and blood work , given meds for gout. When gout came back, they would NOT help or give more meds to help him through the pain. Won't go back.

Worst doctors ever came in with a rash all over my body. The doctor checked me for strep after bombarding me with 5 questions and when the test came back negative(which I said was going to happen) the doctor told me the exist was through the door, rash still all over my body. Just bring ur kids to the hospital at least they will attempt to help here they do nothing. And the wait... 45 minutes and no one was there when I walked in.

When it's busy, you might wait a while, but the reason you're waiting is that your provider(s) is/are giving care to other people, and not actively rushing them out of the office. The doctors, PAs, and APRNs are all quite friendly and willing to help to the extent that they can in the urgent care setting. It's important to remember that they are not an Emergency Department, and people shouldn't expect the same depth of treatment they'd receive at a hospital with dedicated facilities and specialists for any given problem you might have. So, if you're injured beyond needing a stitch or two, having real trouble breathing because of your cough or cold or whatever, or in any kind of severe pain, injured or not, you should go directly to the hospital to find out what's going on, and get it treated. Let me reiterate: SEVERE PAIN IS AN EMERGENCY. GO TO THE HOSPITAL. If you're ill/injured and able to get around (and not in severe pain), or following up on an ED visit, I can't recommend any place more highly than Ocean State Urgent Care of Westerly. Every employee you'll interact with from beginning to end cares about your health, and it shows. Their primary care service is excellent, and all of the praise I have given staff of the urgent care section applies equally to the primary care providers. This is a group of physicians who haven't fallen into the "assembly-line" healthcare mentality which seems to be shared by the majority of providers these days. They take the time needed to make their patients (us) feel like we're being heard, and to give treatment they feel is appropriate to your complaint. If you have questions or concerns, they will listen, and will give you answers, confer with the other doctors if it's something ambiguous, and refer you to a specialist if your injury or illness is something more appropriately handled by one, while providing the very best care they are able to in the meantime.

I was just there about 1 1/2 weeks ago. I thought I was developing shingles. They got me right in even though I didn't have an appointment, gave me a prescription for the appropriate medication which CVS promptly filled, and when I called them back 2 days later to say I has changedy mind and I did want something for the nerve pain, they immediately called in a prescription to CVS. I have always had excellent care there. Sure, sometimes you do have to wait a while, but the wait at ER is far worse unless you get lucky.

I'm in here right now with my child. Her leg and knee are swollen and she is in pain. They are doing nothing for her. They won't xray her knee at all and told my 10 year that she is fine. I've spent 2 1/2 hours here and now I'll have to take her to emergency to have something done for her. Another time they gave my husband a rx for a ace wrap for a broken foot. Who even fills those? Not Cvs. And I saw the closet had plenty in there. I'll never come back or recommend it.

Refused to give medical attention even when agreeing to pay cash for the services. Denied a very sick man that barely could make it in
